Useless . Half the time i have to log in again, keeps telling me status unknown most of times, non English error message... costumer service keeps telling me its my phone that has something wrong with (yeah right...), but seeing other people complaints says otherwise. Putting out an app that doesn't work half the time is not useful when it's about a security system. FIX IT!!!!! And stop putting the blame on paying costumers..

Instead of improving the other app, they created this one. Nothing intuitive, ugly, strange, the same long time to give me a result when I choose to turn on/off the alarm... Terrible. I don't know what you have in mind. I already have LOTS of problems with this alarm (tech assistance comes here often). Now THIS. I'd rate you as less than one star if possible.

Design, features and functionality is at least 10 years old. You don't get notifications, the gallery of 'security' camera images doesn't support zoom to see what's going on, you can't do the most basic automation and no integration with any home automation platform... Super disappointing in short!

Shocking. So slow all the time and frequent error messages. Got stuck outside our house because neither of us could disarm the alarm from the app! Had to call customer services. Often takes ages to update the status so I've set alarm off when it's said it's disarmed but it's not! Scared the life out of my three yr old. EDIT - errrrr....there is a positive review in amongst the one star reviews from IT Verisure?? Desperate measures??

The new app is so slow and faulty that I give up. I usually use the app to activate the alarm at night, or when I'm out but it's so slow and faulty that does not come up at all. It keeps showing the splash screen and it never loads up.... Useless piece of junk. I would rate lower if I could. The worst thing is that I cannot use the old app which by the way was only ok, but at least it worked. It forces me to use the new app and hence I basically cannot do anything...

This app is a demo version. I wish that I never deleted the original it was good never had a problem with. I install it but when they send the code for you to enter you only have about 10 seconds to do it, if not, it become invalid. I have deleted it off my phone now can't be dealing with it. The original app was very good. The cost per month is ridiculously expensive and the app don't work. It annoying.

Update: 18/07/2023. I'm not sure that the people updating the app at Verisure have experience in the field. The app is not fit for purpose. The alarm does not turn on and cannot be switched off! Whatever update you've made has broken the app. I couldn't deactivate the alarm last night and it's still stuck on alarm armed without the alarm actually being armed. I uninstalled and reinstalled it but it still won't work.

always get in touch quickly if anything arises at home or with my account and when I have missed a payment they work something out so I don't lose the service they provide for me which is great and makes me feel safe still

The alarm system is excellent but the app is shocking. Every option results in an 'unexpected error' message. The fact that the app is unusable, unfortunately really detracts from the overall system. The lack of a biometric login option is also slightly tedious as you have to manually input your password every time if you don't want to leave the app 'unlocked'.

The app keeps signing me out all the time. The Admin Team are very bad in responding to emails or answering your queries. It takes a long time for Admin to pick up calls and in the end you will give up and write. Very slow in changing account details ...takes upto 6 weeks to change the DD details. The sales rep was misleading and wasn't honest about the equipment and service. I am planning to cancel.... not happy with the after care. It's disappointing 😞! It's not good value.

The won't connect as at when due. I have deleted and reinstall the app severally. But all to no avail to solve the issue. When you try to arm the house, the app will keep saying your request can be made. And when you get home the house is already arm. It's just to confusing and no rest of mind if your house is safe or not with this system. Same thing with the door bell camera. I am disactivating my account with verisure. Better to have non than waste 53 pounds monthly on Nothing. Thank you.

Takes far too long to arm alarm. It's only in the next room not the dark side of the moon. Update 19.08.22. Now taking at least 3 times to arm alarm, app is totally unreliable. Is the alarm set who knows? 10.09.23 wish I could give 0 stars. You can rarely tell if the alarm is armed. Too many times it says it's taking longer than expected. As above I'm still in the next room, about 1 foot away. 03.08.24. Guess what, app still no better. Reliability hasn't improved.

Just does not work unfortunately. Requesting photos from detectors takes too long. When the photo finally comes through, you can't view it for some reason. Sometimes all of your devices go missing from your app! Support said uninstall and reinstall, which is not a fix, it's just wasting your time. So many error. For an international company, the app is substandard.

bad business experience miss one payment start kicking off block you from app sending crazy spam my direct debit is set but keeps changing ech month leaving me skint once payd in that month just around corner the other month is here and straight away one another payment has new month is here when just payd the other month off thay mony grabbers just rins you dry how much it cost for these services it's a joke when got other bills to pay has well these one to payment not wait till next payday wha

Please stop the useless spam, how can an alarm app be pestering 24x7 for useless things, ads, and tips on how to use it? Add notification classification to allow only real important ones please

Very unstable, old-fashioned. even an uninstall reinstall doesn't fix it. Now it won't even reinstall. Net result, I'll have to change security company.

Was working fine until the 5th of May update... Now, my whole alarm system is unusable, as the app AND the physical interface look like they are living in their own world : The physical interface always shows the alarm as activated, even when i just badged. I can try to activate/deactivate from the app, but the alarm remains silent and is not active at all. No error message, just pure wrong information on my screen. And on top of this, app is now stuck in a loading loop, i can't even use it. 😁
