The new Sun Direct app UI is user-friendly, but I’m facing issues. At night, the app gets stuck while recharging and shows "Transaction Failed" or "Transaction Token Error." The website also says my mobile is invalid. In the morning, I managed to recharge, but channels didn’t activate on TV. At night, the app stops working again. Please fix these problems.

No use for this app. Customer Care No and Toll free no. is no use. Management totally failed. After recharge, the channel will not come. We tried to complain if the register was needed or not. Very Disappointment. Once recharged there is no need for a complaint. It's automatically system renewal. But Sun Direct needed a complaint.

"Worst user experience". I face difficulty everytime while recharging. Sometimes even after successful recharge the channels won't show up and need to contact customer care and sometimes even the customer care won't be available. Don't know what to do. Its better to switch from sun direct to other some other services.

unusable, login screen is completely glitched out, what is this, don't you guys have a testing team? it was working fine 3 months ago, now this app is completely useless. if the issue doesn't fix, I'll get a airtel dtp instead, customer service is really bad with sun direct, I've been facing this issue ever since they changed there ui.

Unable to login to this damn app. Tried both phone number and smart card number. The new updated app is very very bad. I wish I could go back to the old app. Why make an APP if it does not work!!! It does not send an OTP to login. Also does not accept the password. reinstalled the app several times. But everytime when I enter my registered mobile number/CDSN number it shows invalid mobile number. Now I can't login to the app.

Older version was better. Atleast it was working. Forced update destroyed it all. *New App is worst* showing expired for my active plan. Web version works fine on browser. Please revert back the app to working version soon. my subscribed HD channels aren't visible in manage subscription section. under the risk redundant recharge

Sundirect app is very bad. The app is crashing every time some recharge subscription pack is selected. Could not even recharge. I dont know the purpose of the app if we cannot recharge using the app. Please do not reply with the template message asking to highlight the issue. If I click on any select button for pack, app crashes and closes.

Most of the time, the app is not responding. When I am trying to recharge its not showing any option. Every page start to be blank so I cleared cache- still the same thing. This is not the first time happening. The app rarely runs properly. Update: what do you devs mean explain on the exact issue? check your app functionality it's broken. i literally explained the issue in my review. instead of using ai responses check your app functionality

THE app is more owner oriented than customer oriented.The version which was in vogue before three months was better than the current one. For example in the transaction menu only the deductions for the packages is shown and not the payments.made into the wallet with the result I.am in the dark about the balance available in the wallet and when the recharge has to be initiated

worst app and worst service ever. Don't you guys fix your problem for once? every month there will be a new problem while recharge. To talk to custom service it takes another half an hour. I just tried now even the website is not working properly. If you people don't know how to create a website or an app atleast take my help I do it better. the only reason I do TV recharge is for my parents. fix the problem or come home and take your setup Box.

Dear Sun Direct Team, I gave 1 star because the app has several serious issues. The biggest problem is with selecting packs and add-on channels—there’s no option to repeat or continue previous plans, so I have to reselect everything from the beginning each time. The interface is confusing, and it makes basic tasks frustrating. Also, after 12:00 AM, the app stops functioning I’m unable to log in or make payments.I tried using your website as an alternative, but it has the same problems.

The recent app update has caused issues. The new interface consistently displays an 'invalid smart card number' error. Even when I attempt to log in using my registered mobile number, the app still requires me to select a smart card. Upon selection, the same 'invalid smart card number' error occurs. The app's user interface and interactions were previously suboptimal, and now the recent update has rendered it unusable.

On the rare occasion that I do manage to get an OTP to login, the app shows either incomplete information or no information (wallet amount, current pack etc).

If there is something worse than the worst that is what this app is. I used to recharge using this app. But since many months I am not able to log in to this app or its website. If we try to recharge their ready made high cost packages it is easily possible. But as per law we have the right to select the channels we want rather than the channels these providers select for us. When we call the customer care to resolve this, then we have to spend so much time and still get very bad response.

I’ve been facing a login issue and contacted their support through phone and email, but the problem still hasn’t been resolved. If there were an option to give zero stars, I would. Worst app I have ever used. Literally unusable. As a service provider, their goal should be taking our money to provide that service,. EDIT: 1. No plans available for recharge, undefined everywhere. 2. Cannot repeat my current plan. Could be a plan thats not available anymore, I'm hardlocked and unable to get new plans or recharge existing one. Edit: worked after reinstall, some issue with saved login

Sun Direct App is a complete disappointment! I've been facing recurring issues with recharge. The app consistently fails to process payments, and when it does, the channels take forever to get activated. The error messages are vague, and the customer support is unhelpful. I've wasted hours trying to resolve this issue. Until they fix their recharge system, I would advise against using this app.

Very disappointed with this app, whenever I tried to use it for reacharge purpose it doesn't works, it is very irritating, very disappointed. Team please fix this issue. I tried to add a channel to my monthly pack by selecting the add-on option and searching for a specific channel. However, while scrolling, the list suddenly disappeared, showing the message "No Data Found." Similarly, sometimes when I land on the payment page, the transaction gets canceled without any reason.
