What is the reason for suddenly turning off the dark mode option? The dark mode option is very useful. Especially at night. Please enable dark mode option.

About three years ago I complained that I could not see the received call history with 3 star rating. Finally today that feature has been updated. So today I am happy to give 5 star rating. Thanks Robi Axiata LTD

After the 7.0.0 version update "My Offers" are not showing in My Robi App. Please fix this issue as soon as possible. Hope Robi will fix it in 7.1.0 version update in future. Thanks Robi ❤️

The new update made the app even worse. I am not getting any good offer. App design, plan, packages are also not good. There is no offer in the option called My Offers. After this new update dialing *444# no internet package.

Instead of receiving 100 Minute for 7 days as per your minute package, this app gave me 80 minute for the same price. The offer is still showing on your app labelled 100 min @ 69 tk. What kind of scam is this? I'm literally frustrated using this SIM for so long. It's high time i'd block this SIM and get Grameenphone or Banglalink instead.

(Opinion about the Last & Latest Update of 21th May 2024) This time the latest 'My Robi' apps update is not looking good at all. The view of the home screen is also very ugly, Fahkinni & too Harkipte looking. There is nothing spectacular to see here. (Previous Apps) The former was the best of the best. So kind request that, take a necessary steps to solve this.

After taking the offer once, when I see the offer again, when I go to take the offer, the offer is not given. The user is confused. Money making technique I think. So bad service.

Robi Airtel is the number one junk company in the country. No network. No network speed. Then the main thing is that when I go to buy the offer with the message of the offer, they no longer give the offer. Who is the fool of the country?

Your app design is much better but I miss one thing. That is having no change call rate if I take rate cuter. It must be updated for minimising confusions.

I'm using robi app since 2020, i personally felt loved at those time Apps all features & design. But day by day it's become down. like plan, offer and packages not balanced and design doesn't made me focus on indivual features, all is look similar with 0 benefits.

updated the app but it’s quite disappointing. old UI was far better than the new one and my eyes hurt everytime due to the light theme and I can't even change it! I don't see any option for that.which also made me disappointed.

First time installed and facing everything bad. I can't even log in to the app. The verification code isn't coming. I have tried too many time but the results is still same. So the big question arise should I even use this sim or not. And for your kind information I have a strong network as I live in town area.

That's the ux/ui update I was waiting for,It's looking fresh from its predecessor,if there was dark mode available, it would be icing on cake.In the last, I would like to highlight the optimization error,while using it feels I am using it in 30-60hz,I should be optimize for at least 120hz,because most of the phone support 120hz,and you guys work hard to refine this design,thanks for your teams hard work. PLEASE MAKE IT SURE IT CAN PROVIDE ITS PEACK PERFORMANCE.

Update: faintly software develop receive call & dark mode work. Thanks for it. But easy plan price is so high... before update Easyplan work good. But after update easy plan option Don't work properly. 😡 And Not show balance in app, When my system dark mode. All call history not show the app. Only show outgoing receive call.. 😖

The new update made the app worse. It doesn't work offline anymore. Before when you didn't have data, you just go into the app and buy an offer. But now you NEED data to enter the app. How am I supposed to buy any data when I can't even enter the app. Please fix this. Also update the free robi points wheel to have more numbers other than 5, like 10,20,30 etc..

Despite very good new app design, it has major problem like login issue. Every time I have to put OTP, it can't remember login details. It’s so annoying. And you need to add incoming call history feature for greater user experience. It is very important feature to have the best experience.

While the UX is fine, the UI is cluttered with many unnecessary elements on top. Please make it simpler and cleaner, it's necessary. All essential options such as Balance, Internet, Minutes, Offers etc should be in the home section with a clean interface. Other options such as News, Entertainment, Ads etc should be in a separate menu, not in the home section. It's irritating to use the app with the current setup. Also you should add a dark mode, as it is necessary for such a vibrant app. Peace!
