Solid tracking app, especially if you use one of the meters that will sync automatically. You can hide pretty much all the food tracking if that's a problem for you (it is for me) and just tag readings as before a meal, after a meal. The timed reminders are fantastic! I use those constantly to remind me when to check my sugar after a meal. Very easy to use, but some of the fonts are quite small. I appreciate the simple color coding of readings, making it easy to get an impression.

Only allows one meter connection. I have two - upstairs and downstairs. Other apps allow multiple connections, this one does not. Three stars would be functional, four would be excellent and five would be outstanding. This app merits two. Completely separate from the silliness involved in tracking glucose readings for this app, which is apparently aimed at children.

Set up of device (Accu-Chek meter) is super easy and uncomplicated. The good folks behind the manufacturing make set up a walk in the park! As well as the monitoring! Just follow the prompts as laid out by the meter and you'll coast right on through. They're good people! Update: Accu-Chek meter worked fine for a few months, then suddenly began failing at transfering data. Failing at pairing with my phone. If this happens to you, simply re-enter new code under settings.

Absolutely amazing app once you take the time to learn what you can do with it. Sometimes looses connection with my meter, but that could also be an issue with my phone instead. Two suggestions that would make this app perfect - one, create a guest log in feature so that parents/spouse/partner can log in and view the information without being able to edit or delete anything. Also, create a "Dr's Portal" where they can log in and view their patient's information easily.

I am in total love with this app! I can track everything right on my phone: steps,menu,meds, activities, weight,, blood pressure, and, of course, sugar levels. And so much more. A quick look at color and you immediately know if you are high, low, or right in the zone. Very handy for doctor appt be because they can see directly how you are doing. Definitely recommend 👌.

It was fun in the very beginning when the app first came out, but now they charge the hell out of you if you want all the once-free-now-has-to-pay features. I don't recommend it anymore. Save your $80, it's not worth it. Just use your phone as reminders and download a different diabetes app. I'm *very* disappointed in the direction they decided to go in. I've been one off their first people since the beginning and charging $80 for some features that were great and free in the beginning is stupid

I love the way that it syncs to my meter and it makes tracking trends easy, but... There are two features that would really make mySugr shine...... 1. My target levels aren't going to be the same when fasting, or just before lunch, or after having dinner. There should be a way to vary the target levels accordingly........ 2. Please, I'm begging, give us a simple "Notes" section? I can write what exactly I ate, or that I accidentally skipped a meal/dose/whatever.

This app has been extremely helpful in my efforts to keep carbs down and know the effects of eating certain foods. I am not in need of many of the features it offers, so I can't speak to most of them. I love being able to describe things and export data to excel. I am older and no longer play sports I wish there was an after excercise icon, instead of after "sports" but that is a pretty minor, if not picky complaint! This app deserves the highest rating.

This is a totally new rating and update which wipes all past ratings. I've been using this system for several years, and worked fine. Then it began hiccuping and eventually the Bluetooth feature totally quit. I reduced my rating to a much lower one and un-installed it. Recently, I tried it again. After reworking the app, and making some improvements, it now works perfectly! Te key feature is they added a notification tool in my top Notifications Bar which allows instant uploads. 😎

Very badly executed app. Look at Accu-chek software. It's on the right track. You are not. This app needs a total revamp. Needs a way to continually track levels not just 90 days and reset 1 day after that. That's stupid. Need to be able to clear the meter, a detailed tracking for food, drugs, time of meals, and it needs to be editable and not just a blank notepad. There needs to be editable drop-down lists for food, drugs, etc. You need to fix the fingerprint lock because it doesn't work well.

One of the better ones I've tried, but it needs to have some additional features. I can track the carbs of a meal but not the sugars, fats or calories. I can add my blood pressure but not my heart rate or Temp. My blood glucose monitor will auto upload but not my blood pressure cuff . There are some fantastic features. I can track my weight, BP and meals even my mood or things like activities time. By the way, make the blood pressure a text entered the spin thing is very annoying

Its a great app, though one small complaint, the a1c part doesn't always. After a reading it says I've reached 19 of 21 readings, the next reading it says I only reached 17. It worked great at first. That's my only gripe. I was able to easily connect my contour and accucheck devices. Both devices are read immediately and imported to my phone.

New to this. App is a godsend. Helps create a record with time stamps, marks with icons any events that might affect readings, & even allows note logging to attach details to each test result. It's great for getting organized when I've been overwhelmed and jotting messy notes all over the place. Started out eating all the wrong foods, wrong times, but when I switched to keto I had real-time data to show I was on the right track. Very encouraging!

This used to work great until an update I downloaded today. Now it refuses to pair with my device and contacting support directly on this seems impossible or well hidden and inaccessible. Update: I figured a fix. It took going not just to the phone but the meter as well. Delete the connection to phone and restart the pairing process through the app and meter.

I have used this app for years and have liked it, so has my doctor. But now, in the last 2 weeks, roughly 3 to 4 times a week, I had to unpair my glucometer and phone from each other, then pair them again. My sister uses the same app and meter as I do and has started having the same problem, and her meter is newer than mine. It is getting really frustrating, so please fix the problem. Otherwise, I would give a 5 star rating on this.

5 stars all day long but I put 4 to gain attention of corporate. diagnosed 4wks ago, told fasting levels should be - 130 But because the app gave me green scores I thought I was in the clear I forgot about the 130/fasting levels. So I was miss guided into thinking I was good when I wasn't. Needs a pop up window Everytime after submitting a sample asking if it's a fasting readingor not, then award an appropriate color for fasting levels. This is super important!

It's a hit or miss on whether the meter sends the info to the app immediately. Sometimes it takes a few tests for the info to go through. Heaven forbid you have the app open when it catches up to previous input, it makes this HORRIBLE and horrifying screeching sound as a notification. Something like you would hear from a scary movie,and when you look down at your phone you see this retarded looking face with a plus or minus for eyes, I'm not sure what they were going for with it.
