Worst service. If any issue with the consignment delivery no one will look into it. A bunch of irresponsible idiots are there in customer support. From one month I was promised that my issue will be resolved within 24 hours every day. Never experienced such a reckless behaviour from all of the customer support team. Worst ever courier company. Even after 3 months the parcel is not delivered and no one respond to complaint. I wonder how this company is existing.

they have worst service I booked a parcel and there was inconsistency in there tracking system .called DTDC customer support 4 time to inform them about inconsistency about my parcel but it does not reached on time . No proper resolution , worst service I have seen someone should replace there service. worst parcel company

"Extremely disappointed with DDTc Services! I was promised delivery within 3-5 business days, but it's been over a week and I still haven't received my order! Terrible services, customer care horrible experience, not deliver on time, still waiting for my shipment, and they just making time pass, even not providing any contact for delivery, it is a car part for my car and i was waiting for this, but they not understand this, please do not use DTDC services

I had a terrible experience with DTDC’s service. My parcel was marked for Return to Origin (RTO) without any prior confirmation from me. This was entirely DTDC’s mistake, yet despite multiple attempts to contact customer support, they ignored my request to stop the RTO. The customer service is completely unresponsive.If you value reliable service and proper communication, avoid using DTDC. I am extremely disappointed and won’t be using their service again!

So far my experience of pick-up and drop using the app has been seamless. One thing I find missing is that there is no way to get invoices for payments made. Even writing to their customer care does not help in getting the invoices after packages are delivered. I hope the company addresses this issue in the app.

worst experience with dtdc ship assure and customer service. i booked a parcel which they failed to pickup on the given date, blamed it on the sender who stayed at the sending facility even after working hours. despite all this they refuse to own their mistake and provide a refund. i was held liable as the contents in the parcel are to be presented, and time sensitive. sent more than 5 mails, had to follow up even though i paid 1669 rupees for them to do a two day delivery. PLEASE DONT USE DTDC

While the pickup booking on the app was fairly simple, the inefficiency of DTDC process has made the service unusable! I had booked a shipment for pickup 4 days back. They had only online payment option and I did that. No pick-up was arranged. The booked slot was well past and no service was provided. Customer care raised a ticket today and assured pickup today. But ticket is auto closed now. Horrible service and experience using this app. I ended up cancelling the pickup request.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Refuses to deliver to the given address and ask us to come to a particular location to receive it. Why accept the parcel and payment, If you don't have access to that respective address. Making us pay and Making us travel. It's just sitting in their office for 2 days. No one attends the call.

Worst Courier Service Ever! DTDC is completely unreliable. My parcel was marked as delivered, but I never received it! The delivery agent ignored my calls, and customer support is useless—no response, no resolution. This has happened twice now! Avoid DTDC at all costs if you don’t want your packages to disappear!

One of the worst delivery service I have ever seen. Delay in delivery and not real time update in website and app. If we call the customer service they will not provide exact details about the parcel. Still my shipment is not delivered. And I don't know where it is and it's condition.

Booked a express service for one day delivery, however the tracking status says out for delivery since 2 days and not sure when it will get delivered even after 3 days, paid a premium price and getting late delivery, better to opt for other service like porter, do not recommend DTDC! Update: The order delayed by again 3 days, they took money for one day service and delivery ETA is not known, this is pure cheating by DTDC, we should put this in Social Media

I booked the premium service costing of Rs. 300/- for fast delivery and they assure me that they will deliver within 3 working days but the consignment has delivered in 10 days. Even the Speed Post is very fast than this. I am very disappointed with this service that I would never suggest to anyone for using this service rather to choose speed post.

Terrible Service – Highly Unreliable! I had an extremely disappointing experience with DTDC. My package was delayed far beyond the expected delivery date, and there was absolutely no proper tracking update. I'm extremely disappointed with DTDC Courier Services. My shipment (AWB No. P84836570) was returned to the origin with a fake comment stating "incomplete address". Despite providing the correct address, they failed to deliver. The customer care was unhelpful and unprofessional. They failed to resolve the issue and disconnected the call abruptly. Extremely disappointed with DTDC’s service. I was promised next-day delivery if I paid extra, but even after three days, my order hasn’t arrived. The regular delivery fee is lower, yet I was charged more for a service they failed to fulfill. Poor communication and lack of accountability. I do not recommend this service and expect a refund for the extra amount I paid.

the App is too slow and doesn't open at all. Edit: The app was newly installed and tried to open which never went further than the DTDC logo. Cleared the cache, switched off and started the phone, deleted the app and reinstalled it, have tried all the ways to open the app, at its status is the same. Tried installing other apps, it worked very smoothly. The problem is with the app not the phone.

The app is decent to book shipments. However, we cannot track a shipment in the app once we book a shipment. The message we are shown always: "Unable to fetch tracking data currently". Also, there's no way to provide feedback in the app. Customer service via phone is practically non-existent... despite waiting 15 minutes on the phone, couldn't talk with anyone.
