Making payments on my CareCredit card used to be very easy. Now, a strange bug is happening. When I try to type in the amount I want to pay, the numbers don't stay in the entry field. They disappear immediately/don't appear at all, leaving the default amount of $0.00 in the entry field. As a result, I'm no longer able to make payments on the app. The only way I'm able to make payments is through the website. I used to enjoy the app but now it's useless. Uninstalling & reinstalling didn't help.

When the app works, it's perfectly fine. That's the problem though, the app crashes virtually every single time it's opened. On a fresh restart of the phone, if you time it just right, it might load. Lately even that trick hasn't been working though. It's frustrating enough that I will likely not even use the card any more just so when its paid up I can be done with it.

Rarely opens properly. Freezes on loading screen even after a reinstallation, which indicates either poor design or inadequate server bandwidth. Functional enough for making payments when I can get into it, but not especially easy to navigate. Too few options and records presented. Payments take too long to post, and balances take too long to update. I generally end up forced to log in through a PC to make my payments or even to just get any idea of what's going on with my accounts.

Definitely the worst app of all time. For months now, you input your login info, submit, then the app just sits there on the same screen like you didn't do anything. Can't pay my bill (which is the only reason the app even exists), and the website on a desktop computer isn't much better with similar problems. You're almost better off writing a paper check, putting in an envelope, buying postage, then mailing. You would think Synchrony would have working forms of payment, but no.

Some apps that financial companies use for payment, and servicing are subpar and confusing, however, MySynchrony is not only very user friendly and easy to use, it's quite esthetically pleasing also. Update: for the last 2 months I've had a difficult time logging in. To the extent that I cannot tt pay my bill and must remember to check back later to pay it before the due date. Right now, I cannot log in to pay my bill. This is frustrating, and disheartening.

I downloaded this app to manage my accounts, as I have several store cards financed by Synchrony Bank... Deleted it after 10 minutes. It ran very slow, would not load certain menu choices, and I could not figure out how to log in or set it up anyway! My guess is there is entirely too much stuff going on within the app for it to work properly on most people's phones. What a bummer, I would have really liked to have combined all my accounts into one app.

Absolutely horrible. Worked fine for about 9 months. (I only use it when I have to make a payment) Now I cant get past the sign in screen. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it, I've changed my passwords etc. etc. and I still cant get past the damn log in page. Their app works like the company itself works. It's all good at the beginning but after a while you realize what a horrible mistake you made. Just save yourself time and trouble and log in through a website. Wouldn't surprise me if its hacke

The app itself is pretty useless. I have several synchrony accounts, but only one shows up in this app. All the others I have to access via web portals, which are down half the time, or slow to load, or error out, or in general provide lousy experiences. Be nice to have a single app where I can access all of my accounts in one spot. I guess that's a bit too much to ask for them...

Absolutely easy to use, but only when you're making payments. When your trying to look for locations for car care or gas stations, be prepared to sit forever to try to figure it out and then to search. Also for whatever reason, when I open the app, it keeps telling me to update it. I tap download and it takes me to the play store only to tap on an "open" button to open the app. It also doesn't show ALL my Synchrony cards! The website on my PC does. WTH IS GOING ON. FIX IT!

If I can actually get into the app, it is fine. However, it will rarely open. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. I have restarted my phone, done the updates, I have done all the things. Even when I'm not teying to use it, i keep getting a notification on my phone saying that it isn't workong. It actually just did it again as I am typing this. Took a screenshot. It's very frustrating.

This app constantly has issues! Crashes frequently. Most times I can't even get it to open. Other times, I'll be using my phone as normal & not even trying to access the app or do anything with it at all, & I'll be in the middle of something completely unrelated & then get a pop up on my phone that says "MySynchrony keeps stopping" but it wasn't even open in the background. When it works, it's fine... but the problem is that it only works maybe 15% off the time. The other 85% always an issue!

EDIT: Whereas it allows me the access to pay my bills, it has become very poor in the accessibility field. Every setting I use either causes massive clipping or crashes. Makes it hard to know what I need to pay/am paying. I have a Guitar Center Gear card through this bank, and they make it easy and simple with this app, for me to sign in, keep track of, and pay my bill! I love it!!

Like the app when it works. Lately, I've constantly been getting an error regarding technical difficulties and to try again later. Try again 20 minutes later and get the error again. Uninstalled app then reinstalled, hoping it would help, but it hasn't. Please fix this!! Edit- tried logging into the mobile app 4 hours later and am still unable to view my account due to technical difficulties. Had to go on my computer to view my account. This needs to be fixed ASAP!!!

App keeps telling me there's an update but then goes to the Google Play store page and keeps spinning loading infinitely. The app makes it really easy to keep track of all my Synchrony accounts and make payments, but it's just not updating. Even when I attempted to come here to the play store page directly to update, it just says `Open`, which opens the app. The update notification pops up, and then clicking "Update Now" button just takes me to the Play store page with the option to open again.

I would like to give this app 0 stars. This is the second time I've had to have an acct with Synchrony. This app crashes everytime I try to use it. I've uninstalled it. My first acct with them was two years ago. I uninstalled it then as well. After all this time nothing has been done to correct what appears to be a very common problem for many people? Tech support was unable to help. My phone is not the problem as suggested. It is up to date and I experience no problems except with Synchrony app

The app stinks. It never works. I have 3 accts thru Synchrony and 2 of the 3 can't be accessed becuz they are private companies? They are still funded by this bank. It's been nothing but a nightmare. When I got on today the app said it had an update to make it easier to use. It wouldn't even update. Then wouldn't except my username and password, again! Nope, I'm done. I'll pay each one by phone with the C.S. # on the back of each card. That WORKS. And It's Free. I just uninstalled the app.

The app won't work on my phone. After a restart it get a notification that mysynchrony keeps closing. If I try to open it myself it simply won't load the app at all. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it, updated my phone and done everything you can do and this app simply will not function on my device. I can't even get to the part where you sign in, it crashes before it even finishes loading that. Problem still persist as of 3/17/24.

This app has been unable to login for the past 3 weeks on the latest Android operating system on s24 ultra. I can login using the browser. So, this is definitely an app problem. The message just states that the app is experiencing technical difficulties and to try again later. I've tried clearing the app cache, reinstalling, but neither solve the problem.

The app worked mostly okay (slow loading, downtimes, and telling me my posted statements weren't available to view) until it apparently did an update. I keep getting a screen that tells me I need to update the app, but when I go to update it, it's already up to date. I've un-installed and reinstalled it, and I get the same message each time. -5/5

Totally inept, useless app. No access to simply view transactions, past or future payments or edit upcoming payments. Can't delete bank accounts that have been added. I must have entered in incorrect info for my bank when I scheduled several payments, so now I get automated letters every month telling me the payment was reversed, rather than pulling from the second set of bank info I entered. I've resorted to paying manually. Never experienced such a pointless app, honestly.
