Variety of program we enjoy. The only problem is how to cast out on the TV the program I want to view when I am far from home. There is no clear guidance.

The app has gone BACKWARDS in the latest version. When you select "My Products" you can't see what they are until you click on "Manage" for each one. The list seems to move around and you can't remove old devices, so it is hit and miss to find the device you are looking for and very frustrating! Please change it back!

Big Problem when you are Logged out,To log in again it's a problem until you reached all OPT it's almost a Month now can't log in telling me same thing to log in.

The worst service ever. Took day of for installation & was waiting when they phoned & said they cant. Tried for 3 hours to contact DSTV for new installer & was told to phone installer myself. Did so twice but because they didnt get booking from DSTV they cant help because they dont have hardware & ticket. Tried to speak to supervisor, not available, tried to speak to sales person cant be transferred, airtime run out because they cant phone back. Even though I am client I have to do their job.

this app really frustrating me it say there is rewards and yet when u try and click is fricken just don't work I have been loyal premier member for over 25 years and have never won jack but only a remote to celebrate my 25 years about 2 years ago...and everything just stucks I think it is time to leave like everyone else is and just download what I want to watch perthetic in my view. I even tried to chat only with a Tumi and no response 😐

Terrible. Incredibly user unfriendly. And inaccurate. Does nothing of what it boasts in the description. Obviously designed by one of our new passrate graduates. Despicable. Some apps should automatically be stricken from every downloadable platform. And minimally should never even be allowed 1 star.

Why is it so hard to claim your rewards? You get a message that u claimed, even though you did, nothing shows up no mail no message nothing, only a meaningless message in the app, ya'll need a new app, or new staff to manage the app, it sucks. If I could, I'd give a zero rating. Seriously this app sucks

It makes life easy to do all in one, but after updating my dstv app, it's crashing. When I click manage, it closes up.

Do not subscribe to the premium plan in order to get showmax" for free" I was convinced to do so 2 years ago and been given prompts to add it to my dstv bill,still following the prompts today and none of them work

I am on the compact package! not impressed! the movies have gotten so bad! the repeats are also just as bad! when are u guy going to get new movies?? just in this past 2 weeks there were so many old as in old movies! but our money is not old!!!!

The App is good and straightforward. I give 1 star because my March data allocation has not yet reflected, and as tiring as it is to always listen to empty promises, no one is doing anything about it. Very upset.

I can not seem to change my login email address. When i click on the body image, the top right corner by "manage" it closes the app and says there is a bug and needs to be fixed by the developers.

It doesn't open at all.. im paying for netflix through dstv but netflix wants me to pay again.. I had the same issue with showmax didn't have it but paid it for months through my DStv.... Call centre is useless. Even though speaking and spending over 45 min on a call with them.. promise me everything is sorted and fine now... TWICE.... guess what nooooooooo still not.. I can't even get in.. just saying something new has arrived...... What. Whats new... I can't get in to... Get my statements
