I'm giving it 4 star because this app is user-friendly and it provides me with all the information regarding my Irancell account. My only issue with it ( hence the 4 stars) is the fact that I can't upgrade it to the latest version on Google Play, nor on Samsung Store. If you are reading this, and know how to upgrade MyIrancell app to the latest version, please advice. Gracias

You really made a garbage program, the design is garbage and misleading, the previous version worked very well, this version does not open.

Defentely it's the most frustrating app witch I've had. It doesn't work at all. I've been trying many times to connect and use it but it says turn off your vpn and persuades me to keep apdating by downloading it except app store .

Doesn't even work. Keeps telling me to turn off my VPN, doesn't connect, so on. I'm using 5G, 4G, 3G, NOTHING works, and my internet is perfect. The app simply shuts me out and lags me back when I press "open"

It's not a super application but HARDLY a basic application. There's nothing special or super in it. Not saying about bugs. Irancell itself is a big ads that send annoying sms to their customers.

In a nutshell: The ugliest UI ever, the worst performance ever, the worst user experience ever, and literally the worst App EVER!!! Just get someone who knows what they're doing to build an app for you from scratch already! Cause I'm sooooo frustrated with this one and If it was possible I wouldn't give this app even one star, no doubt.

Even a one star is more enough for this dumb, stupid, trashy "Super Application". It is filled with useless features that has nothing to do with a mobile networks operator company! The app itself, won't open in 90 percent of situations! Don't even let me start with your **ity services! You should be ashamed of yourself! I'm switching to MCI.

Doesn't work; keep showing "Turn off the VPN". Take it easy as we need this app for situations connected to a VPN or are not inside Iran. By the way, too many unncessary options there are in the app. I do not recommend it.

It calls itself a super application while in fact it just includes tiles in multiple categories which open external urls in webviews. While the ux improved (only in an aesthetic fashion) compared to the previous version, unfortunately it still terribly lags.

I liked the old design of Irancell or maybe I was used to it. I think if keep the original design but only the part of the new design that needs to be changed or modified to be updated as required. m/o i appreciate all the good , patient and responsive operators and experts answering customers round clocks. all these success couldn't be achieved if there was not skill,kind& proportional top manegers.

App installs correctly on my old Galaxy S4 device but requires double device storage compared to the old app with no option to move it to SD card in Android setting. Please enable MOVE TO SD CARD option for your new app. Thx. PS. I like your old app's icon. The new one gives me an eyestrain to look at its small text. The old one was just so much nicer.

It's a trashy app and extremely slow. I would give this stupid app zero stars if I could. The old app I used for my Irancell was faster, more useful, and perfect.

Im extremely disappointed with this new app. The old app worked seamlessly, but this new app is nothing short of a disaster. It's a complete letdown to see a once-reliable app descend into this unusable mess. Also, the functionality has been severely impaired.😵‍💫 I feel let down by this needless overhaul. When a new app is supposed to improve a product, it's disheartening to see it achieve the opposite. Please work towards restoring the app to its former functional state.😑😑
