Worst app ever... unable to track my order....I suggest everyone don't use this app...it's useless , I'm going to place complain regarding this app. They are making fraud. Ban this app from every country 🙏🏻

App is nice but the website feels easier. For example, can't use Google pay with the app, can't share/link products, when clicking on a link for the website, it doesn't go to the specific flavor/weight I'm currently forcing myself to use the app but I keep going back to the website

I'm having a problem with payment and delivery and when I tell my problem to the team, they all copy the same answer they paste it and send it to me, but it has nothing to do with my question. I can't get in touch with anyone who is really interested, and I'm being asked for unnecessary money right now. They don't really care about their customers but they pretend for sure.

Received an email asking me to "try the app, special offer!" or something. Installed the app and ordered some supplements and waited, but never received my order. Then I got a message saying that my order was cancelled "due to the courier, not our fault" and I have to reorder. My order was now double the price and Myprotein blames the courier THEY PICKED to weasel out of honoring my order. Needless to say I will be uninstalling this scam app as it keeps sending me offers which I can not trust.

app is alright but the prices are artificially inflated so you have to use a discount code to get a acceptable price

Meal Replacement is superb. Great taste, and really good blended with bananas, berries etc for some real fruit content.

purchased the protein wafers and flavdrops, very tasty indeed and a good amount of protein per 2 wafers. ordered more, plus some protein bars.

Add an item to the basket, press on go to checkout and there's nothing there. Tried clearing the cache, reinstalling, but the app still has the same issue, I can't checkout!

The app really sucks. I have put my orders in basket when they had at discounted price. When I do final check out the price of the products are increased and the discounted code doesn't work

Benefits having app as you get discounts unquie to it. Explains ingredients and usage. offers vegetarian. always has good offers on, cheaper than what they sell on amazon. eco delivery also an option (same as standard but they plant a tree) 😊 detailed and safe.

Love the products but the app does fail or do nonsense at times. for example, had a few times when i'd have to log in 3 times while trying to checkout.

Checkout functionality does not work or full of bugs. I tried more than 10 times during a sale to checkout, but could not place the order since nothing happens after clicking checkout. Customer service is asking to order via website as an excuse, but the offers on app and websites are different.

everything went smoothly during the purchase except when trying to make the payment , where the app wouldn't allow me to Submit the order after the last step of selecting the payment card. The Submit button was just not able to click on. I closed and reset the app, went back to the Trolley and this time the payment went through. all good in the end, including the 10% discount for using the app.

I initially stacked discounts during the holidays, scoring an amazing deal. However, my experience quickly turned sour. My order was canceled near delivery, prompting a reimbursement without my consent. When I inquired about the canceled protein, they offered a $10 credit instead of reinstating the original deal. After a month of nonsensical back-and-forth, I gave up on resolving the issue. Frustrating and disappointing service.
