Poorest app and poorest service. App start acting weird as soon as I recharge my account and it continues untill all of my balance is gone. Even when I have balance in my account I am unable to subscribe any offer. It says I don't have sufficient balance and according to customer service everything is normal with my number

I subscribed easycard 800 from my telenor app through easypaisa recharge. Unfortunately they cut balance from easypaisa but didn't activate the package. Then i called helpline and they gave me 24 hrs for resolving the issue but they didn't.

Too much bad service in our area no calls dialling, No internet access, every time signal not available, when electricitygoed off also signal gone and network left the work in my review i give telenor network -5* its meant zero point. Thanks

I give it 3 ⭐ but it deserves 5 . I USED my telenor app from about 3 to 4 years no it worked more slowly as the time pass changings in My telenor app effect itx working I request team to make it faster itx ability to work is much slower. If Notice My Rewiew reply my and take action on it thanks

Firstly, Pathetic service. About the app, third class experience. Logs me out literally every second time and then unable to login. You just keep trying again and again till you get frustrated. Improve your standard telenor.

I don't get flash discount offers and deals option.am a regular user of my Telenor app..I want discount offers and deals 😡 Am requesting to get me discount offers.your service are bad and internet of 4G are slowing so why you don't do anything am Lost of time complaining in my Telenor app but no response and one day it working then day same problem why you taking money.. you give service then we pay if you give bad service why you tak money my Telenor app not good performaming the old version.

It requires to sign in again and after every 2 or 3 days with phone numbr & pin code .and the worst part is it doesn't open even after that!! Very annoying! My issue has been resolved. And i love the deals and reward part. Also some pkgs are cheaper via easypaisa.

A good app for customer service but there is something else in Telenor SIM like balance deduction on internet base . I also use payG blocker but it could not be worked properly, i complained 6 times before of my balance deduction on internet base but not enough, i also complained on it in my Telenor app , but i seriously disappointed. Total balance deductions is 40+ in the last few months. Please resolve this issue of balance deduction. Thank you 😊

Best app I've ever used that is related to networks. Love it. Edit #1 : Best packages by far but Telenor seems to deduct money. Edit #2 : The app is buggy af. It's become intuitive and painful to use. The packages are not registered that quickly and take a whole day to register.

Totally disaster and disappointed services. Always wrongly deducting our balance even we have more then 1gb pending in our Bundle. From these reasons will stopped using my sim since year long. Now today just charge 100 balance for checking the better ness In service but sorry to say the same was repeatend as faced year ago. Firstly the send me 47.95 balance instead of 86 upon 100 recharge. then after the deducting extra balance upon Bundle subscription and then after 6 pm they deducted more.

Third class app ever. I installed it again and again but it automatically uninstalled and removed icon from my device. No it's not an issue from the device. I am using your app for more than 2 years on the same device. But never have an issue. Your app have issues.

Worst experience. I have activated the monthly package, but i can't use it. Under the subscription tab, the package status is activated. But i don't have any active subscription. Customer service is extremely poor. I have contacted them, and they say my claim is invalid because the package status is active. For amount deduction, package status is active, but for usage, i don't have any package.

Not giving a good response, I submit complaint many times against internet service issues but they don't add any response and no solution for my problem. data price is very high but data quality is very very poor. I clear my apps and mobile data &cache and restart my phone many time but same issue, other network data speed is very high in slot 1 and 2 both but Telenor data connection is very poor

Excellent application .it's very easy and user friendly application. All feature are easy to excess. All Telenor bundles, packages available at one click. Need little bit improvemet. To some more features i.e a wallet for keeping advance payment to be utilized in future in case of emergency bundle activation or balance sharing .

After porting to Telenor, I am facing certain issues regarding non receipt of OTPs. Despite repeated complaints the issues could not be resolved. Now, I want to switch back to Warid / Jazz. In this regard, I have texted MNP to 667 and received the message containing information regarding my connection. I have repeatedly tried to send / forward this message to 76300 however due to some technical issues, the message could not be sent. Please resolve the issue at your earliest convenience.

It's a Good Network but network coverage in our area is very bad, it keeps switching between 2G and 4G every now and then and 4G only comes in 2 Signals out of 4. Due to which i can't use Data Network at high Speed. So I'm forced to use other Networks. If you can improve Network Coverage in our area it would be a lot Good.

One of the worst app. Even though you have enough balance, you won't be able to activate a package. The package prices are not correct. 1. Server is busy most of the time. 2. It requires permissions it clearly dont need. Why does this app needs access to unneccessary data 4. New upate: stupid pop ups that steals your balance with forced subscriptions. & No you have not fixed the issue. As of 18 May 2024. still Not fixed.

I have worst experience with using telenor app & network. I have activated a package but i can't use it. Whenever i dial a number, it give me response of zero balance, while i have 30000 minutes in my account. Besides, whenever i recharged my phone, they have cut the balance without any subscription. It has network issue, signal issue, call issues & the list goes on.

This is a useless and 3rd class app. It even does not show you CLEARLY the expiry date of the offer. Personally I have got a very bad experience with Telenor. Most of the times they end up the offer without prior information e.g., the exclusive offer with international minutes. The quality of service and customer care and support is pathetic. One should give it ZERO star rating. Improvement is highly indespensable so that it doesn't reflect corruption. The problem is crystal clear. No Facebook.
