Finally a proper MyBSN app, with QRpay. Thank you! A bit lacking in features for now compared to other banking app, but for me, this is much better than opening website every single time. Now with jomPay.. it is so much better.

This kind app is very easy to use, but sometimes it have trouble to scan qr code for make payment. Hopefully developer can make it smoothly and without any problem happen👍🏻

I think the apps has a bug. Not working with my huawei honor. Called service centre, the only answer i get is the apps is working just fine. Not helping at all!

lol I was regretted download this app. I think this was helpful to make transaction easier, but it's making the transaction harder. This app just has 1 function = TAC number. It's really hard to make transactions from the web and open the app just for the code 💀

The app was great initially. However, it totally cannot be opened in these two days, even multiple installations and installations. The page keeps on loading. And the worst part is that no transaction can be made since approval cannot be made

I just forgot my password and my account has been suspended and then I change the password to the new one. And I still can't login because it says my account still suspended, the suspended action should be removed after I set a new password. Please fix this issue. It makes me harder to check my account balance. Please fix it, please.

Stuck at username page with no where to go. No next button, no password page or what so ever. So how do I login? Unable to do any transaction since months ago. Before this, the 'challenge code' misery now this. What a great 'upgrade'.

Download and install this. The problem is activating the app. You need to call the service center and they will take forever to answer. I've been calling for more than half an hour with nobody except for the automated reply saying all are busy.

Very very stupid apps, I login using my usual username and password, but can't, so try to reset password, and still can't manage to login properly, already try to reset password and still said the same thing all over again, rot in hell whoever made this apps

I got new phone and tried to register for bsn secure again, but it did't work. When call customer service, slow to answer and not helpful. Told me to go to branch instead. Need to transfer money right now, and the app frustrating to use.

Unresponsive, always lagging, a bunch of unsuccessful transactions due to multiple unannounced maintenance. Do better bsn Plus let me see all my transaction history and stuff from the app

Sometimes in a month,there were many unexpexted system errors that makes me unable to login the app.It makes me uncomfortable and cannot do transactions because of it.How we as the user want to maintain to use the app if the error keep appear again and again.Please the developer of the app or whosever handle it,please fix and manage it to keep us use the app.Thank you

it cannot be used on my Samsung A35. it's loading without ending. I sent complaint to Bsn Facebook messenger. uninstall then reinstall. also the same. they said to check internet connection, I tried using high speed wifi, or mobile data. all also cannot use. terrible app. without app cannot do any transactions. BSN is too disappointing

The most useless app i ever download. When i want to log in my password it kept saying invalid and suspended my account. Wheni change my password it kept saying my account has benn suspended. I call the custemor servis for help but the app kept saying the same thing. Its making me frustrated. I have changed the password a few times after calling the custemor service

There could be improvements. Highly encourage to allow Copy + paste option for easier banking. And if the account number is wrong, please ensure it doesnt go back to the home page. Just let the transfer page remain and have a little note at the bottom of the bar that the acc number is wrong. The home page is confusing. Could improve the design. The amount, accs, and credits are fine. Those work well. Tho below them are diffifult to navigate through
