It didn't state that you have to pay for it not until I down loaded the app. I like to know b4 I react. Free or not. Know b4 you go!!!!

Can't use the date since it keeps flipping USA date to European date and setting country is out of order. Website is better than this garbage app.

Right off the bat no go... Couldn't get my information updated online so I thought I'd download the app. Can't even start the app. It won't let me log in or create account. I'm wondering about this company for sure. 😔

This app is supposed to help you with fraud monitoring and identity theft protection right? Can someone please explain to me why they don't secure our info by sending our data through an encrypted line.🤔🤨 seems a bit suspicious if you ask me.

Learned of Service, paid for it when i bought my bank checks. Was told it was PAID 1 year with my check purchase as added protection. Suprise, its a monthly subscription. Will think twice about Harland ckecks and their suggestions

I ORDERED CHECKS AND WAS NOT TOLD THAT THERE WAS A FEE FOR THIS EZ SHIELD SERVICE THAT "CAME WITH THE CHECKS". BRADFORD CHECKS WOULD NOT LET ME CANCEL THE EZ SHIELD THO i CALLED RIGHT BACK BEFORE THE CHECKS WERE PRINTED. i HAVE NOT YET TRIED THE APP BUT i DO NOT NEED THE PROGRAM AND BRADFORD CHECKS WAS NOT UPFRONT ABOUT THE COST. VERY DISSATISFIED WITH BRADFORD CHECKS & EZ SHIELD SPENDING MY MONEY FOR ME. JAN

This app used to work great. Then I had to enter full login details every time. Now the app won't even open. Time to find something else. This is too frustrating.

I filled in all the blanks. All the questions. Password every thing . Still wouldn't open . It said wrong password . I called them they emailed me a number , still wouldn't work . Would you really want this out fit to protect your identity ?

Slow and features won't work. Entering the pin has to be done very slowly or else it messes up. I can't even get past the security questions, which I had already entered in the old app, but now I guess I have to do it again!

Service is amazing, but unfortunately the app is not commiserate in my experience. It rarely loads, frequently times out, and crashes multiple times during use. That is even if I can get into it.

horrible App/company, they sent me a bunch of notifications about credit alerts and credit activities, but it has no useful information. It's probably collecting my info and selling it. I feel scammed

I don't know what you guys are doing in your "updates" but this app has turned to trash. It seems to have gotten worse since the name changed. I think it's time I stop giving you my money and I will be telling my CU that they should stop offering this and find a more reliable service.

I am unable to sign in, it simply does not work regardless of the amount of tries and time spent. I did not find customer service contact with information to assist with the process. At this point, I am frustrated and feeling ripped off. The concept of this product is great, but it has alot of issues.

The app is insanely laggy. Upon logging in to navigation through the app. It lags and loses characters I type. At this point I would actively recommend against using EZ shield. I get this for free from work and I still am looking to switch to a better identity protection group.

I had no idea problem logging in and managing my account but now every minute I get a notification that "WiFi scanning service is running" and I don't even have wifi turned on. Checked my notifications in settings and it's this app. I don't need it running constantly in the background using power and who knows what else.

My CU used to provide this service. When they stopped, I contacted EZShield. No response. I put my cc info in app to avoid interruption of service. Got email with a link to sign up. I don't trust email links, so I tried to log on app & site. Locked out. My passwords were held hostage & only way to retrieve was to click the link in the email. Every time I use the app, I have to force stop after because pin screen pops up over everything. Pin only works randomly. Looking for a replacement.

The app works great, keeps my passwords all secure and in one place; the interface is easy to use. You must first login to the website, from an Internet connected device to register, then you can use the mobile app and create a "Fast PIN' to login to the mobile app. Downside is that you must have Internet/Mobile Data to access the application. AKA, I wish it was a standalone application; but other than that, it works great.

With every revision, this app gets worse. I have 20 year old computers that function and input data that this app does I love the concept of the application. However, initial log in time are incredibly slow and accessing some features takes a long load time (at least 2 minutes). The application crashes when I try to view new alerts; sent crash report. Another note: The Icon and name makes no sense to me and tells me what the application actually is. I would consider changing it.
