Modern UI with reliable transaction experience. There were no bugs encountered so far. It also has extra features such as Bill payments and more in depth user control. QRIS scan is fast and money transfer process is easy. Much better than the m-BCA app. Account list are now cleaner. It will be better if phone number management feature is added

Annoying part is when everytime we loggin we have to input pass, and biometric features always failed when we adjust in setting (samsung S21 5G)

I just installed the recent update but it keep on loading even my network is good. Less than 10 minutes ago I used it (the prev version) just fine tho

A little suggestion. On the PLN payment (PLN pascabayar) please provide last/historical PLN ID. I don't always remember my PLN pascabayar ID and it is quite a hasle if i have to input manually every time i need to make payment.

after updating to the latest version every time I clicked "My Account" section, it automatically logged out saying "your session is already expired. please log in again". so mysterious, I wonder why

This app is very bad, very hard to login. Even my password & username is correct, I have to verify using ktp & face, and always failed. So we have to go to customer service. Very useless app bcoz we still must go to the bank.

App is good. But the issue this app always asking for verification sms after few days again and again but I don't change my device tho. And verification message is chargeble. And the worst is when I'm abroad using wifi and no sim device in my phone I can't login my account. I hope your team fix this problem. The other bank app was just fine. :(

Update after developer response : Already the newest apps.. Pls try it, thx Review 20240615 : Super apps, Hanya saja masih ada bug, setiap mau transfer antar bank, hang atau close apps. Help to fix it soon

Very hard to login for first. So many checking from ID, face, phone number (need to send message) and also keybca. So annoying. Tried to login in website mybca, no multiple verification like this apps. Better make it multiple layer not at one time. If the user does not understand IT, they will give up and stop trying to login.

It is a very big improvement especially in UI design, easier to use than previous Mobile BCA app, but MyBca annoyingly has frequent updates every several days.

Registration foreign phone number not working, couldn't receive the otp code. Try different phone numbers using the indonesian provider still not working. Mybca needs to upgrade their system by adding email options to send otp codes.

In the newest version, I cannot login with my password, and now my BCA ID is blocked. The password is the exact same, and I can login with older client with no problem. Please Fix It!

My old BCA app stopped reading QRIS so they suggested I download this. This version takes the best of the old app, then makes it more difficult to use. QRIS doesn't work. Should I turn my phone off and back on again? Ner, I turn it off every night anyway. S22 with a QRIS teader that works perfectly well on the Jenius app, so don't blame my phone.

Only annoying part is sometimes i get sent to login page as it says "ypur login sessiom has ended". Despite the bug, i'm feel comfortable using MyBCA as it has everything i need (savings, investment, and transaction). The good part is you can check the name of their savings account and confirmation to avoid transfer by mistake.

Like other review said, it is very hard to login with multiple steps, even though the picture is clear I still can't get through verification steps, bca mobile application is easier and faster. Talked with multiple people with same issue. It's not even a phone issue 😅

The activation email was received said that the account has been activated. However the apps cannot logging in and always said that the activation was failed and requires me to send a lot of activation SMS. No wonder the apps rate in playstore is so low, as it is the true with the apps quality. Such a junk application.

Went overseas, bought a local SIM card for data package, put it in the phone and this app logs you out. Just perfect. Now you have to purchase a roaming package on your Indonesian number just to log in as you have to send and receive SMS verification from 89888. What's the use of username & password, then? Might as well remove this useless app and let users use the old ugly-looking mBCA.

The on boarding process was quite inconvenience, I think the image recognition still needs to be improved because the process of reading e-KTP was very arduous. Another problem I face is the fingerprint option for login, I already activated it twice, but after sometime it deactivated itself. Aside from those two problems, the UI/UX was is pretty convenience

Logging in is difficult, especially if you log in using your fingerprint, which often doesn't match the placement of your finger so you get an error and you get blocked and you have to start from the beginning. If we are still abroad using a roaming SIM card, we cannot register again, very annoying. Sould be to give another chance to position your finger in a more appropriate way. DO NOT block it straight away when the fingerprint does not match
