very user friendly. Its easy to navigate around the CFNA Bank app. I need it to be dependable so my payments get applied to my Firestone Credit Cars. Ive never had a glitch whatsoever.

I'm new to this I used at store today just to see if it works it did but when I went to use again to fill up my car it kept declining customer service says to wait a few hours and I did and it still declined and I wanted to go to a Firestone location to go ahead and get work done on my car but can't even get gas to get there

I am very sorry I ever had this account. I have set up auto pay over the phone and I'm still being charged late fees and finance charges. I called to dispute this and nobody was willing to work with me but they are more than happy to keep charging me these insane late fees and finance charges. I will never ever use this company again nor do I recommend them. they totally are not the company for customer satisfaction

i absolutely hate this card and the company 😒 i was tricked by the mechanic to open it and use for services i didn't even receive....yay to being single woman and needing car repairs now I'm stuck with an 1000 credit loan and in Finacial strain. Thanks CFNA for being so understanding 😑😑😑

This is the most ineffective financial app available. Why was it even created if it constantly redirects to the browser? It’s missing a crucial feature—it doesn’t even let you lock your card. Update as of 4/5/2025 This has to be one of the worst financial apps on Google Play. The app says I’m successfully logged in — I even got a confirmation email — yet it still keeps showing me the login screen.

CFNA company has terrible business practices and you'd do better elsewhere with a different credit card provider. App just redirects into a browser on your phone through their app so what's the point of the app if it's just a shell for a browser based experience?

this app used to work. what happened? I called customer service and they were no help at all. All the reviews they respond to say how sorry they are we are experiencing difficulties but no indication of a solution. I was told I could access my account by computer. Really? Then why have an App if you don't support it. I won't be using this account anymore.

The only reason is 4 stars and not 5 is because there's no auto pay option. What? You don't want to get paid automatically each month? I just know I'll forget to pay because literally every bill I have is on auto pay. 😬 I did call. They informed me that I can schedule individual payments manually in advance, but auto pay isn't available.

(Samsung S22-U). App works great minus one issue. The information on the Home screen is not as current as the website. I made a payment this morning and modified a future payment--these actions do not show in the app yet). Otherwise, it's very useful and quick/responsive. Contact Us/Message Us, History, etc. function perfectly. The "Biometric" sets up quickly and makes the login easy. Thankfully, none of the "Developer Mode" issues that so many people seem to experience. Thank you. 👍

I can not pay my balance in full when I want. I literally have to wait to pay any new balance in the present billing cycle until the next bill post, even though it shows the amount owed online. This caused my credit score to be decreased each month for a few points. I am going to have to apply for another automotive charge card and retire this to a drawer, which is sad because this is my oldest credit card. Yes, I have complained to the company, but it is not helping.

Seriously? No automatic payment? How pathetic, I could code a better app then you guys, and I have zero experience...I was charged a late fee because the "future payments" thing didn't account for the minimum payment to randomly change (no extra money was spent either). I will dispute this...

Isn't even an app it's a link to the stupid website and everytime I change my password and login again with it. It claims wrong password. Also the schedule payments so horrible been hit twice for late payments when I schedule it for the day it's due so I get a ding in my credit report for that. Thanks alot!

This just in: CFNA discovers that a lot more people use developer options than previously expected. A blanket statement as "this very large group of settings is forced to be disabled entirely" isn't helpful. I understand security, so what specifically should be disabled? Check for 1 setting or 2 settings and alert based on that, don't just lock down an entire phone because "grr developer options bad". I doubt my faster animation settings are the culprit. So what is?

Did you open Firestone Credit card. Well good luck. I had horrible time with the app and their online payment system. First I setup my very first payment online, come to find out my bank account show no payment went out for this scammers. So I end up with late fee and double payment. Setup another payment this time for the double payment, today, it was gone. Thinking it was an error this time. Better check you setup payment and verify it, screen shot it. Might not go through and your lost.

This company (not the app) is a total rip off. If your even 1 day late with your payment, they will reduce your credit by 33%!!!!. I never missed a payment in nearly 6 years!!!!! 6!!! I didn't realize I forgot to schedule payments. They immediately reduced my credit! Unbelievable! As a Uber driver, I've consistently borrowed and pay back every penny on time. Customer service could not do a thing about it. What a terrible way to treat loyal customers. They've 100% lost me as a customer.

Not working when developer mode is enabled isn't "best practices". I have a number of cards, and have had several banks. All of their apps work. This is the only one that doesn't. Really great launch... Unless you are saying that you are more secure than Discover, Capital One, Chase/Amazon, and a spew of other, much larger institutions...

The app is definitely not working currently. When I open it it gets to the login screen, but has a spinning icon and will not allow me to login. It seems to have this issue a lot. I uninstalled the app, reinstalled it, and it still had the same issue. Off wifi and on, it did not work either. I just use the website on pc now. I have a Samsung S10+ that is completely updated also. I shouldn't have to call and help get the app working properly when everything I control on my end is ok.

Finally, I am able to run this app with developer mode running, though the menus are a mess to sort through (namely the different menu to redeem a reward vs see available rewards and the menu to see available deals) and sometimes just exit the app to a browser you then have to log into again. Unrelated to the app, the credit cards offered by this app have hidden fees and limited rewards. If you haven't already gotten the credit card, don't.

So if the app tells you that you're good to go and for some reason, the payment fails expect to get your credit marked, even if you talk to one of their people and they say it won't, it will still get marked, I don't see how this is accurate and fair as they like to say. The card is even paid off and they still marked my credit awesome. Thanks for ruining things for me when I'm trying to refinance my house.

if I could take stars from other reviews to give this app a negative amount of stars I would. it's bad, it's really, really bad. there's no auto pay, you can schedule payments in advance finally, and for the longest time you couldn't even make payments on the app, they removed rewards, and when you want to log in once a month hahahahah, no you need to 3 step verify your account because you suck and biometrics doesn't matter.
