Glitchy, glitchy, glitchy. Every time I log in, I get random pop-ups of the collectables I earned days ago. Many times I've been playing, got a bingo, but received no credit for it. It constantly loses its connectivity, which never happened before. Plus, they recently changed the daily challenges to tasks that would take hours and millions of chips to complete. Absolutely not worth it. Contacted customer service and just got a generic "thanks for your feedback" message. Not happy.

Started playing this a few months ago and never had issues with this app. It was fun to play to pass the time, hence the 5 stars at first. Now, its 2 stars. Fast forward 3 months, the app disappeared and I lost all my wins. I had to download it again, last week, and this morning, AGAIN, the app has disappeared. I've bought chips, diamonds and such, with my own money on all 3 downloads. What a waste of money. 😡 Also, fix the newest version as it glitches and closes the games, and freezes.

I am hoping it's a glitch but the recent update seems to have changed the bet amount from a progressive cost as you move along the "strip" to an across all casinos at the same cost. 1.4 mil at that! If it's not a glitch, the devs need to put it back the way it was. 1.4 mil for Royal Casino, I can see and that makes sense. But Excalibur and the others? No way! There was real incentive in being able to play and progress to a high roller level. Considering removing this app. Slots is better.

Even worse than Hit it Rich! Didn't think that was possible!! If I could give it negative stars I would!! Win once every three days, if you are lucky. Update (5/12/2020) I do like playing the game....when it works! There are major bugs and it keeps "resetting". Seem to happen whenever up get a "great power up". It says you won't lose your points but you do. Apparently it's not just me based on the reviews I have read. Don't have these problems with other My Vegas games.

This was a good game and aside from a few too many losses, I enjoyed playing it. Got a message saying there was an update available that would fix a bunch of bugs so I went and updated to the most current version. Now the app will not even launch. It freezes and continually get stuck in the setup of the game. Unfortunately, this has happened before with updates, but usually it's fixed relatively quickly. I cleared the cache, storage then uninstalled to no avail. Just reinstalled yet problem cont

I like the game, when it works. I have to close it and reopen it after almost every round; it frequently freezes and/or refuses to acknowledge daubs. It also pays out very rarely; if I bet 60,000, I may be the game's top winner with a payput of 25,000. The bingo boxes for tasks seem like they can only be won once, and don't reset to be won again even when the tasks and progress bar reset.

Game stuck loading. Can't get to Help or Profile screens. No way to get to any other screen. It's been like this for almost a week. -‐------------------- An update on the game: The loading time has significantly improved, although it is still longer than most games. The game is enjoyable, and the introduction of chip tiers has made it more convenient to play.

The game crashes constantly, can't even start to play a match, and it will crash. Even after the match starts, it will crash and not always refund me the entry fee. Some of those I probably paid for, so I think you guys need to fix that. My phone isn't bad and this is one of 2 apps that have ever done this to me. Everything else runs just fine. I love the game, but fix the crashes.

So the biggest reason I'm giving this app a 2 stars is because of the constant crashing it does EVERY time I open it to play without fail, even after it's been updated or not I still have the same problem. I've played while on different wifi connections and still the same problem. I've also played while having lots of storage available on my phone thinking that would help If I cleared more storage and same issue. I will say that the prizes you can get like free rooms in Vegas is AMAZING!

The game is really great but after a recent update I cannot play at all! It forces you to click the daily reward with no way to exit out of it and then it crashes and says something went wrong so you have to reset the game. It does this over and over and you're unable to actually ever get past the daily reward to play the game. I haven't been able to play in months.

Fix this app. The video for free play always plays then gets frozen after it finishes and you never get the reward. I actually have to close out and reopen the app because it freezes the game. Fix this. The last update was in June? Come on. Update March 7- new update just finished and it's STILL trash. FIX the ad videos or take them out. Your tech team is useless.

I really love the game... But it crashes all the time.. i may be able to play 1 or 2 games and it will crash. Sometimes in the middle of a game... plus it takes so longto load... 5to 10 mins. And double that when it is first updated... it makes me not wven try to play it sometimes... it does the same thing on my ipad, so i know it isnt my phone causimg this ..So my rating is going to be low ...

Ever since the creator Playstudio combined with a new company this game has had nothing but issues. Bugs everywhere. I love this game but half the time I don't even know if it will work when I log on. Now, since last evening I can't log on. The home screen just sits and spins. I try about twice, then move on to another game. About to quit trying altogether.

Updating my 2nd review of this app 🙄😒 !! While I love this game I am constantly having to delete and redownload. It keeps freezing up even after I've closed the app out completely. I have done the update and my device is compatible and all that other tech b.s. I have literally just deleted it, and waiting on it to redownload yet again. If it fails or keeps freezing then I am permanently deleting this app!! 1 star smdh.

The newest update won't allow the game to load. It just freezes. This after the video of new features and graphics had no way to complete and/or exit the video. Could only close the game . This is really bad. I like this game, thus 2 stars, but everyday it doesn't work makes me want to take stars away. How and where do I send the screen shot with the info you want? Another update: Deleted game & reinstalled. Now, it can't find my account while trying to sign in using Facebook. Now what??

Please fix the game. I have not been able play the game for 4 days now because the game never loads past the loading screen. I've missed out on daily and hourly bonus for 4 days now. Once again I would give negative stars if available. I've cleared cage numerous times and even uninstalled and reinstalled and still have the same problems. Doesn't matter if I'm on cell data or wifi (both have very strong signals). If I didn't have so much chops and diamonds I would stop playing.

Fun game, kind of. Rarely ever win 1st place, when you do your prizes are very small. Barely covers (if that) the cost of the match. No way to contact support, @ least not marked. Also, I am hard of hearing so I usually use my Galaxy Buds2 Pro or JBL headphones. I can barely hear the caller unless I hurt my ears with the music. I turn the music down then I can't hear the caller at all. Honestly this shows a lack of consideration for your player and those with disabilities.

June 2024 edit: New updates cause the game to crash CONSTANTLY. Especially when you're playing a round. You lose all your coins and diamonds spent on the game with no refund. Really annoying when you're trying to conplete your daily tasks. Do NOT spend real money because these crashes mean you'll never win any game, and you're wasting your money. New updates to the game are clunky, and I miss the old version. Uninstalled 2023 EDIT: there are still crashes. This game has gotten way too costly.

PowerPass+ redemption issues: I've spent the $7.99+tax twice now, only to have the Pass+ not work. If you click on the redeem button, nothing happens. But when the app is restarted, it shows items redeemed but NOT added to the coin/diamond/etc totals. What a waste. The standard/free Power Pass functions. I should probably dispute the charges with the bank. I reported the issue the 1st time with the app a couple weeks ago & obviously the bug is still there & that "upgrade" should be disabled.

This game was previously fun, but the new update is awful. Everything that you worked for is now gone, and makes you "build" a casino to play it, with ZERO instructions on what you're even supposed to do. Plus the auto-hint is now faulty and barely highlights the numbers, you can't even see them. And it takes several seconds to highlight them so you miss out towards the end of the game. There's no point on wasting time on confusing or stressful games, so it's best to check out other bingo games.
