Main game was good but bonus chapter glitched out with the 3 coins needed for the taxi. I found all three but inventory only shows two. Emailed for help over a week ago but no answer. Lame to get this far and not be able to finish it out.

This was over all an amazing game. There were no issues with the game play and being able to watch ads to get coins to get past the really difficult puzzles was great. I really enjoyed the game.

Trying to play this on my phone, but near the start where you have a map and have to avoid the cameras, I cannot move fast enough no matter how fast I tap the screen. Dissapointed as it looks like a good game :( Update - yes you can skip ir, but you need 10 coins and it's a 5 minute wait for each coin

This game contains the most frustrating mini game in history, the one with the moving globes to arrange the tiles in the slots it's simply impossible for me and I don't have a skip. I'm not going to pay to play a frustrating game, sorry. I usually enjoy your games but this one got into my nerves.

These games have set a very high bar for escape games, but I found this one to be less involving as the others. Some parts I had to skip, as the game was glitching, like the part with mystery stones, or the potion preparation in the bonus section where I just couldn't get the instructions to show... But all in all, still a great game.

Changing this down to one star because of the reply--I do have a mid-range device. I play these games frequently (both f2p and ones I buy) and have NEVER had a problem with lag or glitches before. Original: Two stars because the storyline seemed promising. But I had to uninstall because there was so much glitching and lag it hurt my eyes. Then I gave up when I couldn't get past the map mini-game because the controls were ineffective and the lag made it impossible.

Enjoyed it as always but there were a few glitches. A glitch I can remember off the top of my head is, the powder mixing, the instructions cant be seen fully, half the page doesn't show therefore I had to use a walkthrough. Just things like that. If I see any glitches in the future, I'll be sure to make a note. Thanks.

Excellent game... i really love the game so much. The story is not too scary but it does give me chills sometimes because i push some scene and a ghost appear. The story also very excellent. I like how the story narrates and the mini games are so over the top. I never play some of them in other hidden object game comp. Look foward for your other games.

I find the controls on this game extremely frustrating. Some of the puzzles ste annoying as well there are only so many hidden object puzzles i want to do and i find the images blurry in all domini puzzle games. The graphics are good and the story line isn't bad but I find five-bn games more user friendly. i love this type of game thoughand it's nice that it's free and complete

Its a neat game, and i love that the main character is female! A nice variety of puzzles too! A good range of easy and hard. Took me couple days to finish. Keep in mind that this is chapter 4 of 14 games, and is bound to have some glitches. Most glitches i was able to fix by leaving the room and going back in. Others i just bruteforced my way through. 👍 (edit: i actually thought this was the first one, so its also a good jumping on point in the story)

This is perhaps the best of their free games. The graphics are a lot better and the story is well told. HOWEVER some puzzles are really poorly made and the fact that you don't get any instructions is just dumb. The developers also really ought to make sure the game sizes up or down to fit your screen. All of their games have been to big for my phone, and without any option to change this, I keep missing places where to pick up objects and some puzzles are really difficult to complete.

Over all game experience was good. Though I found many logics in the game were so stupid it stammers us for a while before figuring it out. Touching the lower part of the screen to go to previous scene was kind of annoying in most of mini games. I would have almost solved the puzzle and accidentally click there and boom the puzzle resets. I had to try many times before completing the puzzle even though I figured it out in first attempt.

Great game! Challenging but not impossible. I had a problem with the extra chapter, though. It got stuck in the first home and I only got error message even when I clicked to get hints. However, it is an extra chapter, and the main game is very entertaining! Edited to add: I contact the support, but got no reply. The game is fun, but don't count on playing the extras.

Really enjoying the game but the four corner picture puzzle doesn't work. I got the corners in the right place but nothing happened...maybe a bug in the game.

Liked it. Easy to play, doesn't require too many hints or I'd say almost no hints needed. Very logically structured. Game controls leave some room for improvement, sometimes it is difficult to select an item and move it. Design is nice, the story is unusual but the main chapter is a bit too predictable ;)

Really good game with beautiful graphics. The length of game play was pretty good. A few of the mini-games stumped me and I bought coins to skip. Great storyline. Teleportation map is pretty bad. Soesnt help in regards to what to do next or available actions. There are collectibles, morphing objects in a few scenes. Looking forward to playing the next one.

I loved this game. Art is beautiful, graphics awesome. Some puzzles were a little harder than I think they should be. I had to skip a few just to keep from pulling my hair out lol. I am removing this game now & downloading another just like it. Oh & half way througj I was offered to purchase the extra chapter in the game....in the end once I compmeted the game, I got to acces to the extra chapter for nothing. It was really fun! Great job!
