I gave them one star as a rating In 2020 But I forgot that. A situation happened now and I came to give a bad rating, but I found that I had put it 4 years ago. Four years and my experience with the company has not changed. This is the worst telecommunications company and the worst companies I have dealt with, and I wish there was a If there is a rating less than one star I did not hesitate to rate it for a moment.

I made a payment to renew my bundle, it took the money out of my bank account and then gave me an error and the bundle wasn't renewed so basically you're stealing money from people, i contacted your customer service and they were helpless please fix your app.

the app is very bad and not opening at all and I can't see what is remain in gp i called many times for this problem and still not solved
