The app is very glitchy and food entry if it's other food is not accurate. If you wanna log activity and water at a certain time you can not. It's a once a day dump. I paid for a 3 month subscription, it was fine for 2 weeks now most days I can't even get it to load. Nice idea but can use some updates.

I am very annoyed I just downloaded this app for $17 a month then find I have to pay for everything! From the workouts to meditation to blah blah blah, what is actually free? It seems similar to an amazing app I already have called Lose it which catalogs your meals by calories, carbs etc.. they even have groups to join for support for FREE, cheap if you purchase it.. if this app isn't better when I use it this month, it will be canceled!

The recipe choice in this app are lacking. The search returned 3 recipes with beef and zero for chicken salad. In fact, there aren't many meal choices at all. There's a way to add your own , I don't need this app to create and track my own recipes and meal plans. Meal planning and tracking is easier in other apps. I purchased this app in hopes that the work of finding a variety of healthy meals to control blood sugar would be easier than doing it on my own.

I love this app, and I'm finding it extremely helpful in assisting me to not only lower my glucose levels but also to maintain these lower levels. I also love that I am shedding unwanted extra weight in the process. If I could suggest one small improvement, it would be to enlarge the database of foods. I love the ability to quickly scan my foods rather than type everything in, and I've found the number of foods that are recognized in the app database to be very limited. ❤️ this app!!

This app is helping me change my eating habits and get healthy! A few features I wish it had: Being able to put in a full meals recipe and pair down the nutrition stats to 1 serving after entering. Example: putting all the ingredients used to make a meal for a family of 4, then being able to split the total in 4. More options for allergens and dislikes. I'm allergic to black beans, but not all beans. And I can't stand avacado or tofu, but those aren't options. Being able to scan my plate.

Be very careful when you sign up. I reached out for a refund within HOURS of seeing 2 charges and was denied. You receive emails about other things, but not when your trial is over and I had NO IDEA how much money it cost. They charged $35 and $7 respectively. I didn't use this app because the recipes weren't my taste and it was hard to change them. Recipes were very limited too and had ingredients not readily available.

At first, I thought I would enjoy and benefit from using it, but the more I got into it, the less I found it use full. The setting to add water gave little control. I couldn't just enter in an amount but had to go with preselect quantities, nor did it seem to track timing in such a way that I could go back in later to add water at a specific time. Lastly, the food search is useless, I go to add Frence Toast and get a list that doesn't seem to include French toast anywhere in it.

BEWARE, once u add your card, it automatically submits for payment without you even submitting it yourself. They make it hard for anyone to get a refund as well. I didn't go through the GOOGLE PLAY STORE nether. I can't find my order number anywhere. I ll use this for 3 months and see how it goes since it's paid for.

I like this app, but one thing that bothers me is when you look up food to chart, it's hard to find the right food. For example, I wrote potato salad then every other type of potato was there, then it changed to tomato choices, then finally potato salad was further down. I do not like it when you choose your food choice it asks how many ounces. So, Im guessing. I would rather be able to say I have this many cups, teaspoons, tablespoons, etc. I want to subscribe to see if it gets better.

I downloaded app less then a week ago. started looking it over. Decided it wasn't for me. The recipes did not sound good. changing the serving amounts or putting g in own recipes was hard to figure out. Even adding my water I couldn't change the amounts. one thing I don't remember reading, you only have the first 24 hours to get a refund. I'm sorry, I am busy and don't have enough time to try out an app in 24 hours to know if it is going to work for me. update: they are giving me 50% back

my food is not registering. it's giving me a red bar that's giving me an error "oops looks like something went wrong". I can't add my meals to count my carbs. please fix it or I will have to go back to my fitness again. *3/26 update: I did contact them as soon as I posted this and haven't received a response. I uninstalled and reinstalled, turned off my phone and restarted, logged off and nothing. please help or I'll have to delete and go another route. Too bad, because I really liked your app..

BUYER BEWARE! Almost totally hidden "subscription" costs make you feel like they've tricked you into downloading a reasonably priced app with a one-time purchase price. Then they hit you with a surprise $76 charge with no option to authorize it. After a lot of emails, I got a whopping $10.50 refund. BOOO! The app was just okay, did not really work for my needs, and I hadn't even opened it in months. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

just getting started still finding my way around so I have a little trouble with that, but so far I like the principal of the program. It sure beats having to figure everything out. Everything is right here , with help and suggestions to help you get on track . My diet was out of hand, so the meal suggestions, and recipes and amounts are very important as I had no idea how to do this. This app is teaching me everything and there are many different diets to choose from. Well worth having.

This app is not useful, at all. I've already canceled, after just a week. I wasted $23. Every food item that I've scanned tells me it's not in their system. I have to manually enter all the nutrition info. And it doesn't always allow me to do that. Maybe I misunderstood, but I thought there was a community of people I could interact with. I think every app should offer a free 7-day trial. Not being able to get a refund is just wrong.

I attempted to cancel the subscription as I was not using the app. I successfully canceled the only subscription shown on my account and was surprised when a few days later I was charged $79. I immediately contacted support and was told that they could not refund a recurring charge. I replied again that this subscription did not show on my account and I should have canceled all subscriptions days prior. I then received an offer to refund 50% of my money. I hope this review helps others

This app is better than weight watchers. Once you join and register your information and goals, they set your daily calorie goals. You can schedule meals, pull recipes, grocery lists, swap meals on your schedule, speak with an AI customer service 24/7. You can track water and exercise intake too. You have access to resources such as ebooks, blogs and learning hubs. The only issues I have had with the app so far is trying to pull a recipe that I have either swapped or checked off as eaten.

The first week of use this app was somehow helpful. They don't have a lot of food on their list when you log in the meal. When I tried to log the grilled chicken they had two options the same amount of chicken but with different calorie counts. That part is confusing. Second, the app is really laggy. All my logins for the meal just disappearing all the time. everytime i have to login in to the app.

The app requires a subscription. I did the 7 day trial or $7. Afterwards was charged $43 for 1 month. When I went in to cancel, was offered 3years for $49. I asked for a refund and they didnt want to give it. Saying personal and seasonal discounts was the reason. They know this app isn't worth that much per month for expensive recipes that are mid at best. Not every one likes fish and odd grains like quinoa or chia seeds. And yes I explained that the app just wasnt for me. Better apps for free.

I thought that I had canceled this subscription and deleted this app during the trial period, as I stopped using it, and hadn't logged in to the app for several weeks and then I get charged $79.85 3 months later for a quarterly subscription plus $21 for it looks like a workout component. The only way to contact the developer is via email, which is unhelpful in terms of trying to get a refund.

WARNING: Subscription Doubles Cost! This app hides its subscription agreement in the fine print of its terms of service, making it easy to overlook. Of course they will deny this. They will claim you agreed to the charges, but the text is small and buried that many users may miss it. Be cautious before downloading—read everything carefully, or you might end up with unexpected charges! The first charge is not bad. The next one is double...almost $60 for 3 months. Otherwise a good app.
