Once again I updated the app, and now when I watch the ads for the rewards, when it finishes, the app closes itself and I DO NOT GET MY REWARDS! There for, what a waste of time!! And having to reopen the app and wait for it to load again, makes me not want to keep the app. Really don't know how many I have watched and not gotten my rewards. A lot!! I would really appreciate my rewards be given to me. I really like these games and dont want to have to DELETE this app.

Komani was very instrumental in fixing my issues. I appreciate it. Love playing these games! 3 times i have lost 260-340 free spins in the yellow zone during retriggering in free spin play. I have never been refunded. This is an issue that needs to be addressed. All they tell you to do is hit the balance of fortune button, but it was way to late for that. I hate getting cheated, especially when you purchase coins.

Overall, I rate 3.5 due to one simple thing: the amount of popups. With the time it takes to load, and needing to scroll through a bunch of slots, I don't like needing to tap at multiple Xs to close coin purchase ads -every time- I leave a slot. When RNG is bad, I'm spending more time getting attacked by ads than actually enjoying the game. Otherwise, fun graphics, lots of slots, but a comparatively low chance of return compared to other games.

Update; Wins do not come cheap, the progress of daily tasks will be reset to 0 even if you will. No wins on free spins. It's just not fun anymore. Fun, real life rewards. Yes I have used them many times. Been playing for 6 years. The only things is, it's changed over time. The in game rewards have dwelled over the years. But if you like going to Vegas, Keep on playing.

I like the game, I've been playing it for a few years now. It has progressively gotten worse. I think the algorithm needs to be revised. Doesn't matter what game I play all are spinning with extremely low winnings regardless of the high betting. 8 of 10 spins return little to no winning chips and it depletes my $ more than letting me win. It's no longer fun nor entertaining, it's more frustrating than anything else.

This started out great! Now (maybe since an update or something?) my bonus tickets are going in REVERSE even though I haven't used them! I've tried rebooting the app, uninstalling and reinstalling, per the troubleshooting tips. Nothing works. Now that I'm trying to reach out to "customer service" with screenshots of my bonus ticket balance going in reverse, the app keeps crashing. I signed up for the rewards to cash in on my next Vegas trip, but even those are lame/always sold out. Don't bother!

Love the games. If the programmers could fix all the challenges to let your spin, free spins, bonus etc finish before it switches to tell you that you completed the challenge. When you select to continue on, wherever you touched affects the game you were playing. Just played Guardians of the Aztec, challenge was to get the pyramid pick, got the last pyramid, it immediately changed to the challenge screen, clicked to go on and it had picked something. Won't play challenges anymore.

I like the rewards benefits. I utilized them for the first time in Vegas. I don't like how every time you change from one game to another, you always have to go through the coin stores. Takes up too much time. Also doesn't download quickly like my other slot games app. Always waiting for it to reconnect. Now it's freezing and then it kicks you out. I have to keep deleting app then installing it again. Been playing for years. Never had this problem. Disgusted. Please fix the problem

Been playing this app for over 2 years and the click bait adds you have to get through just to play is the worst. I don't wanna purchase 18 different things. Also your support sucks still waiting on getting my 320 million chips I won on free spins to show up. Made a support ticket shouldn't have to take almost a week to push a button so I get my credits I actually earned and won given to my account. Still waiting on that to happen. Also your payout rewards return has declined really bad .

Dysfunctional. Downgrading from 2-stars to 1-star. Unable to fully load all of the solicitations and therefore unable to navigate the menu or games. Even when it works (not in several days) it forces you to watch numerous solicitations for microtransactions (in game purchases) but I don't know that I've actually even gotten to play the game for months in spite of logging in daily.

Too many sales attempts distract from playing. Still too many sales attempts before you can play the slot games!! After 5 or 6 sales notices l finally get to the game l want to play and their system signs me off!! I agree with Justin Tam review. Two years later and nothing has changed. It's worse because when you want to play a different game. You have to wade through 5 more sales attempts before you can select the next game to play.

I loved the game. Yes,the ads are annoying but I enjoyed the game up until last update. Having to spin 500 times and win 400 times takes hours (unless you put it on auto-spin - but what is the fun in that?). I deleted the game and went onto others. I just want to spin and, when pressed, occasionally refresh my chips via purchase. I don't want have to do this several times a week. That is just crazy. Bye Konami.

This used to be my favorite game. They have made too many changes, and now it's horrible! The free play is minimal compared to the minimum bets on the games. I might get 30 seconds to a minute of play time before either making a purchase or closing the game. The daily challenges are now impossible without making one or more purchases. Now, it just is not worth my time. It's far more frustrating than fun!

WAY TOO MANY in app adds. RIDICULOUSLY ANNOYING!!!!! Gotta click out of these ads every time I open the app. One ad is one thing but when you gotta wait for 6 or 7 to do anything each time you open the app I don't wanna play it at all anymore. Takes way too much time just to get into a game before clicking out and waiting for all the ads to load. UNNECESSARY and just super frustrating!!!

Reward redemptions now require you to spend more money (read fine print) and cruises are one way tickets because they are discounted cruise itineraries that you're better off purchasing on your own. Sweepstakes are not worth entering as you will end up paying more in taxes and fees (read fine print). If rewards and sweepstakes were actually worth it, people might spend money playing games.

Now I have no sound when I try to play. At log in the sound plays then goes away after 30 seconds. I've uninstalled & reinstalled & that didn't work I really love Konami games. However, the sheer amount of pop-ups while playing has gotten totally out of control. Every 5 spins, I get a pop-up. It's just ridiculous! I have a high ranking & still get pop-ups. Please give the player the option to set on or off these silly pop-ups, or I will just uninstall.

Honestly, Konami games are my absolute favorite to play when I'm at the casino, so the idea of them being free to play is wonderful. HOWEVER, the sheer amount of advertisements to buy something really knocks a couple of stars off. I declined about 10-15 offers when I first booted the game back up. It's just ridiculous. If there were an option to turn off all these offers on opening, you can bet I'd have it turned on. Edit: 01/11/24 Do not install. Cannot run for 30 seconds before crashing.
