I must preface this by saying that I am very grateful for DFC in financing me when others wouldn't due to my credit after coming out of a difficult situation, I have a car I love thanks to them. Unfortunately I cannot say such good things about the app. It stopped working a month after I started making payments to DFC. First, the app wouldn't even load, saying to "Contact the owner". Never seen that before. Now, the app just loads to a white screen when trying to access your account.

I can't log in to the app anymore. It requires email verification, so I have to switch to the email app to check the verification code and then when I go back to reopen the app to enter the code, the page to enter the code completely disappears. I would literally have to check my email on a different device to get your app to let me log in.

It's not letting me Register! I've tried numerous times! And the 'Get Help' link is useless. Yes, it gives phone numbers, but why can't the error message just include the phone number to call WHEN there are issues?! I'm so sick of companies changing their apps when they were working fine beforehand.

Since the last update my app does not work any more. Says that the app is unavailable and to contact the app owner for more details. But I do not see any way to contact them even on the play store. And now I can't pay my car bill. UPDATE: UNINSTALL AND REINSTALL NOW!!! GOT IT TO FINALLY WORK AFTER TALKING TO AN AGENT BY DOING THE PREVIOUS SENTENCE!

The app is absolutely horrible! Doesn't work properly. The finance company is just as bad! Only one form of payment accepted, customer service representatives are not helpful with any issues from the app/website. You're left on your own to figure out how to get their stuff to work just to make a payment. Absolutely terrible!

Uselessness app. It's highly impossible to enter a verification code into the app. This app freezes up before the code can be entered. The app only deserves a zero star if this option is available. There's nothing good about it. Don't bother to install it.

every time you want to log in they send you a code to your email but leaving the app to check your email glitches out the app and you can't enter the code. so you need a second device to check your email on or you can't access your account through the app.

This app has never worked. At first the company would not send the code to confirm I could use it. Now they're relaunching the app. So I tried downloading it again, and it simply will not load past the first screen. Useless!!! Though I did actually get a call with an apology about the app not working this time. Samsung Galaxy A54.

They made an update for the app, on April 2025, and now you will have to make a new account. So if u can't access, it is because of that.

This app is horrible to "log-in". It always says email or password is INCORRECT - when it's not. Fix this issue. Have to go to main website and login. This app doesn't work.

Not sure why they updated it. The old way was just fine and less complicated. I'm not even logged in because every time I do it, it says I need to wait for something yall need to do to confirm my account. I have been waiting ever since it's been upgraded. Now, I can't even log in. Not sure how you expect to have my money when I can't even log in. Oh, and why take off the ability to use your card? It was so much faster. Fix yourself. Thanks.

Horrible. Everytime you wanna use it. It sends a code to email. To go get code, it logs you off. Then the process starts over an over. Have to have two computers open for it to work. An this is after you put in user name an password. Plus it takes about a week to process a payment. I wish I did not have to use it

This app looks great at first. You register, and it tells you you are good to go..... then you have to get a temporary password from customer service. Then the "extra layer of security" where they send you an email.... Whelp. My account is so secure, EVEN I CANT GET INTO IT. Because every time I go to get the code and go back to the app, it kicks me out. I'm frankly disgusted. Don't even waste the time downloading this app, all it will get you is frustrated.

Non functional. Does not load beyond the spashscreen to select "login" or "create account". The website is barely any better. Customer service admits that this is a problem they've been dealing with across all systems. Seems like the most reliable (only) way to pay these people is to send a check through the mail. My mistake, I thought this was 2024, not 1994...

When you log in, a code is sent to your email to verify that it's you. When you go to your email to get the code and come back to this app to enter it, the screen is all white, and there's nothing you can do but start over. The only way to get the code would be to look at your email on another device without minimizing the app. Do they want my payment or not? Worst app ever.

Only one method of payment and its horrible! Entered my banking info, made a payment and it got rejected due to a glitch that changes payment from checking to savings. Called and was told they will send a ticket to IT. Been 2 days, no call back. I'm now stuck trying to figure out what else I can do. What a nightmare of an app and financing corp. (Update) they charged me a fee for them having a glitch IN THEIR system. Called to get it removed, it's been a month and nothing.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD. Terrible and useless app. You need a code after each login. Security code is sent via email, once you deviate from the app to check your email to acquire the code then going back to the app, the screen becomes blank white and doesn't allow you to input anything. I would suggest an alternative feature to add is to retrieve code via text. At least with messages, your texts appear on the screen or can be readable in your notification bar. As for now, you're better off with a PC.

When going into your account, you are sent a verification code to your email. Obviously you have to check that code and then enter that number into the box. The issue with this app is that when you leave the tab, the app automatically redirects to the home screen. You are not actually able to access the app because of that automatic redirection. The team who developed this app needs to take a look at this.

I swear this app is just in place to keep me from wanting to pay on my loan. Between having to log in every time I open the app just to get redirected to my email, which codes out the original session and forcing me to use my pc to log-on anyway, the guessing game of whether or not payments are actually going through; I'd just recommend using your computer through their browser, much simpler than this app that should be in place for convenience. I want to clarify, good company, bad app.

I can't even pay haha, the app is set up in such a way that the "submit payment" button sits right on top of my home screen/back/tab buttons (samsung galaxy s23). There is no way for me to pay without either kicking myself out of the app, or switching to auto-payment which isn't convenient or really possible for me. Optimize the app for all phones!
