I updated to the latest version and the app is crashing and crashing and crashing again. I have tried everything clear cache, clearing data, reinstalling, everything but the problem consistes. Resolve the issue ASAP.

no matter how many times you play rewards, its always 10 mb, plus their data is weak , it shows numbers of minutes and/or messages letf but the calls and messages don't get sent & says to buy kore packages , and packages are way too expensive and unuseful..

Widget isn't reloading, No Dark Mode? Hoping you'd update it faster… like only 10 to 20MBs? Jazz is rewarding over 800 mbs per week. +Zong's mbs never used no matter how I reload and others networks if you got any, they're used once you click mobile data. & Why the survey is in Chinese?, and why there isn't brief history from two selected dates usage? Also some voice offers have daily mins so the app always shows bundle expiry date "today"? There should be bundle's expiry date not of daily mins

I have subscribed My 3 bundle. I was adding the third number but it showed me that your account limited is to two persons. I updated the app and now it is not showing the option in which I can add more people to the bundle. I have never seen a worst app like this..

Zong services are totally tense full. Week signals, Internet speed is the lowest. I, e 10kb/s.to some time near 100kb/s . It seems that it is not a 4G but a 2G network. It doesn't satisfy the consumers. Repeated complaints don't fetch betterment, or redress the problem.

I am living in Rawalpindi &I am using zong sim from a long time but the service is very bad now a days and mostly the internet services the speed is in kbs facing a lot of issues in downloading or browsing. I call to the customer service but after changing the setting still facing the problem. Kindly try to improve the internet services. Thanks.

When I reload app by dragging my finger in upside down way it only refreshes/reload data once to load again it doesn't work till app is again opened after closing specially on main screen and bundle usage details section. Sometimes when I try to subscribe/resubscribe on offer it doesn't show subscribe or buying buttons or they don't work. (09 June, 2024 | 08:32 AM)

Worst internet speed in Lahore. I transferred from telenor to use My5 zong package which looked great. But internet doesn't work on any numbers, super slow. Even the app takes 10s of tries to show the updated data like remaining balance and remaining bundle data. I will have to go back to Telenor.

I am having a poor experience because I subscribed to a monthly offer and after unsubscribing it I can not have my money back and once I subscribed to an offer which detects my money everyday and after few days of recharge I am left with no money. Moreover I discussed these issues with their call centre agent and he was telling me about some ridiculous deals. So I would recommend everyone to not use this app

The transaction won't continue after entering captcha and after 3 failed transactions you can't make a transaction for 24hr like what am i supposed to do? Im outside on the road and was trying to do a package on someone else's hotspot, i haven't had such bad and unreliable experience before with such bad and high prices, I'm deeply disappointed deeply, the Apps UI & UX needs major improvement, it's deeply unsettling and frustrating. I wish i could zero star bcs the app wasn't even off use.

This app is really very good. I had a good experience. But from last few days there is a problem that I am facing. Some bundles are subscribing on my number. They are that this bundle is not available for this number. Even once I paid for it but the package did not subscribe my money just waste. So I want a solution of this problem.

App is not useful at all. UI/UX experience is poor and violates basic usability principles. I am trying to download tax certificate and dont know where it is saving it. It should have given option to save it in a desired location or shall save it in default Downloads folder. It is disappointing that an IT company is ignorant about fundamental software engineering principles. Same is the case with the website. Ecare portal link is available in contact us page but link in broken.

I switched from Telenor to Zong due to Telenor's slow network speed. When I first used Zong's network, I was impressed with its speed, which was significantly better than Telenor's. As a result, I subscribed to Zong's Pro Max Package every month. However, in June, Zong's network speed decreased again. Therefore, I have decided to switch to Jazz next month, as I have found their network speed to be consistently fast.
