Basic and generic. Works good tho. Be nice to see some colors something to make the app stand out.

The app only provides results from city center wherever that is not from my home address. It's not useable as is.

The app no longer works after I updated it. all I get is a white screen and it doesn't change.

This app needs to be redone I should be able to type the bus number and get the hole schedule for that bus it takes to long to find the schedule for the bus I needed I spent almost an hour just looking for the bus and the schedule this app needs a overhaul please fix this app asap

Sometimes does not show exact location of the bus & glitches, will sometimes tell you your not at a bus stop when you are & you have to close the app & reopen it.

Reliable, accurate schedules and live maps are very useful for me, a regular commuter using public transportation.

Usually wrong! This app seems to list POSSIBLE times -- it shows canceled routes hours later or the next day if at all. No more useful than a paper schedule.

OMETRO App is dysfunctional at its very best. App crashes more than Iranian drones. Some drivers actually care about the passengers, and some don't even wait for old ladies to find a seat before they BOLT for the red light 2 blocks ahead. What a pathetic representation of Omaha's leadership. I suggest everyone who works for OMetro ride the bus to work one day a week.

This app is dog water. Incredibly slow and finicky to use. Occasionally it will just lie to you and say the bus isn't running for the day. Sad that this is kind of mandatory to use if you're an active bus rider Should also add: Why does an app that makes no sound feel the need to duck the audio i'm listening to?

App needs trashed and completely reprogrammed. Takes forever to load even on Gigabit connection. Half the stops arent programed correctly and not even a quarter of what was promised is actually there. Complete and utter garbage app to go with a garbage company

Frustrating, the app seriously needs to be optimized. This program has loading issues and it is not user friendly. Takes way too much time to look up bus routes and schedules.

My opinion is I don't think they run enough stuff and sometimes they don't come by when the time is supposed to be most of the time they do, but again when you have to work and the bus doesn't come. Switch you when it is a hot Day Out and had to walk to work because of bus That make me feel disappointed that we can't rely on the bus company.

Doesn't tell you with enough notice when a bus is cancelled. Would be nice if it would tell you when the bus isn't going to stop when it should. Multiple riders including myself have noticed buses not showing up or driving right past without picking up anyone from the stop. It's been an issue since I moved here but more frequent lately. Would love to know why this happens more than once a week.

The app needs fine tuning. For the most part, it has been accurate (within 5 minutes of a due bus). During the last snowfall, it showed 3 false buses for the route I waited for.

Randomly changes the volume of my music every time I open it or do anything on it. Update: they recently updated it and switched everything to dark mode. There is no way to switch it back to light mode. It is now impossible to read while you are in natural light of any kind, as you might be while, say, waiting for the bus
