Horrible app, even a simple function is unusable. Bad customer service aswell it let's you subscribed to an app that you never clicked and never know and charge you with money and worst part, they deny their involvement and saying they have no participation. horrible system. customer service is almost 0 professionality and almost no knowledge.

Since the update, the app is effectively useless. It's non-responsive. In fact, Vodafone sucks. USSD codes doesn't work either, and after an unsuccessful chat for over 30 minutes, it's been 2 and half hours since I've been promised a call back from the customer service operator. It is not the first time either - I had the same problem 9 months ago to simply activate a passport pack for international travel. This is not what you'd expect from Vodafone. I will not recommend to anyone.

Hello, Unable to login to the app due to unknown error after i updated the latest update from google play store. Anyway I want to stop all of my current VAS from 703***37, I've disabled them from the app before I did the update. But suddenly I received an sms of VAS BANGLADESH 25DHS (which has deducted 2 qr from my account, so please stop them, thank you.

I can't open My Vodafone QATAR App. Always showing error and Send Report. HI All Good day. I can't open my Vodafone app. It showing always Unfortunately it's stopped and send report. I can't even see the offers and Add ons which I used to add and use usually . Kindly send me a valid reason otherwise I will switch to Ooredoo which they don't have any issue with their App. My Vodafone number is 70260210. Thank you

Worst telecom service ever, my prepaid number expired just for couple of days and I was unable to retrieve it back, they said someone reserved it and I had to wait 48 hours, I waited for 4 days but no reply until now, I don't know how someone can reserve a number for 4 day. Additionally the app doesn't open, and if it does, the otp sms doesn't arrive. Very bad service and experience with this telecom company. I never advise anyone to use. I transferred all my Internet and numbers to ooredoo.

Very bad experience. If we have any technical mistake. They will eat that amount. If we contact the same time there is no cancellation or refund.

This app has a very bad scamming feature for PrePay customers where the scroll in selecting the price plan you need can move to the next plan for a higher price where, when trying to scroll down the app, it actually selects the next price plan and if you do not notice it, you end up paying a higher plan that what you intended to purchase. Although I am aware of this, it actually caught me!

Very bad experience... Google Pay is not working. Also, recharge a prepaid now will keep asking u for what type of recharge and app will crash anyway... dozens of bugs

bad service I'm not been able to pay the pill since a week ago .My Vodafone application is not working well , so there are some problems not able to rectify .also if you call customer service not giving the solution.

I ran out of credit and when I tried to recharge my prepaid number, the app crashed. I had to use the Vodafone website to recharge. Not a dependable app in emergency situations.

Every weekend, the network disconnected..poor signal. You should work on improving your signal. I am not using it for free,you are charging me every month for this quality and service

I remember the last time I made the payment through Vodafone application and guess what for 5 days it was not reflecting in their system that payment is already done which ended up cutting my internet and calling them several times showing them payment screen shots and all ... Furthermore I visited one of the branch and asked regarding the matter I was advised if you are closer to any branch then we might advise that do the payment there rather than doing online .....

Worst customer service and Always third party service activated automatically without our permission OTP generated automatically and activate then Some amount deducted from our wallet .. disgusting and also no guarantee for the deduction even you have proper details with that .. shameless idiots 🤬🤬 every month I faced the same issues

I am very disappointed with Vodafone. They initially promise great offers when you join, but these offers disappear after a short period. Additionally, their customer service is not up to the mark, making the overall experience quite frustrating.

I am feeling too upset with Vodafone. The customer service teams are not well responding to the customer I have a big issue with that. I have disconnected my internet in the march 14 by calling the customer care centre and all my devices has been already submitted to the Vodafone branch and I paid( b4 disconnect) all my bill I have all records and screenshot of transaction but still they are sending me message due remind me why so? why you guys are bothering frequently sending messages? Worst

It's been 4 times doesn't send receipt to my email. Try using different email still doesn't work. After tapping on Send to email Tab app just get blank and stuck. I need receipt to get paid by company.

The service to customer handling is bad. I have this one giga plan subscription to them, Since I transferred to new location I cant use their service anymore for the reason that new location happen to not have the means of the service given. Now I reach out to them for alternative several times with no luck.. Till now still paying the service even though I can't use it or means to use it even i wanted to continue.. I really dont know why im still paying the service which is at first not my cause

Such a frustrating app. Nearly every time you have to log in. Just remember it's not difficult. Is often slow to respond. You need to have megas to buy megas! It runs out but doesn't tell you until you use your entire credit. Almost the worst app I have ever used.
