It's decent, basically its an okay RPG solely as their are no better options, but compared to classics like Zenonia or Aurum blade, the game play/enemies/boss fights are lack luster, uninteresting, boring. the music is okay, the story eventually gets boring too, cut scenes seem like they are dragging and force you to skip, (being so badly written) and making NPC's uninvesting interest wise.

It's like an SNES-era RPG with the same graphics but none of the charm, intrigue, depth or complexity. The English translation is subpar and inconsistent, so the dialogue and quests are often nonsensical or meaningless. The controls, UI, and skills are clunky, generic, and uninteresting. You can freely mash the screen mindlessly and anything you're attacking will die. This game is too much of a mess to be enjoyed properly.

I love the game, great graphics, great gameplay and most importantly, its old school. But I have an issue, being offline is kinda hard for me to play the game, obviously I hate to say that the Google login is always poping up and makes my game crash. I am terribly disappointed, thats why I gave u 1 star for this, but if you fix this issue, I will support u devs for making better games.

It needs some work: most of the time I can't read the quests, the translation is kind of poor and during the short animations looks like the screen "moves" and we can see some kind of background... but overall the game is entertaining, easy to play, and has likeable characters. Two stars because not being able to check the quests is kind of a big flaw

Awesome old school hack and slash. Very addictive and fun grind with combos. Reason I gave it 3 stars is because of the bugs in game. Few maps where e enemies spawned im an unreachable area, and also the quest log is messed up most the time, you can't press it or see what quests you have. Very frustrating having to guess what you have to do to clear the quest. Once fixed, I will change to 5 stars.

I love this game! The graphics are great, the gameplay is very entertaining for me. But there's this one thing that bothers me so much. It's the bug on the quest list. In early game, it's still ok & I could interact with it to see what quests I should finish, but not long after that, it bugged and I can't interact with it AT ALL, and what's worse is that I can't even read the quests since it's cropped more than a half per quest. Please fix this and I will change to 5 stars cuz love the game!

Very fun, very reminiscent of the old school RPGs, absolutely great if you like grinding, gives you the right amount of freedom when it comes to character customization, and it can just eat up the hours of the day if that's what you're looking for. Music is amazing too but you don't get to adjust BGM and SFX accordingly (it's only off or on) so it's sometimes drowned out. Quest tab also bugs out sometimes so it's hard to keep track of what you have going on. Still a great game, highly recommend.

I'm not a fan of RPGs but this was on sale for free so why not get it. I was pleasantly surprised at how fun it was to beat up enemies and explore the game. There are a few issues, namely the awkward translation taking me out of the story. Using long ranged attacks are difficult too since you can't aim diagonally. It's also annoying when the quest menu bugs out so you need to restart the app. I'd also wish for an 'enemy guide' since it'll make it a lot quicker and easier to complete quests

Its a good game. The graphic and music are 10/10. Except that after 2 days playing this, i saw that the quest tab started to glitch and i cant open/see the quest... And it would be great if the two characters doesnt share the money,storage and potions cause its pretty frustrating... (except for the keys, thats great😉) Anyways, its a good game and i would recommend playing it (if you can stand having to restart again after dying dozens of time fighting the boss/strong enemies) 👍

the itself is very great the controls are easy and the gameplay is nice but the problem is when i close the game it keeps showing the sign in error sign and keeps from playing unless i turn on the internet for a short while to get rid of it but comes back later on. I hope they can fix it, because of this this game that is offline is beginning to become a game that needs internet to play. But it may just in my device but hope this gets fixed pls do fix it. Also the quest section somtimes glitches.

After making a decent a progress the game bugged out and I can't launch it anymore. The quest tab also becomes disfigured and I can't read the quests. Just like any other rpg games, this one is pretty good, but the bugs ain't worth enduring. Also, the English translation sucks, but at least it's understandable. But no, just no. I get why the devs are giving this game away for free. It's buggy to the point that the game doesn't start anymore making you lose all the progress you've made— hours of gameplay, gone. If you wanna download this game then fine, but you've been warned.

not optimized for oneplus 6t or newer phones. I touch the icons on screen and the touch does not register unless I touch next to them instead of on them directly. Quest screen glitches out and cant see any quests once I have two side quests. please fix UI because I like this game and wouldnt want to not play it because of being unable to. edit: running on Android 9, Oxygen Os 9.0.3. hope this helps 😄👍

Smooth controls, good graphics. There are two characters each with their own adventure, each with different weapons and armor, and each character's adventure involves completely different towns, NPCs, dungeons, quests... it's essentially two action RPGs in one. The inventory you acquire is shared between both characters and so I chose to play the game going back and forth between the two, but if you like you can finish off one character's story and thibk of the other's story as a New Game Plus.

This is one of the best mobile action RPGs that I have played on Android. The controls are fluid and responsive. The graphics are reminiscent of old school console RPGs. The achievement system lends to the playability of the story and raid modes. Sometimes, it's hard to understand what's happening in the story but overall this game is fantastic and you should give it a try.

Beat the game at with kainen and ray at 46. Now doing new game plus. Killing bosses 10 levels above me. Bosses are the worst designed part of the game. My entire build is based on using stealth and nuking it with every skill I can fit in. Then showtime so i can do it again sooner. Ranged skills tend to be too risky to use so I end up focusing on dodging instead. Bosses need to be changed. They should react to damage like every other enemy in the game instead of ignoring the combo system.

I really enjoy this game. Maybe the story is not the catchiest one, but the mechanics are very fun. Furthermore, the game has lots of side quests. However, I have a problem with the quests pannel and it is buggy. You cannot see the quests nor see the requirement and I can only see part of the quest name. It is a little bothering when I want to complete side quests. I hope that you can fix it.

I found none of the bugs that other reviews are reporting. Everything from the UI to the controls worked just fine for me. I do take umbrage with the fact that there are microtransactions in an app or game that you pay for. I like the simple combo system and the game is fun. The English could use some editing and localization but it basically gets the story across. Definately worth the dl on sale.

Would be 5/5 if not for a few flaws. First, if you are going to translate the game, please get a proper translator. Broken English isn't always a dealbreaker but it really breaks the immersion which is a pretty big selling point for RPGs imo. Second, when crafting, it would be nice to be able to mass produce the potions instead of crafting only one. at. a. time. Very tedious. Third, this isn't too big a deal, but perhaps add inventory capacity upgrades for us who farm gear and items. Still fun.

this game is great. I usually download 20 games at a time and go through them like, 'this one sucks, delete. this one sucks, delete. this one sucks, delete.' and so on. but not Mystic Guardian. it's solid. really solid. it's a perfect mix of action platformer and jrpg. and an added bonus is that the translations are often hilariously grammatically incorrect. and I've never reviewed any app before, so that in itself says something...

This is actually a really good game, it's a shame that playing it on 1x speed slows the frames down lower than 30 fps. And considering my phone can handle much higher fps games, it's a shame this game has that issue. But the game actually is great when you play it on 2x I promise you play it on 2x speed up it runs way better. Over all (4 out of 5) would recommend
