Very recent app, but so far, easy and intuitive to use. It's a good thing that, to activate this app, you must follow strong security settings. All benefits are explained and it's easy to do updates on the phone directly. Cards and ID's accessible, it's a must in case you dont have'em on hand. Recommended.

Just added this to my phone with my access code but it crashes 9/10 times opening before I can get in. Not sure how well it actually works as there's very little information with in at this time I can see before crashing again. Please fix. I'm using an android. Not sure if that makes a difference.

Horrible! Not one access code has worked. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times. No help. After giving a one star review, I received notice that the app was having system problems and has been corrected. The access code worked great the first time I tried it this morning. :) Upgrading to 3 stars until I use the app for a while.

Most useless app ever created. Upset that the company that I work for has chosen this app for a benefit portal ... so many better ones out there. Is not user-friendly at all. I will just call my HR directly to handle my benefits the more personal way. If I could give zero stars, I would. Seriously, whoever is writing the response to these reviews sounds like a broken record, guessing the responses are just a regenerated one because there's nothing personal being said. NOT MY CHOICE.

This app has highly invasive permissions, most of which aren't necessary. Just about everything you try to do in app opens your web browser and requires you to log into the site anyway, so there very little point in using this app, unless for some reason your usage case includes not keeping your cards in your wallet/purse. I can see that being handy in case you lose your wallet or purse, but that's nowhere near a good enough reason to allow the invasion of privacy this app claims it needs.

Repeatedly failed to load 2 different id cards (front or back). Shows no benefit info, though it has my personal info and the plans to which I subscribe. Stated functionality would be helpful, if it displayed. Uncertain why I am experiencing a problem while others have successfully used the app. Will retry tomorrow. Maybe weather related wifi issue is impacting card loading. But does not explain why benefits not showing.

Unresponsive and terrible UI. The ask Sofia button is located in a position to where if your using the messaging service to contact a provider or anything, It makes typing or seeing what your typing near impossible. The app just stalls when you try to change pages or load anything. What should make things easier. Just makes things frustrating. I'd rather call...

I am not able to use this app for anything. I have deleted and reinstalled to get the latest version. I always need to use to a computer to do anything. If I do a transaction on my laptop nothing changed on the app. Neither is or google apps work. I don't have confidence in your IT skills. I can't find the status of my HSA reimbursement request.

Greatly disappointed with the service! I have no access to the $1000 that were taken out of my own pays, because they're disputing a claim for a hospital bill, for which I have uploaded documents already. My card is suspended so I can't use it, and I don't even know if the bill in question was paid. I have submitted questions thru the app several times with no response... wont enroll next year!! to have no access to my own money for more than 3 months now is counterproductive to the whole idea!

Garbage app backed by an even more garbage company. I tried to call the company which leads to a never-ending chain of automated responses with no option to speak to an actual person. They knew their services were trash and migrated customer calls by not having any actual employees to answer and resolve problems. Would not recommend this app or working with this company. Even making payments must be mailed with no option to pay online. What year are we in?

This app is awful. I only use it once or twice a year. But, EVERY TIME that I try to use it, it won't recognize my password. I've updated it to no avail. You can't even reset your password w/o( wait for it).....unless you type in your username and ..... Password! Dumb. Same trouble, everytime.

this company sucks. I dont recommend using it. you are better off opening a savings account and spending your money as needed for medical stuff. this company also requires unnecessary receipts. and they also close your account if they question a purchase. it's just a scam . do yourself a favor and just open a savings account. my choice is literally a joke /scam

Worst APP ever...submit a claim in the APP but they will deny it for lacking information that you can only do on your laptop. Do not download this APP. MyChoice will deny your charge at reputable Transit vendors. The debit card is useless.

I've used the app for years and until the last update I absolutely loved it. I would submit claims from my kids and husband without issue. Now, when I try to upload a document in locked l kicked out to the login screen. It's made submitting supporting docs difficult.

App is USELESS. Too many error messages, then... After FINALLY being able to register for a new account, you can't even log in because you either get a different error message or "wrong username/password" message. It's frustrating and I really wish the employer would've just stayed with the previous company we had for our FSA. Also, logging in from a desktop using their website is useless as well. "Business Solver/MyChoice" isn't solving any problems and certainly wasn't my choice. Garbage.

The app works when it isnt busy logging me out of my account and fighting me when I try getting back in. You still dont need access to my camera and microphone but it hasnt stopped you from giving yourself access to them that I then had to revoke. Thats just what Im allowed to revoke. You also access my phone records, my files, my photos and so on WITHOUT MY PERMISSION! If I didnt need this trash app for my benefits from work then it simply would not be on my phone.

This app is pitiful. It does nothing more than show the website in a window. Completely unnecessary and adds another layer of navigation complexity. Also the permissions requested are a privacy nightmare. It runs in the background on startup, can record audio, take pictures, read your files and pictures, your call information, and download all files without any notification. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Awful app. Try to sign in and it says "error. We're having trouble finding data. Retry." Somewhere along those lines. Click on retry and keeps popping up with the same message. Went to play store, it showed I need to update. Did that and tried to sign in, and nothing but a blank screen. So I restarted my phone and still a blank screen. I don't understand why companies have you use an app that doesn't work. Ridiculous.

LOVE this app!! super easy to navigate and see what my benefits are or what my mychoice balances are. any time I am requested to upload documentation for a transaction, I can easily download the EOB from my insurance company and turn around and upload it to the exact transaction in question. once uploaded, I basically forget about it. couple weeks later take a peak and all is good. not sure how some users struggle with it and give 1 star ratings, this app is easier to navigate then Facebook is!
