purchased passes for skating and the apps been down since Sunday for me but the skating rink says it's been out longer. what is going on. we can't skate because your app is holding our passes.

Suddenly all of my passes/promos are missing from my account on the app, which is super annoying when you're at the business trying to pay. Randomly logs me out which is frustrating too.

Worked until it didn't. I paid the "new" fee for my kids skating membership but it didn't go to the app to update. Instead, the Play Store opened and I could not go back to get the code to put into the app. Chat on the app goes nowhere.

Is not showing promos or membership. I've updated & uninstalled/reinstalled the app. Still not working.

App Does not work anymore! I have used this app of years to redeem our kids skate free passes. This year kids skate "free" cost $5 which is fine but ever since I gave them $ the app has not worked. Support told me to "tell the business My name and email and they should let you in" That is an unacceptable suggestion. Do better, we paid you.

the app was great until the last update. it works on my Apple phone but not my Samsung. well now they charge 5 per membership and the app is even worse, it doesn't work on either phone for me and they are horrible about trying to fix the issue.

Total scam. Paid money and cant use it. Have tried about 20 times over three hours to get a confirmation email.

Contacted support to have them manually register my email. Still won't let me log in no matter what. Not a good app. Fix this issue please. Used the same email I registered and the same password. Still won't work says need to register my email.

Seems like scam. Took forever to actually get in because it kept timing out. It still times out 90% of the time. When you get in the promo isn't there. They say you can give your name and email and the place will be able to look it up. Well that's not true because the place said it's not there. Good thing I took a screenshot and had proof of buying it and showed where it came out of my account. The provide feedback and chat with support buttons don't work. Go figure.

The app simply doesn't work. I purchased a membership but it's not showing in the app. Customer service tried to help but nothing worked even though they see my membership on their end. I hope the place will be able to find me or I'll be getting a refund.

This app is terrible! Avoid it! It wants your location to activate your promotion, which is BS, but even if you do, it still can't find your location and will NOT activate them. Even tho, the app shows the promotion you registered IN THE APP. We tried it on my wife's phone, work phone, and my phone, will not work with any of our different phones, with GPS and locations turned on. We bought a local promotions to help a local business when all the covid19 lockdowns started. Not to give $200 to an app and service we could never redeem.

I had myhownd installed. One of my kids deleted it and so I tried to reinstall it and it says "not compatible with your device". That's odd because it was apparently compatible five minutes ago!?!?! So I called customer service and they basically said they had no ideas for me and that Kids Skate Free passes weren't printable so I was out of luck. Super helpful. (NOT)

A beautifully designed app with great local offers. the only issue I have is dealing with the login. I use a password manager so just typing a password is a pain. Not sure why I can't paste into the login fields, but if I could I'd bump the rating up. Until I can, I won't log in again after it randomly logged me out. Otherwise, the times I used it there so worked great, though I haven't snagged any of the deals yet.

I think is that defeats the purpose of getting people out to go places, you have to physically drive by the actual business, for the app is to see the discounts that are available, . It says you can subscribe to the merchant then receive the stupid annoying emails, and it doesn't even update the businesses discount options. I know I've subscribed to certain companies and it says if you're not sure you are subscribed, try to contact email them personally.

It randomly logs you out and doesn't always pull up your passes immediately which causes you to hold up the line or spend time trying to find your entry pass. I also just learned that they are starting to CHARGE A FEE and although it's affordable WHY charge for something inconsistent that doesn't always work and there is no customer service help. What are we paying for exactly?

This app is horrible. It has never worked dince the day i installed it months ago. I installed it for the Kids Skate Free program then they started charging for accessing the app so it's no longer "free". When they started charging, they deactivated my account so i need to reinstall it, but it wont let me because it says i already have one! Beyond frustrated and there is noone to help with it. This app is definatly a bait and swith at best and a scam/fraud at worst.

I gave 2 starts because it used to work great.. until it didn't. I went into "my wallet" and noticed ALL of the promos that I had bought (over $500) were gone. I contacted support and was told I was pretty much ssa out; there was nothing they could do. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, and changed my password. Nothing has brought my promos back. So, money down the drain. I WILL NOT be using this app anymore and will tell my friends to delete it as well.
