Absolutely hate the service and the customer care. O/5. For 68 a month it's not a service worth getting. It's very inconsistent. I have to airplane mode to get it to work when it's lagging. And that's an improvement from turning my data on and off. Or even restarting my phone. So I guess that's an improvement. If you're lucky to get support about payment issues or service. GOOD LUCK. They do not care about their customers or trying to make anything right. Trying to post it made my phone freeze!!

Every aspect of cricket is useless. Ive been contacting "customer service" many times at least 6 times in 4 months, but I never have any of my issues fixed. I can't make or receive calls without them dropping, my text messages are hit or miss, sometimes they'll work but not reliable and the internet is 100% useless, as soon as I open a page it closes the app. I'm not going to waste my time and contact cricket through FB or Twitter, it's not something that could be fixed quick. Terrible service!

This app has never worked in my multiple years of service with this company. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, updating my phone's system software, clearing the cache data for the app, logging out and in, resetting my password, and resetting my phone. There's no point in contacting customer support because they say the issue is fixed when you have one and it never is. I even pay for the insurance, paid the deductible when I needed to use it, and ended up being sent a refurbished phone.

Works without issues on my ZTE phone. Changed plan easily. Credits as promised were applied without problems. This is a relief after my experience with Verizon. Thank you. UPDATE: after a year and a half, the phone service is reliable but customer service can be hard to access when needed and the app itself, while touting upgrade options, doesn't really allow you to do upgrades easily, if at all. I attempted to upgrade my plan and they mistakenly suspended my phone without any warning.

Worked fine on my Samsung Galaxy S8+ until May. Now half the time, I can't connect to the network. It's as if I've shut off Mobile Data. I can't use my phone from anywhere from 30 minutes to 4+ hours. I had a more consistent connection when I exceeded my data limit (which was 22GB by the way). I pay $60 a month and can't even use my phone half the time. Tried contacting support on 6/27/2019 and 5 minutes after I finished up with them, the same thing happened. Considering switching to AT&T.

According to the coverage map I should be able to get a pretty decent (LTE) signal in my area. This service is absolute trash. My mother uses Total wireless, (not even recommended for this area), she pays $30 a month unlimited phone 7GB data and she can get a phone and data signal during a power outage. I haven't been able to call or search. This is worse than dial up. My phone signal is so shotty my missed calls don't even show up. Its taken 2 hrs just to leave this review.

I feel like this app goes out of its way to make sure important information like my pin number is inaccessible. The menus themselves are slow and clunky, compared to most (if not all apps). Phone calls are regularly dropped on this service. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy unless they were trying to evade some phone calls. Update: Thanks for the response, but you guys need to get bent. Your app sucks and if your phone service app needs a tutorial, you didn't make it correctly. One star.

App update renders app unstable. I try to login and it keeps going back to the "accept agreement" screen. I shouldn't even be shown an "accept agreement" as I've been using the app for over a year. Occasionally allows me to log in, but crashes soon after. Does not work at all. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, that did nothing. The app used to work fine, now it's useless.

This app is horrible. I've been using it for a long time and it seems to be progressively worse. I've gone though all the issues with it from it deleting my account, to it only allowing my to log in when it wants, and the most common issue once it lets you in when you try to process a payment it says it's unavailable contact customer care (who can't process your payment btw). They just add a new gpay option don't use it. It takes longer to process and if it doesn't work will put a hold on your $

Ive been a customer for many years. Great service in the beginning. "Unlimited" was "Unlimited". Now, they charge you for items that should be under the " Unlimited" clause. They slow your service as you approach your payment date. I have 9 days till Im due for payment, and my account has been slow to the point of partial inactivity. This is not new, happens alot. Gonna look for a new carrier.

Cricket Wireless as a whole has been a reliable phone company. The app, however, always gives me issues every time I try to add data to my hotspot. Every. Time. Now when I click on Mobile Hotspot & More Data, it is a blank screen. There is no longer an option for me to do so on the app. Multiple transactions have not processed, or it will say there is a pending order (which never goes threw) and it won't let me make any changes. I am in a very rural area and I am depending on this data for work.

This app is able to be used to pay, but it has a SERIOUS downside that no good things could make up. It has a wifi "feature" that's an automatic manager that is on by default. IT HAS CAUSED ME SO MUCH TROUBLE. I was unable to connect to my OWN WIFI for a YEAR. Once I switched off this feature that I didn't know about until a few weeks ago, it finally worked. Not worth it if you don't mind paying online or by phone.

It doesn't work. Each time I try to use it, it either stops & closes, or it doesn't have the capability to edit (updating card for autopay), etc. and I end up having to call 611(customer service) where they try to charge you for customer service. This app is just to try to get you to buy more. Really thinking of taking one of the end of year deals at another company.

A bit hard to navigate but once you get to where u need. It works. It shows me what I want to see and who all is on the line. It sends me notifications on time the day before a payment needs to be made and it even gives the options of auto pay which is helpful. If you Don't do auto pay. It's a bit of a pain to pay cricket because their sight likes to shut down a lot and then you're usually late for payments. Auto is best if you can do it.

If I could I would give no stars! They say that they "fixed the bugs" but they didn't! I still can't see my data usage or the data usage of my other line! I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it does the same thing it did prior! It has its days where it will load and other where it won't at all. It never updates on data usage or shows you what you used.

Absolutely horrible. I always have sign in problems that result in having to uninstall and reinstall everytime. When it does work, it just sends you to the website anyways. This app is a waste of time. Just use their website. Edit to reply: I have done all that. Everytime I have to use the app. 9/10 times I end up calling because there is always something. Whether its the app or the website. The only problem with the website is the credit card billing doesnt go through sometimes.

I've got a simply data plan thats $55 for 100gb. I go to add some Xtra data and Under my plan it reads "No Description". There are no add on features to pick or any other options add data. I used to add data through the website but it seem to have vanished. Calling Cs led to a 45min wait where it constantly tries to kick you off the phone. Got the data I needed added, but when I explained what's been happening. I was told it's a user error and I should update. Really guys? Still an issue today.

I could not get into my account 4 months. I spent a lot of time with the help desk. They finally told me I needed a new phone. I kept working on my phone myself and remembered my VPN caused issues on my laptop. I turned that off and was able 2 finally get in. That should have been the first thing the tech asked like the PC techs do. It would have saved a lot of time. I also get poor reception. My calls get dropped a lot, as well as people cannot hear me, so I have to hang up and call again.

Cricket has went down hill over the years. I've been a customer for around 10-15 years, and due to their prices and the way they slow down "unlimited data" I'm switching to Spectrum. Service is better, & prices are Amazing! The Ad it up app was Great when it first came out, It used to pay my whole cricket bill 4-5 times a year now the point system sucks and forget getting your whole bill paid unless you live on the app

Haven't been able to log into the app for weeks. I've tried uninstalling and re installing. It won't let me sign in. It won't send the code to reset the password, but it does send a text to another number on the account saying some number is trying to get the Username [not password]. Also, on the website, the HELP icon does not work. So no help there. I switch from the T for issues, but it's getting close or more to that.
