Customer service is absolutely terrible. If you run into any issues do not expect any help you're screwed. You will never get a live person you'll always get some chatbot or some bot over the phone that hangs up on you every time.

The app is frequently down or has unexpected errors. Unlike my other apps this app will not remember your biometric fingerprint sensor for long and will force you to log back in with your password. Then when you request a new password it will often crash. Useless app.

App recently stopped working. I can login to the website but this app needs to be fixed asap. I have been using the app for months now with zero issues until recently. I tried deleting and downloading again but it keeps freezing on my Samsung Galaxy s21 ultra.

despite being my loan service provider, I could not register my account. After having gone through the mortgage process, and receiving my mortgage statement, they still wanted me to send them another copy of my DL and a selfie, despite me having to give them this multiple times during the loan process. The live representative was incompetent. When I went to upload the docs, the link wouldn't open, and they said they couldn't email me the link, only chat. Awful experience so far.

Initially went I opened the app it couldn't find my loan. Called customer service and they had the wrong SSN for me. So now I have to do extra leg work bc of their mistake. UWM has lost all my confidence in them. I hope when I actually get into the app it's not garbage like the reviews I read.

The login is the worst I have seen. None of the banks or financial institutions I have used has such a terrible user experience for logging in. In addition the password requirements force the user to a password without common characters like . or * as the required special character. Then the user has to manually jump box to box to enter the 6 digits security code. Is there any way to program a user interface worse than this? Yes, there is, once you have logged in you see how bad the rest is.

It's a Website inside an App Frame. This is what happens when someone sells you a cheap App, it not an App. The email got me excited but then got disappointed looking at the same website in a "new" frame. I hope you didn't spend a lot of money for the development, a college intern can easily do this.

The last update makes put your name and your SSN#, and since that happened I'm unable to log in trough the app. Before you would have to put your information every other month because the app just kept forgetting your info. Other than that when I was able to log in, the features were just fine

I was excited they came out with an app. I clicked on the link in the email they sent and downloaded. It refused my login and password. It could not find my loan. I tried logging in and I tried creating a new account. Nothing worked. I logged into my account on my computer to verify all the information and tried repeatedly. I tried the assistance chat they offer on the app and the automated responses kept telling me to do the things I had been doing. Completely useless and no customer support to fix it.

Not only is the app extremely difficult and confusing to navigate, their updates ADD bugs instead of fixing them. It just updated and the app won't even open now.

App no longer opens. All get is a blank page with a blue dot in the middle. I relied on this app before, it worked well. Now it is garbage!

If you have a choice, leave this company as fast as you can. They treat their customers like peasants. The app is totally outdated. It is impossible to reach a human on customer service without talking to a robot for at least 25 min. They sold my loan to another company, thank god. Before the loan was officially transferred, they just stopped taking my calls. I had a bunch of questions, but they treated me like a stranger. Which is insane given I have paid them tens of thousands at this point.

the app has a bug and won't open anymore. terrible app, slow, useless, hard to find documents . a disgrace! I wish I could change this loan company in an easy way that's not having to refinance. talking to them over the phone is Impossible too! terrible service

super unoptimized, if you dare tilt your phone the app resets, attach functions don't work and it's an automated mess. think Comcast robo queue 2009. we don't have a choice but it legitimately costs us money if you need to submit a supplemental tax bill because you can't upload the file!

When the app actually wants to load and work, it is just a counter intuitive mess. The section that shows your loan amount and gives you the option to set up auto pay, has no option to make a regular payment. They hide the payment option in another small drop down that, if you didn't know it was there it would be difficult to find.

Nearlly useless. If there are two people on a loan (so common!) the second person cannot set up a login. Had to use the first person's login. If we're both equally responsible for the loan, then we both should be able to access it. Also there's no place in the app to access your contact info to add/change email addresses either. That should be a very basic thing. The app also is not compatible with my Android 9 tablet. Why not? There are more than just phones out there!
