The login UX is horrific, the keyboard doesn't work properly and I don't know why it asks me to login every freaking time. It's soo frustrating

Worst network ever i contacted the support for internet problem in New Ain Dar and said that there is a internet problem here in this city and they just keep saying we are working on it but it's been the same for 1 month they think im joking or something why would i? There is internet problem here in New Ain dar i can't even message on whatsapp to anyone because there is boosters in new ain dar Update: i already contacted the support in app but they are just ignoring me and saying no problem

i am using what's app, youtube, and facebook but data not deducting from social data, all data deducting from my local data, 25 GB social data remain balance and 20 GB local data only deducting, going to port my stc number to another mobile service provider i can not recharge twice in a month.

Switching to a different prepaid subscription is not possible (maybe there's a way.. but it's hard to find and I couldn't).. That's why I gave it 3 stars.

It is a big thieving franchise I have installed a package of 120 riyals, it is not working Even before this, I had raised a package of 115 Rials Franchise self unsubscribed in 10 days The package was for 1 month Now i have flex package it also has international minutes when i call afghanistan these people recharge from my balance not from the package Called the franchise 10 times and they still couldn't fix my problem And when I login STC app it also doesn't login with the number

Predatory pricing practices. Packages cost just slightly more than the recharging amounts they allow you to do, so that you're always forced to recharge much more than you'll use. App also gives an error every time I pay even though the payment goes through in the end. Refuses to subscribe to a package giving a vague error after I already paid.

Worst App. When ever you need this application's service then it will force to update. What a nonsense. May be you are in trouble, how to do? Useless and totally waste app. Stupid system for login, not low memory in my device but the app developer. Never expect good result from this application. Better luck for your next update. Edited: Where to input my concerns in your app? All service related nothing for app. That you are not a professional team.

2) Thanks for immidiate response. I can see only Sim management & payment management on the app. Cant see the billing sir. Pls advise thank you. 1) 4 stas for now, because i cant have invoice in the app. If you could send the invoice thru email or sms with link of the invoice would be better. Thank you.

The app make easy to recharge, buy packages and data. For a person in remote area its really helpful. I always recommend it

Most of the time, I am having a problem doing recharge. The app is having a problem particularly during payment stage. Need to try several times before the transaction becomes successful.

Your standard reply to everyone completely ignores the issues and shows you don't read or care about customer service. It's a very frustrating user experience. Signing in only logs you in for 30 minutes and you have to sign in twice to stay logged in for longer. I receive simultaneous login notifications in the app, on my phone and by SMS. If I try to make payment using correct saved card details the payment is declined and I must re-enter the same card details every time. Do better.

Never had a possitove experience with this app. Every time i log in, it asks for a password that i never set. Resetting the account doesn't work. Sometimes it sends a 4 digit code for a 6 digit field. Other times says this number doesn't have an account so I need to register, once I register it says account already exists so I should log in. I try to log in it says password or user are wrong (I didn't add a user, I used my registered number). Fix it please

Over all a great app. Very useful for keeping track of your balance, package and services. There are just two problems. 1- it doesn't fully function without internet package. STC must understand this app is not a browser, nor a game or a streaming app, there is no chance anyone would enjoy these things without internet package through this app. Come on, it is your own official app, it must work without internet package. 2nd, it requires updating too frequently. 1 star deducted for each problem

The app repetitively asks to register the device which is irksome. I had ported from other network to stc...but unfortunately the network signal disappears many a times at many places. I had bought uae roaming pack recently on my visit to uae...there stc worked smoothly but on returning to ksa the network has been again terrifically awful...i dont understand why network is poor.

it doesnt remind me when the package is expired and asking everytime to have a call to trust my same device !, user experience is poor it takes time to subscribe the same package of last month, as i have to unsubscibe it first and then subscribe it again !!

What is wrong with this app... every time, i should login when i need to open the app.. worst app Edit 1: i did update this recently, but it's still not resolved.. several times to log in a single day... its time shift to another network... Edit-1 Still, the app is asking for a login for every time. Nothing changed. When im using youtube and watsapp, the data should be consumed from social media data. Instead, it is using plain main data. I don't know why!!! It's time to port to other network

Do not recharge any STC Internet package showing local data along with streaming data as you will incur heavy monetary loss. Recharge with only Data package without any streaming data attached to it. If it is only local data, u can use it for both local and streaming. Be vigilant and save money. There should be 50gb and 100gb local data packs with 1 month validity for us to select with as an option which is available with other operators such as mobily and zain.

I dont rate apps, so by me writing this it should say something. The app only opens after download. If you want to RE-open the app. You must delete it, and redownload it. Ridiculous. Cannot recharge by debit/credit card, or SAWA Card purchased at the market as this is "unavailable at this time." Unacceptable. Ever since the garbage "new look" it has become more and more difficult to complete basic tasks needed to do business in the area. PLEASE GO BACK TO THE OLD APP!!!!

Edit 31/5: As of the latest update, the app will not load. It says "something went wrong" at the intro screen and it won't let me do anything. - - Broken, many things don't work, cannot even use my card to purchase Internet subscriptions, or add a new card. Very bad user interface, even worse system. Have to go elsewhere to pay to recharge, when the app should be able to it easily.
