Sad Bell you keep me repectly to delete same message that been delete a few times, your servers is very poor with me meaning ,I can,t get to call local or long distance calls i am paying for all these serves and there no connection 99 percent of time sad ,this keeps up i have to get better served else where , stop repeating same text messages that I delete ok it's not right, I need more Gb 30 least for better deal, or your servers will disappear,

I just cancelled my data plan because in most places bell was out of coverage to a bell plan which is without data and returned the device that I bought four days ago to them. They charged me 143 dollars for 3 days of using sim. The device is by law our right to return if we don't like it.

This app constantly kicks me out and refuses to save my log in info. I always have to create new log in info constantly when I just wanna check my data usage and pay a bill. I'm over it.

The app keeps disconnecting me while I'm trying to reach a service representative to explain to me why my bill went up by 20% a month after receiving a "1 year promotional deal". Both the app and the company itself leave a lot to be desired.

One department doesn't know what another department is doing and outsourcing has exacerbated this issue. we've spent 6 hours on the phone being shuffled around. Left after 3 years good service after "upgrading" to Fibe TV and we only had 2 out of 3 tvs working and the plan as outlined to entice us was only make believe. Went to Rogers where we can speak into the remote, got more channels for the same price and it's a breeze to cancel and record TV programs Bell just seems archaic now.

Fantastic coverage but constant billing issues plague this company. ***Updated after response, I have contacted customer services, went back to the store and the representative saw the errors, opened an escalation and informed me that someone would be in touch..2 weeks ago.

I have been with bell internet as a royal customer. I never had any company promotions or any discounts. since we have no options between Rogers and bell. we have to pay whatever they fixed with the price. even a small country Jamaica internet prices are cheaper than Canada. hope our leaders can address in next elections and allow international Telco providers to invest in the telecom and provide affordable services to the public in telecom area.

Guys, first test the user experience before making any update. At least sync data in real time. In web it's logged in , in app it's just saying that account doesn't exist or sth else. Oh boy!! Hectic app.

Bell is a joke! Straight up JOKE! they installed some new fancy port to my home that you can only use with Bell. So now I'm trying to get a new service and the new service is telling me to get them to change it because it's their technology. This is ridiculous, as someone that had been a loyal Bell customer for over 5 years they should be willing to send me a technician to take it out.

Not good so far. Update after update on the app. Can't find the app. Apparently Bell app is found under the M. Very little phone support. Most people work while they are open and that makes it impossible to contact them. I'll change my review if I can get support. Or maybe not, just my honest opinion.

I don't know why this month I have been trying to pay my bill on this app for last few days and as soon as I try to pay the app shuts down. It's NOT a tech issue on my end. I noticed you fixed bugs on June 19th and now your app crashes. Would really appreciate it if you could fix this asap. This is why I dropped my rating to 1 star.

Dropping a star per week until I can actually open and use the app. As it stands all I get is the blue bell loading screen. When the app works, I'll use it to pay my bill. Until then I guess bell can wait for my money 🤷

My app isnt working the past 2 day after the last update and none of the technical support can help me fix it. Im logged in but the bill and the other stuff doesnt work. just to update. I sent an email already and also the website isnt working properly on my side. I have spoken with agents and none of them cannot help me

Latest update broke the app. App now does not load. Using both S23 Ultra and Pixel 7 pro and app just stuck on bell logo or app crashes. This app was always buggy, but now it's completely useless. Waiting for a fast update fix please! Bell and Rodgers make more money than any Telco in the world.. We pay the most for mobile in the world here in Canada so you would not expect this... get your s#@t together bell!

Worst customer service ever. Would be 0 if possible. I switched at a bell associate store. My internet and phone at the same time. They rang me saying I haven't paid and when will I be paying. I have paid but it has not registered on my bell app as it hasn't merged the 2. After verifying in numerous ways they hung up because I was frustrated. I did not swear or yell.

If you lose your password and you've been logged out of your account, don't even bother trying to reset it. Everytime I tried to change the password through the email it just took me back to the login page. Useless.

App is stuck on Bell logo. It doesn't let me go inside to pay my bills. I tried to force stop the app as well as uninstalled and reinstalled the app but still the same problem. Please fix it as soon as possible.

Never open. Stuck in the blue screen. Tried on my pixel 8pro.They mentioned to update the app but your version is the latest on the play store. Closed the app and open multiple time. Not working. Why don't you test your app on the latest pixel version using an emulator or real device before assuming the causes.

Great network. Very poor customer service. The worst part was me spending over an hour with an agent who seemed confused on something simple as a Sim number. She kept on missing IMEI with Sim number. Not a good one for a great brand as Bell. Bell should put in more effort into customer experience and assign customers reps based on their level of skills

Fails to load after multiple reboots and uninstall/reinstalls... Eternally stuck on the BLUE BELL SCREEN. Talked to CS, and they suggested using a browser as well. What is the point of having an app if it won't work. Especially from a company such as BELL. I want the security of the app but am forced to use a browser. The Tim's app is the same 🙄
