As a patient, I love that My Chart provides easy access to my medical information and a means to communicate with my providers across different medical networks. Managing appointment is easy, and being able to export them to my phone calendar is a plus. The ability to reference and update my meds is fantastic. As a healthcare interpreter, I frequently sing it's praises to patients leery of signing up. It's a secure platform. It's user friendly and an invaluable tool in managing your health!

I think the app is designed pretty well overall. It's easy to navigate easy to view details of visits to your providers as well as test results from labs and X-rays, etc. I like that you can send messages directly to your provider's team anytime you have anything you want to speak with them about. And I also like the feature that allows you to schedule your own appointments on available time slots and days that work best for you right off of the app without needing to contact the doctors office

Firstly, I'm typing this with my middle fingers. Making a child health profile is ridiculously complicated. Adding a second child? 😆 I have 2 separate email logins now, with no luck merging the accounts either. I was invited to the app to send messages and refill requests, but then providers can't receive messages without messaging you first, which then "times out". You have to call to let them know you need to send a message so they can send one first, which is pointless. Nobody uses it.

I love this app. Everything I need is at my fingertips. It's easy to find test & lab results. When you send a message to your provider through the messaging system, they respond very promptly. The appointment reminders are also a great feature. It's also easy to add appointments to your calendar. This app also makes it easy to request medication refills. The only feature I wish they would add is the ability to actually see the imaging for X-rays, CAT Scans, MRIs, etc... ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

Not what I expected. I would like to be able to opt out PERMEANTLY of all COVID, Flu shot, and all news, reminders and updates concerning these. I'm so sick of the overreach and the constant ad bombardment. Now, what I do like is that I'm able to pay my co-pay bill through the app. What I don't like is that it only give me the option of an email two-step verification. Would love to be able to receive a text verification instead.

I LOVE it! It's so convenient to be able to access the providers for my entire family & be able to message and pay in the app as well. I don't have to worry about losing letters, all appointments are in one spot, test results are immediately posted, summaries, you csb customize info on home pages. It's cut down on calls needed since it's basically all in app.

Great app for providing patients with their medical information, test results, appointments, prescriptions, etc. That said, it is difficult at times to find exactly what info you are looking for among all the choices and the app itself looks and feels a little "ancient", but it does what it was designed to do just fine. An "A" for functionality, a "B" for layout of info and a "C" for the overall design. Recommended without hesitation to any patient wanting access to their medical data 24/7/365.

It's too hard to log in. Different every time. Verify this and verify that. I know privacy rules, but you need to take care of that within your system...not thru me logging and verifying for 10 minutes each time. It is so aggravating. You leave too much to us. I am not a technician. That being said, you have a great system, does so much so well. Constant verifying makes it very non user friendly. I hesitate to try the password for fear it may be even more unfriendly or worse.

Overall the app is a huge step forward but there is still work to be done. There is an "alert flag" attached to the app icon on your "desktop" indicating new messages or results. After clicking on the icon there are no messages or links directing you to the new messages. You have to search to find them. Depending on the host facility using MyChart - there may or may not be full functionality. Example: at OU Medical Center you can only access your Xray reports, no images.

Very user friendly. Very helpful and efficient. Better now with ability to print out. Still need screenshot ability. Do not like having to repeat same check in questions when have frequent visits. I don't like having to explain or even take the time when I've stopped taking a message. Really a big bother.

First time user. Couldn't get it set up after three times by me and twice by the hospital tech. After it was accessible ease of use(information requested to access) was exactly what I needed. However, could not print it out and screen kept locking up while attempting to read through all the lengthy documents. Questioned some of the itemized bills which were immediately clarified.

This app is amazing for keeping all my appointments scheduled and reminding me about them. It also makes communication between staff/doctor a lot simpler. It's also nice to walk into the hospital and tell registration that my chart is up to date. This is making the medical experience less painful than what it should be. Another plus is paying bills through the app.

First of all, they record every password you've ever used, which is a MAJOR security flaw. Second, I have to change my password EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I log in. Third, it will not allow me to log into the MyChart web page with the same username and PW. All-in-all, it's really not worth the headache and aggravation, especially with this MAJOR security flaw, which is actually illegal, as we have a right to demand that certain data not be retained. I've never hated an app more than I do this one!

They don't respond timely, and they penalize you for their mistakes. Canceled my payment plan multiple times because their system wouldn't allow me to make a payment. They say they'll work with you, but they make it difficult to do so. I wouldn't recommend the app to communicate with anyone. However, for reviewing test results, etc. It's alright.

This would be a great app - except. I got it to prepare for my first surgery, hip replacement. I had a lot of prep, and the steps were very important. The tasks were long lists, things you can and can't do post-op, things you need to bring to the hospital/leave home. But once I read & clicked "I understand", the Tasks disappeared. I looked in all the settings, and there is a setting to "Show Completed Tasks", which was ON. It was frustrating and made me very anxious. Please fix!

When it works, it's very intuitive and easy to use. But lately, half the time I try to access it, I get an error message about how it can't log me in because it's having trouble reaching the server. It's become so unreliable, I have to put all my appointment details elsewhere in my phone, because I might not be able to pull up the Suite number in the app when I need it. I also wish they had easier access to full billing and past payment details (including what you paid for).

Highly useful. Excellent design and there seems to be a logical place for the many types of information and data such as test results, appointments, and feedback from doctors. In my experience, for doctors and support staff, this is the best way to communicate with patients. This app has been widely deployed and appears to have been thoroughly tested to ensure reliable performance and usually intuitive navigating by patients who have just a little bit of experience with computers.

I love getting my test results directly, and usually before my doc even sees them. I love being able to compare results over time. This helps me tremendously in playing an active role in my own health and in reaching my personal goals. Tracking and planning medical care with different docs and specialists has become so complex. This puts everything in one place, and simplifies the process. Can't imagine being without it.

I really like having my health records in one place. Being able to have a quick conversation with my Dr. is huge. The only negative that I have found is in scheduling appointments with new providers. even though my primary care physician has submitted orders to the department, I can't schedule in that department unless I have seen them previously. Scheduling is definitely the weakest part of the app.

A great medical app to use and keep up with your appointments, test results, blood work test results, easy to check-in for upcoming appointments, as well as making payments for the appointments, and more. It's an excellent way to communicate with your Healthcare providers as well. It's easy to navigate and make updates on your personal information. I love the app.
