I tried to register my number in this app, and no matter how many times I inserted the OTP it had given me, it said the OTP has expired, whereas I registered into the web version easily. I also tried to log in to this app, but it said my phone number or password didn't match while I could easily log in to the web version. What's the point of this app if it doesn't even allow me to log in? The web version puts this app to shame.

I've been with teletalk since 2014 when I got agami prepaid sim card. glad to see, alike other telecommunication operators, teletalk also launched its app. well, user interface quite good & too easy for all. but compared to my gp app, its feature content is too less & unattractive! its too simple and ordinary & there needs a lot more improvement. developers should go on regular basis & add more features.

Worst app, worst experience. I can't see MB, Balance, Minutes in Home Page. It appears for a moment, then goes away and it becomes completely white. It seems the app was developed by a novice developer. Even many non-commercial apps are way better than yours. Do some upgradings and make it better.

Well, this app can't differentiate between the available pakages (i.e, AGAMI, BORNOMALA, etc) of Teletalk. As a result the data pakage's price differs between the USSD dialing and MyTeletalk app. In fact in my case (Agami) USSD dialing Data pack is cheaper than purchasing in the app. This must come to an end. Hope this will be fixed very soon.

1. Add support for to access the app without data. 2. The app ui is outdated need some reformation also some features. 3. In 2025 teletalk still doesn't support volte. 4. Network signal is still weak inside the city. Also no support for 4G+

Their call rate data pack is great,,but their network doesn't work properly in all areas,which is a big problem,they should take necessary steps to improve network issue.Being a govt sim oparator,their app is so poor,which starts with a poor animation,then still they r showing adds of COVID -19 which is no more useless,and the most irritated thing for me is the profile picture option,none can choose photo from their Gallery and even can't delete photo after saving one time,it's time for update

Terrible UI, UX. Looks like those scam "bangla" apps. UI and UX should be upgraded. And there is an option to upload profile picture from gallery but the app doesn't even have that permission. A free tip for the developers: Use the apps that you make. Then you'll notice the bugs/issues yourself and fix it for yourself.

This app has lots of bugs in Job Circular option: like when i press to see details of a job circular but there is no back option. If i double press the back button then app take me back to the home page. That's really annoying. I hope next update you'll fix out this bug. Thank you in advance.......

Very poor connection. Always shows 502 bad gateway error when buying gen Z internet offers from app. I had to buy always internet offers through the ussd codes. Gen Z offers can't be brought from there also. Also the app is too much bloated. Takes more than 300 mbs. Totally disappointed!

The start-up screen of the app plays a low quality 3gp video file instead of having a proper splash screen. This is very annoying as even though the video file does not have audio, opening the app pauses ongoing media playback every time. Implementing a splash screen is app development 101. Bangladesh in all its wisdom couldn't even get that right.

There is a problem with the login screen. Even if i check tick mark to keep me logged in, it logs me out immeately after logging in. After attempting multiple times i can stay logged in. However it keeps showing something went wrong in a toast message. On my other phone i couldnot pass the login screen at all. Did reset the password, but the problem stood. Why there is a need for password in the first place, i don't understand. You already know its me as the account was set up with otp.

As this app is still in beta, I would say it's much much better than I anticipated. Every basic things you need is there, waiting for you to check at glance. The ability to auto login would be really nice, because every time I want to check my balance or net, inputting password and number is a hassle. (They actually listened, and now there's auto login) Really looking forward to what teletalk brings next with this app. Five stars for this initiative. Keep up the good work.

The Sim of 3G is fast. But the app has many bugs. Like all the time I enter the teletalk app the internet, money and many more things get invisible. There are many options in the app like natok, Telefilm etc options have nothing on them. But the offers of internet and money recharge is great. Plz remove the bugs and develop the app.

To see an offer, you have to logout again and again. Thanks to Teletalk for adding the job feature, there is no option to come to the back after a job view, only home option, job circular is not download. All these things need to be updated, the condition of the network is very bad, the network needs to be improved.

Good initiative. But there's a few problems I've noticed. The apps taking much time to load. Again the thymnails should be changed into some iconic eye catchy one. It's slow. But after all that reat of the company releasing this new app. Good luck teletalk team. And keep updating the app as time goes on.

Five star for Offer and Price. But the Network is so weak that it's hard to say. Shows H+, but doesn't work. There is still a lot to update. For example, the app visibility is much worse. I think I'm taking a picture with a 1MP camera and zooming in. The contents and contrast are very sharp, which is eye-catching.

This app seems really helpful with feature simplicity and easy navigation. However, I am facing two issues here. First is, app keeps crashing while I am trying to use 'Prayer Time' Feature and second is, I can not upload my profile picture from gallery. It seems Photos and Media permission is not handled from application side.

While the app boasts great offers, it leaves much to be desired in terms of its functionality and user experience. Regrettably, the application's performance is sluggish and the UX fails to meet the standards of excellence. Moreover, a notable omission is the inability to add multiple numbers, a feature that would be greatly appreciated if the developers were to include it. Furthermore, the network's reliability is not up to par, and it's better left unsaid.

It's a good initiative from Teletalk. But their network is awful & toooo much slow. I can't complete my data package within time. Many options are 'coming soon' for a long time. Using this apps I feels some Features are missing- 1. There no individual minute or sms offer packages. 2. An 'History' option, where user can see their Call, SMS, Internet and recharge history. Hope improve your network quality and update these features soon. Best of luck ❤️

My overall app experience is very good. But recently I've noticed a bug in your app while changing my profile picture where you have an option to either take a photo or to choose one from your phone gallery. I found out that the app itself asks for getting Camera, Phone, Contact and Location permissions BUT IT NEVER ASKED FOR A GALLERY PERMISSION. In other words, it doesn't even have the feature to use my phone gallery for a Profile P. I'd be grateful if you fix this bug in the future updates.
