Just updated, thanks for the dark mode, I was waiting for it for a long time 🥲, still I have a complaint. It seems that it's not compatible with the system dark mode, and you have to manually toggle it on 😐 appreciate you guys hard work but please add an automatic option for it, thanks 👍😀

Firstly MCI offers the worst mobile data service in Iran, so opt away from it if you can. Secondly the application is a mess and constantly requires updates for bugs. Finally, the customer support is also not up to standard.

With all the updates and new releases it still has lots of bugs. New features such as internet usage control doesn't work properly and you can't use them. Hope they release a new proper update for it!

It was a good app, overally, but it has become very slow in the recent updats. They have disabled the point system. It also lacks certain features that are only available as USSD, like removing a reserved internet package.

Full of bugs, it doesn't sometimes open and warns of the connected vpn though the vpn is not connected, or many times when you want to buy Internet packages, sms or call packages it shows error warns!

It doesn't show my active data package on the main menu, I don't know if there is a bug or something fishy is going on by mci. At first I thought I didn't have any active package but when I bought a new one It got reserved yet still no active package been shown. You are the worst, terrible and disgusting.

Today's my 1st day using this app and it just keeps annoying me! First i was told to update the app after the update when i signed up and logged in it said that there were connection problems!! Then i uninstalled and reinstalled it now it won't let me log in saying the password is incorrect!!! Tried to reset the password annnnd i get no txt msg!!! I guess i was wrong choosing Hamrah Aval...

To those lucky pple who still have not updated it to its latest version: Don't do it! half of its utilities stop working after installing its latest version. Total exibition of failure in developing and updating an app. I wish I could rate it less than one star

Hi I am unable to use mci app outside iran I am on international roaming in Pakistan, also tell me how to change app language into English? Kindly fix it

This app is the only and easiest way to manage your sim card services but there are a lot of bugs, mistakes and totally is like a trash that u have to install it. The services are not update, the accessibility is awful and most of the time u face with "no connection" messages. Darn it.

A worthless app, no usage, and doesn't work at all. It's almost week that the app doesn't respond and have no connection to server. Not nlonly I can't monitor my data usage, but also I have difficulty to use my SIM card's features. Cut the story short, this app sucks.......😠😠😠. Damn all developers.

I'm very disappointed of this new update. Actually it's far from good. Hoplessly I've uninstalled it to install the oldest version but it wasn't work at all. There's list of errors and app's shortages: 1. It can't be opened and send me error of being connected to vpn or internet disconnection while I have none of them! 2. I've used to manage my internet package by the percentage presented in the app, which is deleted in the new version and I hardly can realize how much internet remained 3. ...

I've updated to the latest version and it's just terrible. First I had an issue buying data packages, and instead of returning the money to my bank acpunt, they transfered it to my wallet in the app itself, and when I tried to buy the data package from my wallet, it gave me an error that the service provider credit isn't enough. after a couple of ours and many other Unsuccessful trials, finally I was able to buy a package data. Also they have eleminated some of the features in new version

To download and update, you have to come to Google Player, which filters itself, we enter with a filter breaker, and then download and install, it doesn't run, why? Because it is not Iran's IP filter breaker. You disable the filter breaker again, then it will run. It means that we live in the forest and in the middle of a series......😤☠️😡🤮😶‍🌫️🥶
