Worst connection issues by far in the last 2 days. 1. Wifi is like outage in ur area for like 20 hours. If you guys gonna gave such extended period of time it's better to give the customer a better view of rather than the sms with sorry and time with when it will be resolved. 2. 5g is free as mentioned in the app..But again not receiving the 5g signal ntg at all. Before I used to get. Now without wifi nor the improper on and off of internet connectivity issue after that 20 hrs is like annoying.

The apps does the job but it's very laggy and stutters a lot when scrolling through the main page. It works well with my nothing phone but lags a lot with my s24 plus. Needs to fix the fluidity of the app ASAP. Rest all good

Unable to raise a service request. It's showing a issue with network but after clicking fix now, it's just redirecting to steps to fix it by self. But here there is a problem with nearest pole uprooting. Trying from morning not able to find an option to raise a service request. Such an worst update from myjio Dev team.

This is such an annoying app. Why does it need to send me 3-4 notifications every day after I wake up? As soon as I pick up the phone within the next 1 hour, there are over 3 notifications with various dumb offers. I guess simply blocking the app would be the way to go.

Very very very bad experience. I had complain about low internet speed on live chat. They conducted a speed test, and the solution was "Please move a little bit from current location and then try accessing data services!!!!! Where should I move my home for better speed as it is in the middle of city???? On the moon ???? I never had such big problem. Please do something

Excellent. The next plan gets activated after existing plan is completed which is convenient. They have reduced the cost of data in India. Coverage is good overall not excellent but good enough. 5G is new and not reliable compared to 4G. They ask for feedback a lot which is a turnoff.

Excellent App. User friendly. JIO customers should have this. The all in one App. Easiest way of recharge. In one word...IT IS REALLY GREAT APP. One should have. It is almost not required to contact Jio for assistance in majority cases. The App itself provides a solution. Play &Win is awesome. We can run diagnostics and find the basic reason for any problem with Network, Voice call, STB, etc. and we can solve ourselves in majority, 99% cases. We need to contact Jiocare where we cannot solve.

Worst experience for booking jiofibre through the app. They ask me to pay 1000 rupees as a booking amount. I did, later on they again asked me to pay rest of amount. I again paid them. Then their service engineer is saying there is no port available. I requested them to cancellation and refund my money. Their associates stop picking my call. I have no idea what to do , how to get my money back because there is no bridge. Its been more than 8 days but they have neither connected me or refund.

Unable to connect to 5G. Talked on jiocare few times still the issue has not been resolved. The app keeps telling me to check network settings on phone even though the 5G network is enabled and my phone has sufficient 5G bands. When I open the app most of the times it does not work and show there's glitch or poor connectivity

The worst customer service, i registered for a service request as there was no network just a couple of days after the connection, it's been almost two weeks now and the service request was rescheduled on it's own and nobody showed up. Switching to a different connection and recommending all my contacts to do the same.

Very bad experience with Jio air fiber. Facing daily internet connectivity problem. Unable yo connect with VPN for office work. Run daigonises option is also not accurate. It always shows everything is working fine. Even if we are facing internet surfing issues. Their is no option to connect with some person to raise the issue. No option to raise the tickets for raised issue. Very bad

One of the standout features of the jio app is it's Hello tune and recharge facilities . with just a few taps, user can easily set personalized Hello tunes tu greet their callers, adding a touch of individuality to their phone calls . Additionally , the app provides a hassle -free way to recharge jio accounts,insuring uninterrupted connectivity at all times .

The app is not at all user friendly. It sends notifications for recharge even when I have paid for the subscription. Ideally it should detect and send notifications only when there is no upcoming subscription added by the user. I have added subscription and forgot about it and now made another subscription thinking I have not done it because of the constant notifications. Please check this with the team and fix it.

In recent months, I've noticed a trend: the speed of my internet connection seems to be inversely related to the duration of my data recharge. When I recharge for a longer duration, like a year, the speed drops compared to shorter durations, like a month. For example, on two different mobiles with different recharge packs—one month and one year—the average speed for the one-month pack is around 20 Mbps, while for the one-year pack, it's only 10 Mbps. I'm not sure why this is happening.

Facing Terrible Issues 1. Since the last few hours, the Air Fibre unit is not connecting to the set top box. 2. The internet seems to be working at full speed; only I can't log on to it because the Password has somehow changed and I'm unable to set it. 3. The Jio Fibre helpline rings for 30 minutes and then cuts off. Yet no one answers. And this, half a dozen times. 4. All communication has reduced to zero.

I'm writing this comment regarding Jio AirFiber and not the myjio app. I regret opting for Jio AirFiber. The speed is very much less comparing to what they claim. Sometimes it shows as "No Internet" and sometimes it doesn't load even a single web page. It keeps buffering. I've been facing this issue very frequently ever since I installed it. Though engineers tried troubleshooting, restarting the router, pushing some updates from backend but nothing was helpful. Worst experience!!!

Used the application to register for a fiber connection. They rescheduled the time of my appointment without informing me and didn't even show up for it. To register a complaint against this I have been trying to contact customer care representative, but all I get is automated responses with no resolve!!!!!!!!! If there was no time, why did they even provide the option for booking slot. And took the money right then without providing the services. Really bad experience

I am having a major problem with my jio app>fibre from yesterday. Till 30th may 2024, thursday, everything was fine. My problems 1. No option availabe to block the connected devices. 2. No option to unblock the blocked devices (blocked devices are not available) 3. Not able to rename the online connected devices, it says something went wrong, try again 4. Already paired devices are not available I have tried evey possible ways. I tried resetting the apps, updating apps and reinstalling app. Help

After so many attempts, cancellation, finally get my connection. It's good interms of speed, connectivity, availablity. But the "MyJio" app control for Airfiber router has no features. It just show how many devices were connected once upon a time (not even a real-time device connected) to the network. You can't block them! There's a option to change password. Bands are not separated. Moreover, the Router admin panel don't show any information, a cheap router show information more than that.

Worst app for fiber setting because it doesn't show how many devices are connected to wifi, if it shows by closing and opening the many time then it doesn't give option to block devices which are connected to wifi and then the loading time of the app what can i say about it..., and also the wifi it was working fine then suddenly after 3 month its speed is reduced and the connections start to fluctuate. Well it doesn't matter you never gonna fix it anyway wired fiber is best compare to air fiber
