Horrible, login issues, does not save login. Package deals change and price increases are monthly, almost double the price since i purchased the modem only 2 months ago. AVOID orbit, get starlink instead. Starlink is better, cheaper, faster, has better app and unlimited internet for less money!

I just updated the app with 8 Apr release and have been facing an issue ever since. The app shows a blank page and nothing I can do to resolve it. I've checked other installed apps on my phone and all of them run normally. I've also tried to reboot the phone but it still didn't work. It seems like the issue is originated from MyOrbit app itself. Please check.

Laggy app, activation process is slow, and after that things going even slower I can use the modem and orbit, but i cannot change anything through app or even check my quota at this moment I cannot imagine how can i buy for more data package when i need it Edit it since it become more and more unreliable, speed is declining rapidly, sometimes below 2 Mbps, it use to be quire reliable before, but the CS team also can not gives any solution

Since 9 April 2024, MyOrbit app could show only its main menu and no more! because when we got the main menu, there's not other menu or tab that could be selected, it's just froze. So customer can not check other details, and the most disappointing...we could not even buy/topup the credit/data package. How dismal!

UI is ok but UX is horrible. Login is a hassle (need to enter email and password EVEN WHEN LOGGING IN WITH GOOGLE so I don't see a benefit of doing so as an app usually greets me with an account selector instead if I pick Google) and login session is way too short (compared to other apps I logged in, including telkomsel's By.U). No low quota notification (maybe bcs login session is too short?). At least the price is nice

In case you wish to make a functional and useful app, please advise me. I would suggest you get rid of your coding team or contractor, whoever he, she or they are. I have never, ever seen such a poor performance due to complexion of coding! Come-on, we are not in year 1990's anymore, be serious about your product or else, very soon, you will go bankrupt!

Very bad customer service, they only redirect you to useless solution. Meanwhile, their true problem is their bad quality of product. Once i get hang up by the customer service for 5 days. So i contacted them via email and instagram, but yep you guess it, no solution at all. The solution is so out of logic, they just keep telling us to turn off and on again, or insert reinsert the simcard. Please learn and reflect from all the bad reviews. Please dont force to sell a bad quality of product.

Broken app, takes long load. When logged in, it keeps saying data error please try again later. Still happened when reset the router. Data prices are very expensive, not worth to buy and not recommended to use anyway. I Keep getting disconnected everytime it reconnects. Fix please, thanks.

I just recieved my device, i really got my first impression since i can't use it at all...when i purchase, i automaticly login to the apps..but after i received my device..i can't login at all. So for sure i can't activate my device and i can't use it...i already ask to Orbit team via email..but they suggest me to reinstall and try to login again. Already reinstalling severall times, and still get the same problem. I already wait almost 7 hours after got feedback...my very first experience 😅

This app is quite simple but not detailed. I wish i could use the usage statistic in a much detailed manner so i know what apps are draining my data, but sadly orbit only show the four biggest usage while the rest are put in "the others" categories with their sum. I hope there will be an update that could show us what "the others" are. If can, i hope otbit could tell us how much the device has use the data not just tell us how many minutes (is not really accurate) the device has used the service

Constantly error. Everytime I want to book the package I regularly use, it often not avalaible. All the alternative methods suggested by CS officers are not working. So I just had to wait several days until it fixed. If you still a new user or seing this before buy the product, my suggestion is: DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT!. it only worked properly for the first 3 months.

It's weird. It was fine at first, but after a few months, the app became inconsistent. The quota page is blank, there are two updates needed. The in-app updates took me 1 week to complete... I ended up uninstalling and downloaded it again. Though the Quota page is now Ok. There's no section for main Quota, only a bunch of Zoom and WorldCup package under 10GB. What is going on... now I can't even buy my main Quota. Your UX and Software team are not align.

This app so bad! Can't login, tried the forgot password to change it, only got the error notification. Tried one more time, this time tried to login with google. But what the heck, it said I haven't purchased any device, so the only option was to log out or buy?! Smh. I just want to buy package but the apps so sucks! Please just make the login process more easier and not automatically logged out

Too much system error. When I want to login into the app "system error" when I had succesfully buy credit to pay for data "system error" Change the app name to system error then . I had to try numerous time just to login into the app, and when I did, the interface is blank and take a long time to load just to display "system error". Please fix the system, upgrade it, otherwise orbit will be a failed product because of bad app.

There is a bug when you click to buy a package it says there is an error but you actually succeed in buying it. So if you click it again when you have enough balance on your card, you will buy the package twice. This happen quite a few times since I started using this app. Fix it or let us refund the package that we don't need.

Where do I start with this service... First, I'll talk about the overall service, and not the app yet. I understand MiFi's doesn't have the same capacity nor consistency of WiFi's, but oh my God this latency (ping) is abysmal! My SIM quota does a far better job than this MiFi shenanigan. I can't upload articles to small simple pages without taking an hour or something, but then when I check in the internet speed test, it's apparently 10mbps upload speed? That's a lie.

Awful app, customer service, and customer experience. Buying for quota top up product and after the payment was successful, the quota was not there yet until now. Asked for the cs and said that must wait until 4 days. Is this a joke? I am telling you this is not the first time this problem occurs. And you're not learning from mistakes and complaints.

It's hard to say but I have to say this. The first trouble is sometimes when I'm login it needs some try and reopen the app to get fixed. The second is I can't change the wifi SSID or the name of Wifi especially the password, after I choose 'Save' it get stuck on loading, trying to wait for almost half an hour but my battery phone is drainning and you know the result is nothing. Please fix it and update the app frequently, it's more than a month without the newest update released?

Very troublesome and inefficient. Please fix it. The annoying thing is often blank page even though I've uninstalled it or it's clear the data and etc . It's hard to see how much left my quota cuz blank page almost every time. Needs a lot of improvement, and it's not just on my device, others are the same. Your rating will decrease even more if there is no solution. Thank you

There are two main concerns for me. First, could you adjust the login session into monthly? I hate to log in every time I need to check the remaining data or top it up just because I only check the app prolly twice a month. Second, up to the latest update of the app, I still cannot limit connected device and data usage per device. Limiting connected time is a great idea, however some people need limited data instead of time. It would be great if you can adjust this. Thank you.
