Every other app I installed brings a new update every single day to keep up with policy, but this particular app never seems to update, not even each month. Please keep up with the app maintainance to make sure it functions and is working properly.

Apparently doesn't have the ACH feature. I just assumed all cards had that but apparently not because I tried paying my rent with this BS card and it denied it. When I called my apartment to ask what was going on,I was told it declined because it's not a ACH account. Now I gotta extra $50 tacked onto my rent. I wouldn't have used the card if I'd have known it wasn't ACH compatible or whatever tf. They DEFINITELY should state that somewhere apparent, where every potential customer can see it

Can't even get in to use it Tried over 10 times to try to get into it haven't been able to use it at all so I got a hold of customer service and they could not help me it was not an internal or an external problem they just went ahead and put it in order saying that it needed to be looked at so nobody knows what's wrong with it just that I can't get into it how nice half a star

It is decently designed and has all the features,but sometimes it could take hours to know what your real balance maybe,it'll tell you one thing,and then an hour or so later gives you another balance,idk but they need to work on that because reliability is everything

It sucks that when you make a 30 dollar purchase it takes the whole amount you have in there. Because, it puts it on hold. I'm about to just switch it up to my other bank, at least my money won't be out on hold for days. .

Everytime I Try to get into my vault card it tells me we are unable to process your request at this time please try again later. So I wait till later and I get the same message I haven't yet checked access my card through here. When it says open after you've already installed it you should be able to open your vault card and find out what your balance is. However that is not the case.

(Ishould have read the reviews. smh. Not the first one who had their money stolen.) My paycheck was deposited onto Their pay card and instantly, I was locked out of My account; The funds drawn out in a different state. Going without that pay is no picnic, but that let down only comes secondary the manner in which vaults dispute team; handled this matter. I was repeatedly hung up on, lied to, and then completely left in the dark; leaving both my finances and security feeling compromised for days.

This is a horrible card. The security sux, and once u get hacked and your account wiped out. They will not give u your money back. Then they will lock your account where u can't access it. And hold your money hostage. And after calling 20, 25 times in a day. They answer the phone just to keep transferring you till you hang up, or they'll eventually hang up on you. Horrible, horrible card, and service. I recommend u headbutt concrete for an hour, rather than use this card. It's a joke!!

Well it keeps crashing and my phone wants to put it in deep sleep that's not what bugs me I have a credit carma account and I get paid 2 days sometimes 3 days faster and I haven't seen thar yet with this one when that's there catch line well it got me and it definitely doesn't I'm so upset that's the only reason I took this card from them now I'm thanking about not

I absolutely hate this card!! I can not make payments from it. Nobody accepts this card. I've had nothing but problems with it since day one! So dissatisfied! If there were a no star, that would be my choice. Some cards aren't worth the plastic they are made of. Worst pay card ever!

my acct was hacked - the hackers changed my phone # & email & requested new card & virtual card -- they drained my acct in less than 2 hrs after virtual card sent to the new email! I immediately called you & a case was opened. I requested a call from a supervisor 4 times but no call back & I don't get anywhere when I call. Some credits were issued but 2 days later they were debited again & nobody can explain why! To add insult to injury paycom charged me $5 for paper check!!!!

I've been trying to do a "one time transfer", for a few days now, and I keep getting an error message, and being told to "try again later". I called the 24 hour phone number, and they were NO help at all.... CAN SOMEBODY DO SOMETHING?!?!?!

I made a huge mistake and didn't think it through so I thought about it and went online and realized I had to sign up for the actual account once I did that every thing worked out perfectly. Thank you again for responding but the problem was not you it was me . Other than that amazing service.

This has been the absolute worst pay card I've ever used. You go to log in, never takes your password, and when you change it to what you've been typing. And says you can't use the same password. I literally have to reset my username or password everysingle time. I hope this place goes out of buisness.

This is a few bugs in this app. When I try to transfer money my app closes out and I would have to re login in. And the money doesn't even transfer. I can't even connect another card to my vault card either, I get error messages. I can't see my card details either as my app would close me out. I really hope this bug gets fixed! Thank you.

Useless app and company. Please don't use. It took 3 weeks for my card to arrive and then I couldn't withdraw any money unless I bought something and got cash back I could only get $100 each time so it took many times of doing this to get my money. Also every time I went to use the app it would say wrong password so each time I went there I had to create a new password, every time!!!! Beware!!!

app won't let me set up the account. I keep getting a red box saying sorry we can not help at this time try again later. called a tech she was clueless kept telling me to uninstall then restart the phone 2 times then use another phone. I don't have another phone.

I had an emergency pop up on 8/5 so I did a return to Walmart and the card company is holding the refund hostage "processing" even though the receipt verifies the credit, the company's ledger verified the credit, they refuse to make it available. I called the number several times...3 to 5 days processing time on this providers end. unacceptable I also emailed Paycom support. no answer. it's sad business.

The app is not intuitive. It will not keep me logged in so I have to type the long cumbersome password every two minutes, even if I leave the app for just 20 SECONDS to check literally anything else on my phone...... There is NO pin # login option.... I CAN'T turn on an option to even SCREENSHOT ANY of my financial stuff and a few other things I can't even think of right now because I'm just frustrated.......

Used my card the other day to get food ordered - normally wokrs good - and my temporary hold was released and I didn't even notice it - this time, it has been 5 days for the hold - waiting for Wal-Mart to approve things - they already have their money, so not sure why they are holding $20 of mine at this point. Hae tolking ont he phone, have a really hard time understanding most of the representatives. an e-mail address or chat would be great.
