Malaysian should avoid this Garbage Grade Telco service. Switched my plan to another higher price plan without any notice but told me it's a MUST. WTH... When PortOut, keep answer me unsuccessfully even their own retail shop staff replied the PortOut SMS for me. (Exactly others Reddit User's Experience!!!) Trying to make consumer feels complicated and give up PortOut then continue this Garbage Grade Telco service... TOTALLY NONSENSE!!!!

I already paid for topup online and yet there still no sns for verification and when I try to use this app to see it otp never came even tho I try multiple times and yet it never came. I'm very disappointed ☹️☹️. Never get any trouble using it but now so disappointed.

Average for me. I am on the verge of planning to switch network. I have complained regarding internet coverage before as I am always receiving 5G network but after 3 months it always goes down to 4g and not even 4g+. They told me twas due to the tower being fixed but until now the network coverage still the same. More worst, its opting you to add on boost to get more faster internet which I never had issue before. Almost a year now but network still very slow. I might go back to old provider.

Useless.. cannot login after multiple attempts to get otp.. inconvenience to customer who wanted to pay bills.. previous umobile app is better, more customer friendly.. login is easiet..

The latest app version is buggy, wanna make payment also can't. The App will logout by itself claiming no internet connection even relogin again still face the same issue! Pls fix it ASAP before 20th for user to make payment.

Dear Umobile, request your assistance to check my account & network. I cannot use it since yesterday. It's been almost two days. I've sent a report through email and I hope you can resolve this matter soonest possible. Or is it the same as everybody else in Bangi/Kajang area? I cannot view the maintenance schedule too.

app is good but i give 1 star bcs of the problem of the 4G network. i using umobile for 5 years++ already and it seems the network is getting worse then the 1st year i'm using. i love the unlimited plan but the 4G is very unstable at my place. improving the app is good but please improve the network stability also

What is wrong with your apps after update. I am a broadband user, i cant even log in. It told me to register my email as a broadband user, but cant even create password although i've included numbers and special characters. This apps is sucks, better fix it. How can i pay my bill if the apps broke.

The app is okay, I want to complain about the services provided. I suggest Umobile to allow usage of TNG Ewallet with the basic internet because currently basic internet only can be used for Whatsapp & Instagram. I believe TNG Ewallet is a daily uses for most Malaysian nowadays. In that way, daily transaction is easier.

it's great but once it's night the data turns into E, in the morning it's fine and all, going smooth(4g+) but then when it's raining/night the data goes horribly wrong. Even if you buy the unlimited, it's not strong.

Everything ok and it easy to make payments through the apps. But now'start from June 2023 until now, my umobile number cannot make a call out and only can receive a call"in certain time and ñumber only. Soon i will stop using postpaid umobile. Just wasting my money to pay bill every month. Umobile upgrade postpaid automatically in August 2024 without any agreement was made. Penipu!! Besar

Hey @umobile . First of all, I appreciate UMobile for taking concern with account security by implementing OTP verification for user login. However, this new changes has been very challenging to me. You have to consider a scenario where there's just one guy(me) checking everyone's bills (6) in my family every month. I can't request OTP and wait for it every single time. Here's my suggestion. Do it like unifi. Allow us to link other accounts even if it's not under our name.

So bad after update the app! It's super inconvenient if ask for OTP everytime log in. Some of my family member who are elderly and not staying with me, they don't know how to screenshot the message and resend it to me. Because of that, it's hard to pay the mobile Sim bills. Please create a way easier to login, maybe with just a password is enough.

I can' top up online, It's always keep loading for minutes and if I wait longer I doubt it will be for hours. And why The app suggest me to self register when I already did it years ago if Im right, is it because I change from prepaid to pospaid to prepaid again after going to umobile center, it got glitch or something

The most recent update is the worst Umobile has ever released. I am wondering why OTP is required. The network is also slow. I can't copy and paste into your login box. While your business is slow, are you treating your existing customers with this nonsense? Umobile! Please wake up! You're losing consumers now! Stop the bleeding and act quickly!

So different more than before... Which mean is 1) If purchase high-speed for weekly ( non-unlimited ) there no way for hotspot to others. Useless... 2) For unlimited GX12 package with 3 mbps sooo sloww.. if you download app files like games apps, will take a day to finished downloading. Idk why umobile lately very unsatisfied to us ( your customers )... One more thing, if it high-speed internet why it can't hotspot..? Is there high-speed internet only for personal? No more for using for hotspot?

App just shuts down after launching. Used to work but now its primary function is to keep shutting down. Noticed this when trying to make a bill payment. There's still the web option to make payments but can't check anything related to account usages via a smartphone. Was it a good decission to NOT have a web version of your services and push everything to the app? 🤦♂️

Recent update is the worst ever. I'm unable to managing 4 prepaid accounts for business & family use, the link all my accounts option can only insert 1 additional account. Even inserted, i couldn't view the account. U mobile is unprofessionally bagging the untraceable expired credit.

Sorry, I have to rate it here. Very difficult and unclear sms instructions to port out from Umobile as there is no clear indication of start and end sms text. Replied the sms but saying INVALID and the acknowledgment sms is delayed from Umobile. Have to contact customer service. Is this the way to stop ppl from port out? Think twice before switch to Umobile!

With the new update, Umobile makes it even harder for people managing multiple prepaid lines. Imagine having to go back and forth with number owners to get OTPs And to link accounts, you will first have to get the billing number. For unknown reasons, you can only get it from their physical bill, they want to charge you rm5/mo for that. Not only moving backwards environmentally, and also charging exorbitant amount for physical bills. No idea if it's easy to cancel or another trap of theirs
