Would recommend other apps as it's causing a hassle to recharge my electricity card. When ever I scan w nfc it takes me back to login page it's a loop

Don't waste your time installing this app. Worst most useless app ever! Every time I try to make a transaction an error appears saying service is currently unavailable, while I'm sure I got all the steps right. I tried to reach customer support several times, but no change. Also, I couldn't even delete my account, contacted the support and as usual, no answers.

The application is very convenient and easy to use, but we hope for the addition of the service to recharge Mwasalat Masr cards and also the service to pay Uber dues, whether for passengers or drivers.

Was working fine until and during May 2024, then NFC stopped reading the same electricity card that was read and charged before😡 (the card is still read by other applications so it's not the card or the phone)

Getting error while signin I have to disconnect wifi and open mobile data to sign in !! Getting this error more than 2 month now!! Any updates regarding the issue ? Still cannot login

Don't waste your time on this app it's so sheet app 1st there is many errors in the application, 2nd if you make a transaction and the transaction failed the app will not open I try to open it for hours to make my transaction but all he did is downloading.

The application is very bad, and customer service does not solve any problems. The application is full of glitches and technical errors. Nobody understands anything, and the IT and programmers literally do not understand and cannot solve anything.

Worst app and service ever the service is full of glitches and errors they will withdraw your money from your yellow card and they will tell you to give full details without flexibility customer service is very rude and bot helpful at all They will not answer the phone , the whatsapp or even the email and they will put you in a waiting list then none will help you Don't use this app or extract yellowcard it's a failed idea and full of errors You can't even make a complaint against someone....

Can't add any cards and their customer service tried one thing, when it failed they asked me to call them next month to try a different thing. App is obviously useless and I can't trust that their cs would help if anything goes wrong.

What's the point of an app if you're already can't find all available services... This app should be a complete replacement to fawry pos machines and that i can use it instead of going to any fawry provider... yet there are only a selected few services available on app and when i try to search with a service code it says "sorry we couldn't find any results" and it forces me to go to a merchant with a POS Machine

Very bad application , very bad customer service , dont recommened any person to deal with it I contact them twice time and the answer was the same for me: upate from the app. , i did this but same problem , lastly they told me we will try to solve and nothing done . Dont lose your time with this app. Try another one .

Worst application ever,can't log out and log in to another account, the other thing that the payment doesn't go through and error comes out (No due bills) and the bill is there ! I tried to pay for it from another account but I had to delete my registered card on the main account, waste of time and energy !

I can't add my bills to favorite , it's Gave me unclear error so I have to enter bill data each time to pay or inquiry , and after refer back to chat support they Useless, add app not responding and customer service to reach

Problem: partial refund for failed transactions(which in my book amounts to stealing). No customer support is reachable. The issue of the transaction reported to no avail, even after that review on Google. Summary: Untrustworthy service running a problematic app. Don't waste your money or time with them. Update: app is up to date and the problems happened across multiple updates except the customer support out of reach thing.

Error adding my credit card information! Very disappointing! I can't add my new credit card information after the old card has expired. I have deleted the old credit card information and I have been trying to add the new with no success! Extremely annoying. It is an embarrassment. Such an important application doesn't have a real developer to fix the issue. Ridiculous!!!!
