Don't buy anything from this app if you're able to. The payment gateway fails all the time and your promo code is applied already if you used any so you can't use the same if you're planning to place another fresh order. Support team is terrible.

Several times I have placed the order and I get it. This time Also I placed an order but they courier partner named delhivery marking the order out fr delivery and asking for address and after giving that also they are not delivering the order. Today also some1 called me and did the same and refused to deliver the order as he is busy he will be late and I told him that after 5 I will not be available as I have work. As per the support team of myglamm they will deliver it as per their time.

It's the worst app firstly they don't deliver the product. My product was cancelled by delivery agent itself stating I refused where as no one contacted me and even after that I tried reaching them no help and even not returned my refund

Worst app ever after placing my order and payment they will not send u product and just saying ur parcel is coming tommorow but your parcel never going to receive they modern theft and also worst customer service also u never going to continue to them so how u going resolve your problem

Products offer price is amazing but delivery charge is very high price. Will you please low the delivery charge, the app is amazing. Becoz of the delivery charge it is a worst app. product price + 198rs (delivery charge) we want to pay on every product

The product range and quality are outstanding, however there are serious problems with the app—it needs to be reinstalled every time it wants to open. I've had nothing but positive experiences with this online purchasing app in spite of this. It provides excellent products, fantastic discounts, quick delivery (sometimes delayed), and a simple login process. After using so many beauty apps ..this is the worst one ... last time I ordered I got broken product but I didn't complaint ..this time again happened... I did complain but they are not refunding my money instead giving coupons... like what am I gonna do with your coupon if I am not gonna use your crappie app

This app is fraud. It has 3 class services. I had made online payment for them but my order has not been delivered yet. Call customer care, email or complain to anyone but they do not give a genuine answer Plz don't waste your money this kind of app and scam The services of local apps are better than these apps These people deliver one product in installments. You will get delivery of one product in installments and in the end you will not get delivery of the last product Do not waste your money

DO NOT USE THIS APP AND ORDER ITS A FAKE APP. I ordered using their website and the same is not showing on app. They are putting false advertisement and once the payment is done there's no reponse from app. Worst customer service ever. If I had an option I would give rating in minus.

Pathetic app. I placed order which was supposed to get delivered on 21 August 2024 then date got changed to 23 Aug and I have not received my order yet since 19th August the tracking status is same. And I am trying to get in touch with support but they have pathetic customer support and you can neber talk to any agent because it always shows that agents are busy. It's been 24 hours and I can't get to any agent. Pathetic experience. Please don't order from here. This is a Fraud app.

Trust me guys the people saying the customer support is bad they mean it. They dont listen to you, its automated, and the email is actually closed they said the "employees arent able to read it right now" I got send a repeated order wasting double the amount of money. SCAM, they sent me a link saying my order was failed but how the parcel can come to the door if it failed? Once you click that link it places another order immediately and boom. Double money wasted.

Most useless app ever.. Didn't have any customer care number and customer support .. I make an order my payment was debited but i was unable to track my order.. My glamm team didn't have any time to solve his/her customers problem.. I want to request from everyone please dont shop any of single item from this fake app. They don't listen to their customers problem.

Very bad experience with this app!!! There is no option for review..... cancelling ta order is not also possible once it's shipped...... the delivery is too much delayed.....the expected day has already passed but the order has not reached yet..... worst experience ever!!!......the expected day has already passed.....but I haven't recieved my order still now..... what's the type of customer survice.....the worst one for sure!!!!!!!

Very bad service I ordered 3 items but only 1 was delivered. I asked for customer support several times but no response came. My 2 combo products are missing from 1 month and have not came yet. Not satisfied with the purchase.Very poor experience shopping with myglamm.😡😡 I also sent a mail but there was no response all the working is from AI.

Don't purchase products from my glamm. I had purchased foundation,highlights, and lipstick, but my lipstick was missing.I contacted them again, and again, at the end, they said that the weight of the product is accurate. So you will not get anything.. And this company doesn't have their call support. What about the money that I was spending on your product. And the worst thing is that these things happened with me 3rd time.

Straight up a horrible app. I wouldn't recommend to download this. I ordered three products which showed that it will come in two different shipments, the second shipment had the products missing which i ordered and hence when i tried contacting their customer support, it wasn't helpful, not at all. Bots reply is all you will recieve from them. Some products which i recieved were even damaged and their customer support didn't do anything. My money is stuck and I haven't got my product till date.
