Old Myabl was good looking and trust worthy.e.g in shapes n location and opening mood.But after updates it looks outdated graphics unprofessional look. After recent update it requires permission for video and pictures recording....WHY???

I have installed this app on my new phone as it was not compatible with my older version. However while logging in for thr first time, it asks for OTP. But despite pressing on the screen numerous times, the keyboard menu does not show up. This is very frustrating as i cannot login either through my old phone or the newer one. Everytime i have to use my laptop for onlune transactions. Update: Reps from ABL got in touch and the issue has been resolved. Thankyou for your prompt response.

I recently attempted to register for the myABL digital banking service, but unfortunately, I encountered a significant issue during the verification process. Despite following all the steps correctly, I found myself stuck on the verification page, unable to proceed further.The registration process initially seemed straightforward. I entered my CNIC number and selected my mobile network as instructed. However, when it came to the in-app verification code, the process failed repeatedly.

This app literally made my crazy! I tried much time to rest my password. But they always say sorry system cannot proceed the rquest , plz try again later . I had try again many times . Its about 5 to 6 months ago. My password is not resetting.. Seriously which type of system is this? I had called the Abl helpline many times ... They had asked me to sent MNP on different numbers i.e. 9225, 9080, 9228... But still i didn't got any results. I request to the server please solve these problems.

After update i am not able to edit my available transfer limits and it stuck on Rs 500 per day so unable to transfer. Called many times on helpline but they are not helpful by saying every thing is ok at our en, Emailed you on 02 Aug 24 with details and screen shorts at above said address but no one contact me for resolution, UPDATE: 14 sep 2024 issue is still not resolved.

Honestly, the application worked well until I changed my phone. I am unable to login, have called the helpline multiple times and I'm told that they've sent the link over my email. NEVER RECEIVED. Later i am told that I have to register my email with the branch again, even though it's already there. STILL NO USE. I'm locked out of this application, and no one seems to know the issue. Now they tell me to go to the branch AGAIN and get verified. The reset password option doesn't work either

Extremely pathetic and congested menu with non important stuff, the screen size does not align automaticly and the buttons are floating here and there ectremely low quality of UI update. The banking app should look different than shopping store. Provide a minimilastic and simple User interface to make it usefull and easy to maintain keep the other things aside. Reference banking app, Meezan and UBL

You are not responding to my complaint email. the latest version has a bug. When transferring between Own Accounts, the balance limit is being checked on the recipient account instead of the sender account, which is very annoying. Please fix that.

Bakwaas application! It has been 3 working days that I'm continuously going to their branch for enabling my mobile banking. And it hasn't been enabled yet on my device. Whenever you attempt for online transaction, their pathetic application says to wait for 2 hours as I have made a new account (my account is of 2018 lol). It's been 24 hours and I still can't make any transaction via this application. They have terrible banking application and terrible customer service.

It is very heavy app when compared to features. Apps of competing banks takes less memory, offer same features, compatible with older android versions, faster, and most importantly offer same or better security than myABL app. The app gives more advertisements than other banking apps. Its service is more down than most other banks. I don't know what the team at Abl is doing.

Ugh, I'm so frustrated with ABL App's customer service! I bought a mobile top-up 26 days ago and still haven't received it! I've tried reaching out multiple times, but they just ignore me. No updates, no explanations, nothing! It's like they don't care about their customers at all. I'm extremely disappointed and would warn others to beware of their subpar service!

Absolutely unacceptable customer service. I can't log into myABL app on my new Android phone or through the web browser after changing mobile. Despite escalating the issue through both email and phone calls, the team is doing nothing but dragging their feet and clearly has no interest in resolving the problem. Their attitude towards complaints is shockingly negligent.

Customer support is awful. Even with a great balance, I'm waiting endlessly for a PRC. Their website is unreliable for requests, and they seem indifferent to individual needs. They don’t seem to care about investments, and all branches are similar. Unlike many banks, they lack priority helplines for significant investors. It might be time to switch banks.

"The app has not been working for the last 3 days. I have been trying repeatedly, but there is no option to enter the OTP. The app has no keyboard or auto-fill system. For the last 3 days, I have been contacting the developers, but their response has not been fruitful. I am requesting the developers to please solve my problem. I am trying from another phone, but it shows me that the app is not compatible with this device."

Most of the time app is down, and it's the same with their website. Not able to use online banking facility. Even when I tried to complain using their channels, their staff was saying, "Their is no problem with their system" Unfortunately, I do not expect any improvements in future as well. I have been using this app for more than 3 years. Also, this app is not supported on multiple Infinix mobiles.

If worst App on App store had a face it would be Allied Bank App. Since the last one year it keeps getting on pathetic and pathetic. No signs of improvement at all. It keeps getting worse and worse over the time. Online banking doesn't work at all, which is the main reason why people use online banking to save thier personal time so they can access all these services at home. Since Allied is an ultimate disaster I'm just thinking to close my account here and move to a better banking system.

Updated For the attention A glitch technical issue i have encountered with the myAbL app on Android devices Samsung s24z Recently, while attempting to register a new account on the app, we experienced a problem on the verification page. Specifically, when we try to input the OTP, the keyboard does not appear on the screen, making it impossible to proceed. This issue also occurs when attempting to re-register the app on a new device as same issue while entering the OTP input, no keyboard.
