I use this sim as there is no better connection/coverage on this country. But this company is a living example of the most cruel company. Their call rate is immensely high. Every service of this company is a scam and overpriced. People don't have any options, that's why we use it.

Nothing to say but feel awkward, I am not being able to use it now, I don't know what's happened with this app. I can't see my mb, minutes, I have updated, but I can't sign again. Just giving me trouble 😭. That's why, feeling unhappy 😔

I can't use internet though I have enough data. I can only use Google search and use playstore with that data pack. This is pathetic. If you can't provide internet for everything, then stop selling internet packages. Don't waste our money. 31/07/2024

Cheater's . The price of internet pack is too high . There's not any country where people have to pay that much money for sim internet , even in other country the internet speed is too high .

User history should be fixed in My GP app. Missed call doesn't show, Received call shows after two days. The problem of missed calls and received calls should be fixed.

I have been using the My GP app for a long time. Very good service. But I think I need to tell them one thing, that is that sometimes many people have not enough recharge and internet balance.Even in that situation so that the app is usable with comfortable. Customers can easily buy any package without internet and balance hassles! Thanks to MyGP app. In the future they will continue to improve their services!

I will say this app is one of the best. I have found it very helpful for my daily business and communicational purposes. I can do all relevant and necessary mobile SIM cards and services issues with this one.

Totally third class app. Too much error problem. I can't buy internet cz these are too expensive. Stop being too greedy. Make your offer a little bit cheap. & Network speed is not that good. Also If u don't have any data u can't use this app.

The network complaint feature doesn’t work. The network quality in my area has consistently been poor for years. Despite reaching out to customer support multiple times, there has been no improvement. Besides, the app is filled with advertisements plus other nuisance. Additionally, the services are prohibitively expensive. If my phone number weren’t known to so many people, I would have switched providers a long time ago.

signing in don't work most of the time, when you need this app the most, it failed to login, eventually you can't use any of the features and ultimately it crashes the whole day. In 2024,this app is a shame 😐

Everything is alright. But one thing really needed to be add like email login or parental mode... so that I can monitor at in my daughters calls and sms history , data usages recharge etc. Robi already availed email log in and could monitor some of daughters calls and sms history easily.. as a parents its a very concerning need. So appealing you to add email log in or parental mode in the app

It's a good app for checking and interacting with SIM carrier features but it can be even more bug free and lighter on the device. There's always room for improvement :)

Sometimes this app automatically logout (especially after long time unused) and then I try to login but face login problem. I input my number and when I input correct otp, they say "invalid otp"... And, if I try it so many time, they temporary block my number and say, "invalid number".

First things I would like to see when I open the application are the basic details like balance, remaining minutes and internet etc. But its watch this teleflim or this movie, subscribe this or that. It has become an advert billboard at this point. Truly disappointing. Also please do add a dark mode option already.

In all the offices I had sat in, this was the most uninspiring one I had ever experienced. There was no character that suggested that this was a place where great things might happen given the right sequence of events. This was a place that was designed to remove hope and any uniqueness that the occupant may have, the harsh strip lighting gave the austere walls an oppressive quality. This is the office of a mental health worker that I am supposed to seek help from.

Hi GP I don't know what is the problem. Because I buy a minute offer and I accidently press auto renewal but I want to stop it. So I sms you but nothing happend. Then I use your app and when I am pressing turn off auto renewal it doesn't trun off and I got a sms from you and say"??????" This type of marks. But I don't know why I can't stop my auto renew in 2 diffrent ways? Please fix this issue. Thank you GP user

Worst in both remote and city areas.Hardly provide more than 1.5mbps in city areas and less than 1mbps in remote areas. When your internet pack is almost finished (90%), the speed is being decreased.The government introduced a carry forward system. In case you're reaching the deadline of your data pack,if you buy it again within the time, you will have the left amount of data+newly bought one. But what they have done is that, in the app they don't offer the same package. A blood sucking company!

Great app for quick recharges! I've been using this app for a while now, and it's super convenient. The interface is user-friendly, and transactions are smooth. The variety of payment options is impressive, and customer support is responsive. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because sometimes the recharge status updates a bit slowly. Overall, it is highly recommended.

You should remember that this is a self-service app for Grameenphone users to recharge, check their balance, buy internet package, and things like that. I don't think people come here to read sports news or get live score updates. You somehow forcefully push me to see live scores even if I turned off this from settings. I have to manually close that every time I open the app. I am really fed up with it. Also, the "Configure Home Widgets" option is useless.
