Buses rarely show up according to the schedule and often times will be delayed or complete skip a cycle with no warning given by the app at all. ETA is usually inaccurate and you can almost never see the live location of buses despite how much they advertise the feature. The public transportation in this city is embarrassing to a degree which would be unacceptable in any other place and everyone involved should be ashamed of the terrible job they've done.

JTA as a company is terrible, the employees never want to actually help the riders of this bus system. I am constantly late to work because of how incredibly unreliable the buses are. I already lost a job because of this bus system and I mite lose another, if there was any other options besides JTA, I wouldn't use the buses at all. This app is basically as unreliable as the buses in this city, it doesn't always work the way its supposed to, overall JTA and this app are terrible.

App is terrible. I tried to activate it to by a pass on my replacement phone and it locked me out of my account...wouldn't be so bad if customer service was open on sunday. Also, the app seems to lock to one phone number. Lose that and you're apparently completely out of luck. This app and JTA service needs major improvements.

I dont know if its easy to use because it crashes every time i try to use it. Absolutely terrible!! And i was happy BECAUSE it allows you to just put where you are and where you are going but the website wants you to choose which way direction your headed in. If I had all the answers I wouldn't need to plan the trip!!

One thing that can be said for JTA: they are consistent. Consistently WRONG. The arrival/departure times vary by an average of eight minutes from the ACTUAL arrival/departure times. Do yourself a favor and use the texting feature using the bus stop number. Also, if you don't have a mask, don't worry. The buses are WAY overcrowded at times, there's no POSSIBLE way to social distance, and if you're a pair of snot-covered junkies with a 200 lbs Pitt Bill, and no cash, no problem.

The JTA app sucks as much as it's bus service. You will prepay for a service that will regularly leave you stranded with no just compensation for the money they've taken. That is theft. The 10B South Beach bus did not show up at 4:38pm as scheduled with "no" service alert. More theft from a prepaid customer with no accountability. This is too much to pay each month for unreliability and unprofessionalism. Moreover, the Moovit app is about nothing but running scam ads...

1/15/24 JTA website still says you can order Reddiride through this app. However, there is STILL no option to do so after the last update? 2/14/24 Uninstalled, then reinstalled. Now the options to order Uber or Lyft are gone as well. Sent messages via JTA website about this, no response. Shame. Have ridden JTA for 30 years, and the lack of response is not what I've come to expect over the years.

I have to say that the app is good , but the problem appears to be JTA. There is a 14 route and a 14B route. The app makes no distinction, and it's a major inconvenience since the stops are a mile from each other, at best and I'm not walking an additional mile after working all day and waiting for a bus for another hour. I blame JTA for not separating routes with entirely completely different stops. I don't have hours to waste at the end of my day.

I think they should have plug-ins I doubt for your phone on the bus to so you can charge your phone and get where you're going

The app works a lot better than it used to. It's still very wifi dependent. The WiFi on the busses is very hit or miss, often no signal.

The app is accurate for the most part. I use it constantly on a daily basis. I like how it gives me up to date route info that is done in realtime. I use it along with the map. I can't really think of anything negative or areas that I would like to see improvement. So, you could say that it works flawlessly.

Would give ZERO stars if I could. Bloated app which gives absolutely NO info for future dates, i.e. looking for info for a Monday bus route. Then, it tells you to look at the FAQs, and the web page isn't there. Just saw where they had updated the app, but WE can't find any updated app either with log out and log in, reinstalling and deleting or fresh install. We give up. JTA, your all is as unreliable as your buses.

Freezing and crashing. App constantly freezes and crashes making it virtually unusable. When I asked at customer service if they could just print me a card for the reminder of my 31 day pass they said no. I never had these issues using LA's mass transit system. This is one of the worst transit experiences I have ever had . Make a reliable or app or offer options so that people can actually use your services reliable and your notoriously low ridership rates may go up.

Buses will sometimes be 40+ minutes behind or skipped over entirely with no explanation. There should be a notification for system for route goers declaring or alerting patrons as to why a bus was cancelled or late. Kiosks will also be broken at a location for weeks on end with customer service that doesn't care. This is extremely inefficient and a huge waste of time when you're stranded in 95+ degrees with no public restroom, water stations, or in the dark because the lights don't work.

I really enjoy the app because it's able to give me the bus I need according to my location the only thing I would change is of course something that Google can't handle and that is giving a fair plan where you can choose the days you want to use your passes. For instance if you buy 7 days you have to use those passes within those 7 days. But I think they should have a pass according to the funds available and as long as those funds are available it doesn't expire
