I'm editing my review for this reason, There's a bug in this app leading me to soon uninstal it. After it has verified the name, if it doesn't complete the next step then it'll give an error but here's the strange part. Confirmation of transaction message immediately after the error.

This app has had alot of complications of late,it's always hanging and failing to respond when you want to use it. It has become one of the worst safaricom app experience.

I bought Vivo y70s 5g, but the app is saying I don't have a Safaricom SIM card. This is dissappointing as it was the only option as the sim toolkit is not showing in app. Please assist

I love this app. In my opinion it's better than the Mpesa app. I'd like it if there was an option to manage funds in Pochi for users that have registered for it.

Better. Waiting on removal of the word “Airtime” under the “Buy Data, Minutes, Airtime...” tab as there's already a tab labelled, “Buy Airtime.” It causes me confusion.

Waaow. what an efficient way to do transactions hassle free. I wonder why I hadn't downloaded it earlier. I am a fully satisfied customer. A 10 star review was in my mind but lemmie give the 5-star one that's available.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This is the worst app I have downloaded using my bundles. This app is a waste of time can't recommend it to anyone. You can buy bundles and you are not given the same even after spending your money on purchase. I think this app is encouraging con activities. You better change it or better shat it down immediately😔. To add on its slow and takes alot of time to initialize anything.

This app is quite unreliable. the UI is good but we sometime can't pay, the popup message with the name of the person don't appear. and their customer service in shop is bad. they always say they will get back to us by email or phone but never do.

Love the app, it's definitely convenient to use. One issue, though, when you save a bill with a paybill number starting with a zero (0), the app removes the preceeding zero and sends your money to an entirely different paybill. Look into this.

Your app is not useful at all. I cannot save the different kplc or water account numbers to favorites that I pay for. It only takes one business account numbers at a time. And why start with account when saving instead of business number, then account? This is so stupid. And unhelpful. I may as well just note them down as I used to. Improve on this

The app can't go into landscape mode. The newspapers' field of view is so small that reading them in portrait is an uphill task of constantly zooming in and out

For the home fibre menu they've removed the option for manage account; hence I cannot reset my router link. Also of late their WiFi has been failing A LOT so I'm completely frustrated.

The app is very good and I'd use it everyday. However I have a minor issue but its very important to me. I have added couple of favourite pay bills and tills but they don't appear in the list. When I try to add again it prompts that the favourite exist already.

App works flawless. Had to switch to it after the Mpesa app started to crash at launch every time and MySafaricom has been a near perfect replacement. Id only wish they added biometric support for fingerprint capable devices as it affords an option with more privacy when at the pin entering stage of transactions. Otherwise a solid app all around.

Would be 5* based on convenience and features only. However the UI is too cluttered making the app lag and crash. There's just one too many shortcuts on the dashboard. It is trying too much. Simplify to make it leaner and faster.

Hi, long time fan of your services. Just a few things I think could be better, in my opinion. 1. The sambaza internet option is 5-10mb. How's this possible?? Maybe it's a bug somewhere? Thanks 2. The interface feels off but I guess it will take time to get used to it. The layout feels congested in a way. Previous app had a distinction. Like blaze tariff and the other kind. That interface was dope. Maybe see what can be carried forward and make the app feel familiar. Thanks
