I would not recommend this app to ANYONE!! There has been multiple times where the company is work for has turned in the payroll to Toast and atleast one person out the company did not get payed on time. The app will say that you have been payed but your money will not appear in your account. I'm sick of this!! They don't not hold themselves accountable at all.

I can never view my future paycheck. It ask me to change my password and it still will not let me go no further than the password entry. This is the most difficult work related app I've have ever delt with. I take the issue to my manager, we fix it and then in a few days its back to the old ways. I hate it.

I do not recommend anybody using this app to pay their employees.You only get 2 transfers a month.Unless you're being paid bi weekly then your only able to Transfer up to a certain amount. I would highly advise anybody to get direct deposit and avoid this pay card services

The app doesn't work. It won't let you log in and constantly says you're using the wrong password when clearly that's not the case. Judging by the reviews the app hasn't worked in a couple years. It's 2024 we shouldn't have half baked Android apps at this point

Correct email, correct password. No access, locks you out, and no password reset email sent to me. 3 weeks of this??? I was able to log in with correct credentials once, only once.

This app is broken. App is constantly on a soft lock. I'm not able to access any features listed on the app and cannot set up payment through my employer due to this apps inability to function as advertised. The only thing this app says is a "get ready for our new excited features".

Just a non stop battle trying to get this app to work. Took 20 mins to figure out the password bug just to find out there is another bug where it is unable to register my device as trusted. Any help would be appreciated.

After opening my account and using it for about four months am unable to login. I open the account through my job. The last time I logged in was October 9 and I have not been able to log in since. Not very happy when trying to check pay check stubs. And thus weeks paycheck was not right at all. Not very happy about not getting paid what I should have been paid.

It used to be a 5☆ until it recently updated. I'm not even sure I want to give it 3. Now there's no way to pull up the detail of my entire paystub. All I get is the basics, gross, net, taxes... I don't get a paper copy, so this is the only way I have to see it. Please fix it so they're able to be opened up to the detail and printed again. Thank you!

Trash it won't let me log in and when I say forgot password it never sends me the link. I can still access toast online but what's the point of the app if they don't interchange. The app is supposed to be convenient not a bigger hassle that never works.

Absolute trash kept telling me I was using the wrong password wouldn't send me the reset email, my employer has to send me one from their side and after I reset the password it told me a. I couldn't use the same password (so that means it was right the first time) and b. Once I reset it to a different password it still tells me it's incorrect. Ridiculous.

The last couple of restaurants I've been at have implemented Toast. It seems like it's become the industry standard and I can see why. It's very user friendly, very intuitive and very customer service oriented when it comes to trouble shooting the occasional glitch. I highly recommend it

Reflects on inaccurate data about tips but shows correct hours worked. To make matter worse, I called customer service, and the lady on the other end kept saying ,"I don't know WHATEVER APP you are using," amused by the arrogance, I kept my mouth shut and decided to clear it with my mangers. However recorded everything on my laptop. Hopefully this won't escalate to IRS but if it does, I will see you guys again. Thanks

no longer supported on my phone that is only 3-4yrs old. customer support is a joke, they don't know anything about the software and will just transfer you repeatedly keeping you on the phone for hours with no solutions for their own product. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

can't login to toast payroll online. no way to look at my paystubs on this app. confusing. too many apps and websites. password doesn't work on payroll website. works for normal toast website. won't reset password for toast payroll website. unnecessarily difficult.

I want to express my disgust for this generic multi authentication you have going on. Make it so I can switch users when my other manager forgot to log out. Make it so I can use other parts of toast at the same time, like xtrachef. This log in everytime I open the browser is not productive AT ALL!!!!!!

I wish i could give it 0 stars. My experience has been awful. App will open only in Chrome Browser, so no paycard option. Difficulty in accessing other menus. I've sent 2 feedback messages to Toast and have never heard back. I've used other paycard services without problems. This is a new company, having launched on Jan 1, 2024.

I downloaded the app for my new job since they use toast. I didn't want to just keep logging into the browser for it so I did this. But for some reason in the app it won't let me log in, I did so several times but nothing worked. I tried contacting customer service but they just put me around in circles which didn't really help. I'll change to 5* if this gets fixed.

Man I feel like such a dick leaving a review because it's something I never do but I feel like I have to anyway to convince people to bot use this app. It shows nothing about tips at all, and the app doesn't seem to know if I'm a server, manager or owner. It is extremely confusing and it's just really bad. The toast card thing sounded really cool but I can't even find what my tips were on record. They all say 0.00. It's a really great concept but something is very wrong amd not complete.
