The login process is not at all user-friendly. Feels like bad old government bureaucracy! At the same time no option to logout! Only option is to hard close the app. Lately, the app waits for email OTP which is never delivered! The green colour of app is gruesome! Data analysis could have been showing profit/loss in percentage by category in dashboard. Yet I give 2 stars since when I could login, investing was not all that of a horrible experience.

Your app is quite troublesome and it's interface is difficult to understand. I tried to get statement, but , I couldn't open pdf file ,with the password set by me only. It should be opened with DOB or PAN, which is different for all individuals. There must be provision to delete the details of all mfs records , which are not included in the portfolio, at the moment. If not satisfied, I may delete the app.

App is only good for handy investment in MF. For every other thing like at change in your details, KYC etc. You will land to website and finally have to visit the branch office. Because if somehow you manage to find what you are searching, they ends up with some dispute with their partner. So al lengthy process of filling forms, uploading desired docs becomes zero.

The last work,i.e., to select my password was not feasible & OTP configuration is tidiuos. To make the system some what simple for sake of senior citizens, a suggestion and request.

Bakwas app. It always asks to enter a/c no, IFSC, dob etc. as security questions even after login. It's not working even if entering correct information. Useless app. Improve your application and make it user friendly

Worst service ever. I am faceing the same problem for 2 months now.. they have no solution for it. When i registere the complaint on toll free numbers they ask me to mail and when I mail they ask to call on toll free numbers .. this is happening for months now.. No coordination no solution.. pathetic service

Terrible performance. Device gets logged out automatically. When we try to log in it says the password is expired. What? When we try to reset the password, they simply don't send otp at all.

Very very slow , every transaction be it one time invest , existing folio or a new folio takes a longer time to load. Every drop down api call is painfully slow. Mycams need to step up their app performance.

As soon as I start any transaction, it says session expired, extremely irritating to log in again and again. It's only good to track your funds but not for transactions.

One of the best apps which gives you a holistic service for majority of the AMCs. However off late, getting frequent error alerts while trying to transact. Customer support is pathetic - neither emails nor calls are responded

Recently the peformance of both the myCAMS app and Web interface has deteriorated. I don't know what happened suddenly. Even after entering the password the screen does not move to next screen. Please fix.

Do you know that for the last few days we cannot invest or start a new SIP with mycams app. It shows that it cannot be processed at the moment. I have also contacted the customer care & they could not rectify the error in mycamsapp. Infact they have advised me to operate through your website. Will you please rectify the mycams app.

Most of the options wont even open they contact customer care I cant even add my portfolios into favorites and look into it and cant even check how many units I hold when purchased on a date no history to check as well and worst GUI of this app really sucks better i start looking into COIN app

Though historical NAV can be seen from "mywatchlist", the scale remains unuseful. Last three month NAV which is shown has minimum visible fluctuation. Earlier this fluctuation had optimum ordinate scale. Customer care has been reached in those days by email. The fluctuations in NAV are nearly flat probbaly just to not make investor worry. And if my post is not understood then involve from your team who is/are responsible for display of graph of NAV.

1.Very frequently asking for both OTPs from mail and mobile no.Even banks are using one OTP. Probably app is facing decision issues and losing its excellence once it had. 2.It can be made better by showing basic details of sips in an easier manner. No action in more than 1 year. Now the app is frequently giving error message restricting logging.
