Was running fine until now getting Ref:7144:1FCF 1900000 magisk malware detected. Cannot open app anymore. Reinstalling does not help. Factory reset phone is not an option. What to do?

Absolutely frustrating . Very poor usability . Cannot find which package you are subscribed to and it doesn't tell you how much to pay then there is no 250, or 350 or 450 etc so you pay more then you lose the balance as the overpayment does not appear on the next top up it's just been stolen .... All in all a very poorly designed app that will have you pulling out your hair each time you need to top up ..I hate this app.

Otps don't work, you can't register your number, you can't scan QR codes, the language keeps switching back to Thai, you can't make purchases and the app loads too slowly to use properly. All in all there isn't one single aspect of this app which is acceptable or usable. All I wanted to do was top up! Ridiculous!

It sucked.Though there is nothing wrong with my connection,the app itself is too slow like i can even cook a meal while waiting for it to complete one response. Very bad application. Not recommend. better dial with code to purchase required data package or whatever

Worse and worse with every version. Slow, laggy and not possible to use anymore to the point where I gave up using points to get rewards because it takes forever to open the screen with rewards. Would give it 0 stars if it was possible.

Can't use their help bot or contact then through the app since I'm prepaid so I'll comment here. Last month they cut my service 10 days early changing my payment from the 24th to the 14th stealing 10 days from me. This month they cut my service a day early stealing a day from me and I just topped up and a text says I'll be charged on the 12th. Until last month day I paid next changed unless I paid a day late. Now they are taking a day a month that I'm paying for.

This app almost always crashes or stalls when I try to pay my bill with my bank. When it does work, I'm honestly surprised. Probably works 1/6 times.

Cannot open anymore it tells me "please use on the device that has not been rooted" => my phone has not been rooted. It worked fine and stopped to work after last update. Can't pay my bills online since they shutdown the website... It sucks, I need to go to ais shop to pay now :-(

Missed a bill cycle warning because of the last update to this app. When you make an update make sure it doesn't remove the stored credentials like login and finger scan. Otherwise... the paying customer doesn't get a alert. Update. The latest update to the application on March 5th, is full of bloatware and very slow. I didn't select te service to be forced with slow adds. Fix it.

In 2022 I said the following "Generally well suited for what I need. It would be great if everything is also available in English." Updates and redevelopment of the app from late last year made the app extremely sluggish and difficult to perform basic functions. Maybe it can do much more now but it is a challenge to use it now for basic services and buying data and roaming data packages - such a pity...

Horrible customer experience having to click too much, too many times just to view, pay the bills, and save everything down. And even more horrible to view previous transactions. Too much effort to be used. The learning curve is too steep and made me wonder if I am a customer, or a student trying to get a degree from navigating this app. Also, if you will bother to answer that I need to e-mail to your customer service separately for this feedback, don't. It will just add more horrible feeling.

This app is absolutely awful, not only is it one of the slowest apps I've ever used, it also doesn't allow me to top up, which is pretty much the only thing I would use it for. As soon as I switch to my banking app to approve the card payment, the app refreshes and goes back to the main screen (after a lengthy wait of course). And of course the website (which worked perfectly fine) now forces you to download the app. Overall one of the worst apps I've had the displeasure of using. 0/10

Huge thumbs DOWN. 😖😠😡🤬😒🤨 I just got a new phone. I just downloaded the myAIS app and within minutes of my first login I begin getting SPAM texts to my phone (almost 10 in the last 5 minutes). Thankfully my phone blocks them BUT my AIS is charging me 30 baht per text, for UNSOLICITED, UNWANTED, INCOMING, SPAM TEXTS. What kind of garbage is this!? I had to turn off my sim card becuz the moment I top up funds, the service texts me a confirmation and, you guessed it, another 30Baht.

VERY slow to load. The new version does not carry over info from the old one, so asks for a password. "Forgot password?" Gives the option of getting an OTP sent to phone or email. It seems MyAis cannot deliver OTP to my phone (tried 3 times). It does deliver one to my email but when I switch back to MyAis, the app restarts. Pointless waste of time. If I could award zero stars, I would.

Edit 1* -> 3* after developer settings in my phone are allowed again. I still don't like how heavy the app is, would prefer a lightweight version that srictly just manages my phone subscription, with fewer ToS and codes and logins, but at least it works now and I can reach the information I need. I appreciate the information is clear and in English.

This app is very slow. Some time ago, it was impossible to top up the balance because it showed that the account was not connected to the number - so the app displayed the message "become an AIS customer," even though I already am a customer. Loading the app itself can take minutes. There are frequent loading screens with animations that lag. It's very frustrating every time I need to open this app. I am using a Vivo 1939, Android 10. No problems with other apps like banking, social media

Over many years just have used many apps but have to say this is the worst I have ever seen. Impossible to navigate. Not in the least intuitive. Not set up for existing customers- top tip...you think you are signed in- you're not. Sign out, then sign back in. Frustrated ? You bet. But have no option to use the app. Oh, and top up function doesn't work most of the time...

The new version is terrible. They have had 5 version changes in a month and they still can't get it right. The new version is intended for Android 10+ but it won't run on my tablet. The old version does. As for the app being used to promote AIS, it is worthless, especially if you don't live in Bangkok. The LINE stickers are only in Thai so unless you are fluent in Thai they aren't worth anything. The Food, etc should have a map to show where the merchants are located.

Terrible new verson of the app. Even though I chose English as the language, many of the subgroups were in Thai. The silly graphics really slow it down even though my phone has 12 GB ram. So much advertising that I couldn't find the utilities. I was looking for roaming packages and found none. Then, after deleting and reinstalling the app, I found it easily, still very buggy.
