I thought this was a service center app but all it does is open up a web page to which I have to type my serial numbers and os versions manually to submit technical support requests. Why the heck does this app even exist other than harvest my personal data? Total BS. Don't buy Asus devices (but you knew that already since you're here).

You people's are making your phone..Worst day by day.. At first you said it contains call recorder that's why preferred to buy this phone but when i purchased i got to know that there's nothing like that. In your previous versions there is screen splitting function but you guys removed that too. And now you guys removed the double tap screen off function . What's this.. Hope so you work on these to make your next version more effective n attractive in use. Waiting for best in your next versions.

Need support for kunai controller 3 as I have that product for my ROG Phone 3 and it is having issues. Was asked to register product using this app. But once installed it is inaccessble. many others also having issues with actually accessing the app. Seems worthless. BTW, updated to android 11 on this device. Maybe part of the issue.

Didn't get to use it; when registering, I got this "engrish" error message: country can not empty (even if selecting first my own country with a large Asus presence, and after several tries switching to a much larger country). I admire Asus hardware, but the software can truly break what could've been a great experience.

The selfie camera still needs to be corrected.. the update is pretty good.. notice the increase in speed and the split screen shortcut isnt working. the only option i have to get it is go in recent apps to select it.. 14/04/2019- Since the recent update.. the camera is just awful.. i notice it automatically filters under the eye in its attemp to smooth i guess, especially when taking a selfie.. Please fix ASAP. i dont want to camera to filter automatically..

Through this app, I was able to contact the customer support instantly online through chat. And they arranged remote assistance with in 1 hour and they resolved the issue in my laptop by taking its access through team viewer. Very polite also. I'm happy with their process. Hope they continue it and other companies also give such support, as we can't go every time to the service centre even for software related issues.

The app is not opening in the app drawer neither it is reflecting from my end.After opening it in the app Store the only options I m getting is update and uninstall. My hotspot is not working and I am not able to fix this issue even with the help of customer care. After an update it stopped working. It seems there lot of glitch with the software updates and ASUS is doing nothing to fix it.

Since last update the battery is dropping very fast, but my usage hasn't changed. I even unistalled a few apps, enabled all battery optimization mode. But the battery just doesn't last like it used to. Battery usage: Min: Phone idle 5.9% Max: Others 67,2% (and increasing) Why Asus hasn't fixed this issue yet?

Very useful app, especially to get an information of product repair status. But, the "Repair Status" feature shown different information sometimes when I open the app. Sometimes it shown image of my product and full product type and sometimes does not. Sometimes it shown additional information about warranty like the "Extended Warranty Purchased Date" and sometimes does not. Sometimes the end date of the warranty shown properly and sometimes it just shown "No available information".

you should've tested your apps and updates before releasing it to your loyal customer, i've been using asus since 2009, from motherboard, laptop, and now smartpphone, why the fota services never fail to disappoint me.. contacted the support center and always no applicable solution given.. my phone becomes prone to errors, restart most of the time, heat up like a hot pan, and frozes easily after 2 times fota services update.. i become fed up with this, do please come up with a solution.. thanks

Can't find the app on my ROG 5s app drawer anywhere, even though I just downloaded an update for the app. What? Also my ROG is having the fingerprint, air trigger, vibration, and WiFi and hotspot issue. None of these features are currently working on my phone. Having to use data to use internet. Highly inconvenient. Firmware updates are done to the latest ones as well. No change.

I'm writing to let Asus know that My Asus on PC DOES NOT WORK. I can't understand why it is installed. I've tried, for uncountable times, using it to solve the slow system 👢🥾 but it reads "PLEASE RESTART THE SYSTEM TO ENSURE THE FUNCTION WORK PROPERLY". I've done it several times but it never ever works. I've also reinstalled it but nothing's happened. Come on, guys. Quality matters.

I don't know what this app even does, since I can't read it. It is one of only two apps I've seen that doesn't adjust to the orientation of my device. I use my tablet plugged in when I'm at home and it's charging, so I have the plug at the bottom, since the power bar is on the floor. This app opens upside down and stays that way. And this is the app FOR my device? Really.

Once you start the app for the first time it requires you to input your birth date. The calendar screen opens and you can change it month by month backwards with a tap. But the starting date is now, so if you are 40 years old you will need to tap 480 times to get to your birthday. I have never seen a worse app design than this. Unbeatable really. I have given up immediately, so Asus is spared of service work. Maybe the design has a purpose.

Where is this app? It's strange because you can't revert to an older version because it'll force update you and when you do update, it disappears from the app drawer and you can't open it from the play store either. I'd assume that this is an important app to have... Shouldn't this be fixed? UPDATE: Strange... I managed to get it to work by going to Support under Settings and tapped on myASUS. Now it can be opened via the play store and app drawer. Bumping rating to a 3 until further notice.

Very bad customer support experience. The customer need to provide serial number, purchase date, address, warranty details and lot more to begin. The irony is all this info has already recorded in the app. I.e., the product is registered. Then why are you asking all these info because we are interacting from our registered account. Asking about remote access along with all these info. It's like fraudulent activity. Very time consuming and annoying.

Thus far, the app breaks connection and leaves me stuck, or it routes me to someone who says I'm in the wrong place. The first time I came here was when the website didn't work and the phone experience was equally buggy. The second time was because I couldn't get through a buggy page I'm required to fill out for an RMA. This second time died and left me with no options to resume or get help.

I tried to send you email but bounced : I have ASUS_X00P, powered by Android v8.0.0. which has developed some issues. It was sent me from Japan. It worked ok for a short time . 1. Home screen changed without my knowledge. I want to restore original screen. 2. Touch pad is erratic: sometimes one has to tap several times before it can sense like it is insensitive. This problem started when home screen changed automatically 3. Scrolling can cause it to jump to open another widow like touch

ASUS Support is just the worst. The app offers to let you chat with or call support, but there are no links, buttons, or dropdowns that will connect you. You're instead sent through long, dead end menus, which eventually tell you to send an email on their website. There's no way to actually contact support in the app, so there's really no point in installing and using it.
