After downloading the latest update,the app keeps crashing. Very annoying and can't access anything. I tap the app to open then it crashes. I'm still trying but nothing pls fix it

This app has improved over the years. The app works for me now, but it's still far from perfect. First of all, the app consumes a LOT of data. Sometimes, when I just open it, I get network speeds of over 1MB/s (I use a Tecno, which can show my network speed), which I get when I'm usually downloading something. Please optimize your app some more. Secondly, I tried buying data with MoMo, using the app, but an error occurred and I lost my money. Kindly fix these issues. Thanks!!

I love MTN network but this app is the most useless app I have ever downloaded. I keep getting notifications about data offers that I can't even buy because anytime I try to buy the data it says we couldn't complete your purchase due to a technical error so try again later. I have install and uninstall like six times already but still the same issue, am deleting it and never going to install it again. I can't believe I have been wasting my data to install it again and again so many times 😭

App doesn't open anymore, frequently freezing,refreshing takes a long time. It used to work perfectly for me but in recent times, it's been very disappointing. Work on it..

I've not been able to buy data on this app since Friday. I've tried so many times. I even uninstalled the MTN 2.0 updated app and reinstalled this one again and the same problem is happening. Even if I buy normal data without bonuses or anything, I still can't check my balance too. Only momo transactions works on the MTN momo app. MTN fixed the problem above and now there's another problem. They forced me to update and now the app won't open after updating 🥲

Good channel to make bundle purchases but I'm sure if not for the extra bonus this app will get 2 stars in reviews. Currently not working after updating. How is updating too a problem. Very inconsistent service delivery. More room for improvement, just fix it once and for all please.

I have been unable to open the app since the most recent update. It keeps crashing. Edit: I was able to reinstall the app and it is working successfully now. Thank you for the prompt feedback and support.

The app keep stopping when launching it..it happened before. I deleted and reinstalled it and still..i cant launch it after sometime...hmmm.. I have the latest update and i have uninstalled and and reinstalled again like twice already, yet after sometime when you open, they will write..the app keep stopping

The app has served me well over the years with occasional glitches. However, it is refusing to launch after an update this evening. Prior to that, it was giving wrong airtime and data balances so I thought updating it will deliver better results

The app has been awesome but recently, it started malfunctioning... closing by itself and then asking me to update. Even when I updated yesterday, it still asks for updates today again! Oh I can't be updating an app everyday(((. But aside these issues which started just recently, the app is 99.9 percent near excellence

Update: version 2.0.1 crashes constantly after updating. Uninstall and reinstall to fix it. Devs please work on that. Looks like most issues are fixed. Sometimes it makes me log in more than once which is inconvenient when I'm in a hurry. Everything else works well now.

Your old app was far better. This new one is basically useless. Since last week Thursday my airtime and data balance is the same regardless of how many times I refresh it. Your steps to remedy this 2.0 version does not work. Your app guy really did. Poor job on this 2.0 version, it is a very very very bad app, almost everytime it fails to update your balances for you no matter how many times you do it. Simple OTP too to complete transactions or logins too problem

Uhmm, on today's date, check it out, if your app isn't working, uninstall it and reinstall it on your phone for a better experience, I updated it this morning and it only keeps stopping till I did uninstall and reinstalled, it is working properly now and I recommend y'all to do same. Thanks 🙏 to the developers, even though they hadn't told me to 😆😂

The app kept crushing after the latest update. As advised, it works fine after reinstallation. Thank you to the team for the help. You guys could introduce possibility to add a different profile for a second or third SIM number especially for those who have a business or second numbers. Keep up the good work.

This app is unstable and crashes often. It logs it's user out by itself a lot of the time.... Navigation isn't great as well. Biometric login would've been good for security in addition with the pin. It's sad to experience such disappointment from a company like MTN, or it's because the app runs at no data charge...? I don't know maybe that's why the app is so bad.

I've been using this app for about four to five years now and it's very easy to access. The bundle purchase, the percentage bonus and account balance and data balance is marvellous. But lately the balance showed is not accurate. Everything about this App is good until I updated it to latest version. . Currently, anytime I open the app it closes. I would be very grateful if my review is taken into consideration. Thank you

Firstly, it sometimes takes about 2 or 3 attempts before you can log in. Secondly, the app keeps closing by itself. I just updated the app now and I'm unable to launch it. Each time I try to open the app, it closes by itself. (Although this is unusual). N.B: The usual challenge I face with this app, is the login problem. It will be best if the developers can see to these challenges. Thanks.

Very disappointing app. Can't function even on a high-speed network, always giving unnecessary excuses and lagging behind. Despite the fact that it gives an additional 50% bonus on every data purchased, it feels annoying when it can not deliver what's expected. I downloaded it twice and uninstalled it twice. Apparently,the app developers are doing nothing to fix the issues. I don't need it anymore.

I am so disappointed right now. I had such good just-4-U offers to the point that I spent almost 200 cedis every month on bundles. Then just yesterday, this app began crashing. No matter how many times I tried to open it, it kept misbehaving so I decided to uninstall and reinstall. Right after doing that, I went to the just-4-U section only to realize that the offers had completely changed. The current offers are so bad. All because the app crashed. I guess I'm doing back to Telecel.

This app, which was already horrible on launch, has steadily gotten buggier, sluggish and increasingly more frustrating. Using this app is legitimately a form of torture. The most basic interactions crash the app, and that is if you can even log in to begin with as you will most likely be stuck on the splash screen. The UX/UI makes no sense. Menu items and functionality are placed with no hierarchy. If you have ever used MTN Ghana's website, you already know what you're in for. Good luck.
