The required android os is said to be 5.0 or higher. Despite using a 6.0 os it stucked in white blank home page(cant continue action after logging in) and gets out of yhe the app saying it aint working

This app was working Nicely and then they made super app. Now it only shows, loading..................Can't even see the balances.

Not a good update. Previous one was good. In new update, there is no option to buy internet. If we use Bl app and don't get a option of purchasing internet. Then what is the advantage of this update? Please solve this problem asap.

I thought I would give five stars but after 5/7 hours of power outage, your sim's network does not work. And the price of MB is increased after few days, and tenure is also lower etc,,,,

I bought 8gb 100tk 1month. But I can't use it for bad network, still 6gb is left. The worst network system in the world. It's my fault that I forgot cheap is nasty. Highly recommended not to use banglalink sim.

I have been using BL for 10 years but now I am facing difficulties when I am try to purchase data. Because, at present BL is coster than others! Hope you will give us reasonable data package. Best regards Hasan

After the last update is gose something rong.i can't login to the app.Literally it just not taking my number.The OTP code is not coming even after giving the phone number. Something went rong is being shown again and again. Everything was fine until the last update. I didn't think it would be solved so quickly. Thank you Banglalink. I hope to always get such nice customer service.

MyBL apps is very simpler and easier I like so much but network facilities is good in my area and more data package is most expensive therefore everybody can use comfortably.

During advertising of mybl it says that all Bangladeshi mainstem TV can be seen in the app, I logged in today in the mybl app but did not find any main stem TV, only one of indian sports tv , please explain why.

They are greedy with coins, I bought 2GB social pack with 339000 coins but it's not working, is it not their trap? Since it won't work then what was the need to bring this option in app and to get trap through quiz coin collect is fake. What was the need for drama?

Banglalink service you are providing is very bad. And the quality of the network is also bad. This network is not available in rural areas. And I don't understand how you get rewards with this network.

Not enough choices for regular Internet packs. Neither there is any light packs like other service providers. No regular or light Internet packages for monthly plan either. BL wants to make big bucks without caring for consumers

After the last update it stopped working completely. No otp is coming after giving the number.When trying to login with password, login is not working.Something is going wrong and I don't think it will be resolved quickly.Thank you Banglalink team. Hope to always get good customer service.

So slow internet quality.Back then it was the fastest network out of all other companies network.At present , it is so slow that it takes 2 into 3 minutes to open or access internet and any other types of social network and it very stressful to wait for network. I hope you could find a way to solve this problem.

MyBL is an extraordinary app. But sometimes the quiz questions don't work properly, so these issues need to be resolved before the quiz question time expires... Thanks a lot MyBL orange club community..

3rd class service. Almost all of the internet/boundle packs have hidden toffee/hoichoi data which can't be used as regular data. They're not shown in the plan display but only after you enter into it.

My Banglalink App is more usable now. Banglalink must deserves a lot of thanks fo including Islamic articles in it. I appreciate this work. But Banglalink fails to provide user friendly packs. If we compare with other operators (Such as GP) a huge difference found. Most of the packs offered by Banglalink are expensive. I earnestly request the authorities to consider the matter.
