PLEASE BRING BACK THE OLD LAYOUT!! As someone who never care about aesthetic or whatsoever, I just want a functional app with simple look and detailed info!! I have 2 Tsel numbers + 1 Indihome and it's so hard to navigate with the current look. I want to see the balance + active/grace date in the same section. I have no problem switching back and forth to see different details for different accounts (if you guys choose this) than seeing this ugly and useless interface!!!

Your UI is not user friendly, it's so confusing to navigate and it's getting harder for me to see my remaining data packages. We don't need a fancy design for the app, we just need it to load faster! It's way too slow and heavy to load, also sometimes the app keeps force close.

Notification sound is too annoying. Can disable, but the setting reverts after some time. Also the app is very slow to load (Samsung Galaxy S22, in 2024, so not exactly an old phone).

The app is just too heavy to load. The unnecessary animation feels so bad and laggy. The loading time for every page is too long. There are also a lot of unnecessary features and options. The UI is a complete mess; It's so colorful that using the app is confusing. The text is small and low-contrast. If Telkomsel wanna make it accessible and a primary option for everyone's phones both cheap and expensive ones inetead of , Telkomsel should make it lighter and snappier and declutter its app.

Why updating something that was working perfectly to make it 10x times worse? Since the new interface update the app constantly asks to login again, very annoying, and a big loss of time. Previous version needed just 1 time login and never asking again. Also now it's very bad to navigate different packages, with useless animations and unclear categories. Also Telkomsel network is becoming worse honestly.

The apps is so bad, it take too long time to load the contents. Often I got error "unable to load, sorry there seems to be an error in our system". Also my credit sometime reduced for no apparent reason, even though I don't use it. Please fix it !!!! New updated was too many bugs

When I want to buy an internet quota, I accidentally clicked 3 times on the "buy/purchase" button because it took so long to get the next page (successful of purchasing page), and I got 3 internet packages that the same as i clicked 3 times on "buy" button. Why? I thought i will get only one of it even though clicked many times. I don't know it's bug or it's feature. But please fix it, it must be one time buy per internet package. And also the app literally heavy. So many people reviews about it

The new version is trash!!! Logged in and then it's buggy so much, the data keep loading like forever. Then I should re-login again after several attempts. Wasting time so much!!

Checking active plans is fixed now but it's ridiculous how some of their monthly stamps (collected for free data plans) requires more stamps than there are days in the month. They do provide bonus stamps through ad watching, but the number of ads that we could watch are determined by them. These ads appear gradually at the latter half of the month. This month (July, with 31 days) they require 35 stamps but only gives 3 ads to watch, I'm still one short dammit.

After update, my 2 mobile number and 1 Indihome number stack in this app. When buy package data you will confused what number that make payment with no choice option. I ended buy package data for wrong number, even I click +plus sign at my main preferred phone number. Btw wth with the ads, so annoying. The main purpose to use this app are to check credit balance, buy package, and see promotion ads last. Now after update, this app make promotion ads as priority. It's time back to *888#

The app impression is far from solid: the animation is crude, the image blurry, the UI feels disintegrated and old. Function-wise, the IndiHome payment can't be used. The content is not user-centric: displaying sth most people don't care about.

I prefer a robust application over one with flashy design but poor performance. Even after purchasing an internet package, the changes aren't reflected immediately in the app, although the credit is deducted in real time. Are you still using batch processing to update the quota? Haha, please allocate your design budget to improve the app's performance instead.

Got double charged, the system has a latency of maximum 60 mins apparently, the balance wouldn't get reduced then suddenly, boom, your balance is gone. Buying through *363# also need to be careful because of 'local internet' package which apparently cannot be use outside your 'local' city, I though local means 'inside the country' hence 'local' or I am just a stupid person. IDK. Very predatory scummy company. Edit: I already contact the CS from the app and they said it (refund) can't be done.

We don't need aesthetic app with useless animations that make the app runs like a snail 🐌. Old layout is the best, it was intuitive and functional. Fix this matter or we're going to uninstall it very soon. Thanks.

An update that no one asks for. The new menu is confusing, not intuitive, not user friendly, makes it harder to find things, and much much slower to load. The focus now is not for the customer's convenience, but to push us to buy buy buy.

The new updated version is horrible. Many of the features and benefits became unavailable due to various reasons. I thought the whole idea of having your own app is to get more visits and interactions, however this is the complete opposite. Hope u can fix the bugs asap. Cheerio

Don't why Telkomsel prefers useless aesthetics compared to fully functional and useful UIs and menus. I have other active foreign phone numbers and their apps are simple and does the jobs, no frills and overwhelming aesthetics, Telkomsel should learn from these other countries on how to make a useful and to the point app, which is not bertele tele like kearifan lokal

How they managed to make the UI/UX gets worse after each update is just unfathomable 👍👍👍. Sudden layout and UI changes, with little or no preparation on the app business logic layer. More useless feature that makes the app more bloated with hot garbage is just what I was looking for 🔥🔥🔥. If it weren't for the significant ease of use (payment methods, usage tracking, and some other infos), this is definitely a useless app.

A must have apps for Telkomsel's user, but alas since few months ago it has becomes unnecessary heavier and slower. There's time where the rewards can't be claimed for, another time random points reduction (without clear explanation) and the mini game "Jelajah Nusantara" achievement has been reset and not working properly (can't claim some rewards) and missions are just not working.

Functionality is great. However, the app itself is heavy and sometimes takes too long to load, too many gimmicks. Also, there should be more settings for in-app notifications, such as promotional, etc., because I would like to have an option to disable them. I don't like having notifications pop up every time for something I'm rarely interested in.
